For the production of reactive polyurethane cross-linkinger and curing agents, 2, 4-diisocyanate toluene (TDI) terpolymer, which possesses the rigid structures of hexatomic ring and three reactive functional groups,...For the production of reactive polyurethane cross-linkinger and curing agents, 2, 4-diisocyanate toluene (TDI) terpolymer, which possesses the rigid structures of hexatomic ring and three reactive functional groups, was synthesized and characterized by the Fourier transform infrared (FFIR), the gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and the chemical analysis methods. The reaction conditions were studied and optimized. A tracking research on the polymerization process of TDI was taken by using the GPC. The formation processes of the terpolymer, oligomers and higher-polymers were also dealt with. Results show that the TDI terpolymer can be prepared in the presence of Cat-3 catalyst and at the reaction temperature of (60 ±2)℃. The reaction time is short, its outcomes have narrow molecular weights distribution, namely molecular weights from 530 to 550, Mw/Mn =1.10, and the mass fraction of NCO is (25. 0 ± 0. 5)%. With the reaction time prolonging, however, TDI can be further higher-polymedzed to form higher-polymers. Benzoyl chloride (0. 4%, mass fraction), as the stabilizing agent, can effectively inhibit the occurrence of higher-polymerization. The obtained TDI terpolymer can be stable for more than half a year.展开更多

And then, the chlorophyll, suspended sediments and gelbstoff of the SeaWiFS pixels on Jan. 29, 2003 corresponding to the in-situ sites of Jan. 25 and 26, 2003 were synchronously retrieved, with average relative errors of 14.9%, 12.1% and 13.6% for chlorophyll, suspended sediments and gelbstoff, respectively. The research results indicated that the optimal retrieval algorithm established here was relatively fit for the retrieval of the chlorophyll, suspended sediments and gelbstoff of case Ⅱ waters in the Pearl River estuary, and had quite good retrieval accuracy.展开更多

First, a fuzzy model is proposed by taking multiple customers, multiple commodities, capacitated facility location and integrated logistics facility layout into account. In the model, the fuzzy customer demands and transportation rates are illustrated by triangular fuzzy numbers. Secondly, the fuzzy model is converted into a crisp model by applying fuzzy chance constrained theory and possibility theory, and one hybrid genetic algorithm is designed for the crisp model. Promoter-modified Ni-based catalysts were synthesized by an incipient-wetness impregnation method using 3D-mesoporous KIT-6 as a support modified by ethylene glycol, and evaluated for the catalytic production of synth...Promoter-modified Ni-based catalysts were synthesized by an incipient-wetness impregnation method using 3D-mesoporous KIT-6 as a support modified by ethylene glycol, and evaluated for the catalytic production of synthetic natural gas (SNG) from CO methanation. Characterization results suggested that the addition of promoter species could remarkably improve the low-temperature catalytic activity for CO methanation, which was due to a large dispersion of Ni nanoparticles, an enhanced interaction between metal and support as well as a confinement effect of 3D-mesopores. Among all catalysts, Ni-V/KIT-6 possessed the best catalytic performance, which was ascribed to the largest H2 uptake of 177.6 ^mol/g and Ni dispersion of 26.5%, an intimate interaction with the support from the formation of Si-O-V linkage and an enhanced confinement effect of 3D-mesopores to effectively prevent the growth of Ni nanoparticles and carbon filaments. In consequence, Ni-V/KIT-6 displayed excellent catalytic performance as well as high catalytic stability, which can be regarded as a promising candidate for CO methanation.展开更多

For each sulfonating agent, different operation modes (liquid-liquid or gas-liquid reaction with semi-continuous or continuous operation) were applied. The effects of various experimental conditions, such as solvent/oil mass ratio, sulfonating agent/oil mass ratio, gas/liquid ratio, gas concentration, reaction temperature, rotating speed, circulation ratio, reaction time and aging time, on the content of active matter and unsulfonated oil were investigated. Under relatively optimal reaction conditions, the target product was prepared with high mass content of active matter (up to 45.3%) and extremely low oil/water interfacial tension (4.5×10 –3 mN·m –1 ). The product quality and process efficiency are higher compared with traditional sulfonation technology.展开更多

Here we investigated the role of thioredoxin-1 (TRX1), a key component of redox regulation, in arsenic trioxide (AS2O3)-induced apoptosis. Over-expression of wild-type TRX1 in HepG2 cells led to the inhibition of As2O3-induced cytochrome c (cyto c) release, caspase activation and apoptosis, and down-regulation of TRX1 expression by RNAi sensitized HepG2 cells to As2O3-induced apoptosis. Interestingly, mutation of the active site of TRX1 from Cys^32/35 to Ser^32/35 converted this molecule from an apoptotic protector to an apoptotic promoter. In an effort to understand the mechanisms of this conversion, we used isolated mitochondria from mouse liver and found that recombinant wild-type TRX1 could protect mitochondria from the apoptotic changes. In contrast, the mutant form of TRX1 alone elicited mitochondria-related apoptotic changes, including the mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) opening, loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, and cyto c release from mitochondria. These apoptotic effects were inhibited by cyclosporine A (CsA), indicating that mutant TRX1 targeted to mPTP. Alteration of TRX1 from its reduced form to oxidized form in vivo by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB), a specific inhibitor ofTRX reductase, also sensitized HepG2 cells to As203-induced apoptosis. These data suggest that TRX1 plays a central role in regulating apoptosis by blocking cyto c release, and inactivation of TRX1 by either mutation or oxidization of the active site cysteines may sensitize tumor cells to As2O3-induced apoptosis.展开更多

Methods Ferromagnetic fluids (FFs) of magnetite (Fe3O4) was prepared in the presence of polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) by chemical precipitation method. The iron content of the FFs was determined by spectrophotometric method using o-phenanthroline. The FFs/PEG-6000 was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectrometry (IR), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Heating effects of the FFs was measured in an alternating magnetic field in vitro. The hyperthermia of FFs in a rabbit was performed. Results The FFs/PEG-6000 was proved to be composed of Fe3O4 by XRD and IR. TEM showed that the ferromagnetic particles appeared to be almost spherical and dispersed well The average particle size was 13.3 ± 3.8 nm by XRD. The saturation magnetization and residual magnetization of the FFs were 23.39 A/m (1.556 emu/g) and 0.56 A/m (0.02604 emu/g), respectively. The coercive force was 12 Oe. The specific absorption rate (SAR) of FFs was 69 ± 10W/g [Fe]. After direct injection of FFs to hepatic VX2 carcinoma of a rabbit, the temperature in the core of the tumor was between 41 - 46 ℃ in an alternating magnetic field. Conclusion FFs/PEG-6000 was expected to be useful in hyperthermia of tumor.展开更多

A variety of characterizat...Several catalysts comprising Pt supported on octahedral Fe3O4(Pt/Fe3O4) were prepared by a facile method involving co-precipitation followed by thermal treatment at different temperatures. A variety of characterization results revealed that this preparation process afforded highly crystalline octahedral Fe3O4 with a uniform distribution of Pt nanoparticles on its surface. The thermal-treatment temperature significantly influenced the redox properties of the Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts. All the Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts were found to be catalytically active and stable for the oxidation of low-concentration formaldehyde(HCHO) with oxygen. The catalyst prepared by thermal treatment at 80 °C(labelled Pt/Fe3O4-80) exhibited the highest catalytic activity, efficiently converting HCHO to CO2 and H2 O under ambient temperature and moisture conditions. The excellent performance of Pt/Fe3O4-80 was mainly attributed to beneficial interactions between the Pt and Fe species that result in the formation a higher density of active interface sites(e.g., Pt-O-FeO x and Pt-OH-FeO x). The introduction of water vapor improves the catalytic activity of the Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts as it participates in a water-assisted dissociation process.展开更多
La(0.6)Sr(0.4)Co(0.2)Fe(0.8)O(3-δ)(LSCF) anodes were infiltrated by Gd(0.2)Ce(0.8)O(1.9)GDC) nanoparticles to improve the oxygen evolution reaction(OER) performance of solid oxide electrolysis ce...La(0.6)Sr(0.4)Co(0.2)Fe(0.8)O(3-δ)(LSCF) anodes were infiltrated by Gd(0.2)Ce(0.8)O(1.9)GDC) nanoparticles to improve the oxygen evolution reaction(OER) performance of solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs) in CO2 electroreduction. The effect of GDC loading was investigated, and 10 wt% GDC nanoparticle infiltration of the LSCF(10 GDC/LSCF) anode results in the highest OER performance. Electrochemical impedance spectra measurements indicate that the infiltration by GDC nanoparticles greatly decreases the polarization resistance of the SOECs with the 10 GDC/LSCF anodes. The following distribution of relaxation time analysis suggests that four individual electrode processes are involved in the OER and that all of them are accelerated on the 10 GDC/LSCF anode. Three phase boundaries, surface oxygen vacancies, and bulk oxygen mobility increased, based on scanning electron microscopy and temperature-programmed desorption of O2 characterizations, and contributed to the enhancement of the four electrode processes of the OER and electrochemical performance of SOECs.展开更多

The cavity 3D visible model was created by large-scale mining industry soft- ware Surpac after changing the measured data. The stope mine design model, bottom structural model and backfill model of the south and north sides of the stope N4-5 were established according to the stope design data. On this basis, the stope block model was established, and then block attribute was estimated. The amount the ore remains, mullock, backfill and total mined ore were calculated through the solid model restrains. Finally, the stope mining dilution rate and loss rate reached 8.2% and 1.47%, respectively. The practice indicates that the mining index visible calculation method based on cavity 3D monitoring and stope block modeling can make up the deficiency of adopting the solid model to directly carry out the Boolean operation, The stope mining indexes obtained by this method are accurate and reliable, and can be used to guide the actual nroduction management and estimate the mining aualitv.展开更多

Polyelectrolyte becomes more and more popular in electrocatalysis.The understanding of electrode/polyelectrolyte interfaces at the molecular level is important for guiding further the polyelectrolyte-based electrocata...Polyelectrolyte becomes more and more popular in electrocatalysis.The understanding of electrode/polyelectrolyte interfaces at the molecular level is important for guiding further the polyelectrolyte-based electrocatalysis.Herein,we demonstrate an in-situ surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopic method by using a three-electrode spectroelectrochemical cell towards characterizing the electrode/polyelectrolyte interfaces.The Ag/AgCl and Ag/Ag_(2)O electrodes are used as the reference electrode in the acidic and the alkaline systems,respectively.The working electrode is made of a transparent carbon thin film which loads the electrocatalysts.The applications of this method are demonstrated through the in-situ characterizations of the p-methylthiophenol adsorbed on the Au and Pt and the electrochemical oxidation of Au on polyelectrolyte membranes.The potential-dependent spectral features of these two systems show that this method is a powerful tool for investigating the electrode/polyelectrolyte interfaces in electrocatalysis.展开更多

The influence of various reaction parameters such as reaction time, temperature, dosage and acid strength of catalyst was investigated. The experimental results demonstrated that the ionic liquid exhibited excellent activity under mild reaction conditions, with the conversion of olefins reaching 98.84% and the bromine index of the aromatics varying from 1129 to 13. On the basis of the results obtained, thereof, a possible reaction mechanism was proposed.展开更多

文摘Aim To prepare and characterize ferromagnetic fluids for hyperthermia of tumor. Methods Ferromagnetic fluids (FFs) of magnetite (Fe3O4) was prepared in the presence of polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) by chemical precipitation method. The iron content of the FFs was determined by spectrophotometric method using o-phenanthroline. The FFs/PEG-6000 was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectrometry (IR), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Heating effects of the FFs was measured in an alternating magnetic field in vitro. The hyperthermia of FFs in a rabbit was performed. Results The FFs/PEG-6000 was proved to be composed of Fe3O4 by XRD and IR. TEM showed that the ferromagnetic particles appeared to be almost spherical and dispersed well The average particle size was 13.3 ± 3.8 nm by XRD. The saturation magnetization and residual magnetization of the FFs were 23.39 A/m (1.556 emu/g) and 0.56 A/m (0.02604 emu/g), respectively. The coercive force was 12 Oe. The specific absorption rate (SAR) of FFs was 69 ± 10W/g [Fe]. After direct injection of FFs to hepatic VX2 carcinoma of a rabbit, the temperature in the core of the tumor was between 41 - 46 ℃ in an alternating magnetic field. Conclusion FFs/PEG-6000 was expected to be useful in hyperthermia of tumor.
文摘Several catalysts comprising Pt supported on octahedral Fe3O4(Pt/Fe3O4) were prepared by a facile method involving co-precipitation followed by thermal treatment at different temperatures. A variety of characterization results revealed that this preparation process afforded highly crystalline octahedral Fe3O4 with a uniform distribution of Pt nanoparticles on its surface. The thermal-treatment temperature significantly influenced the redox properties of the Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts. All the Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts were found to be catalytically active and stable for the oxidation of low-concentration formaldehyde(HCHO) with oxygen. The catalyst prepared by thermal treatment at 80 °C(labelled Pt/Fe3O4-80) exhibited the highest catalytic activity, efficiently converting HCHO to CO2 and H2 O under ambient temperature and moisture conditions. The excellent performance of Pt/Fe3O4-80 was mainly attributed to beneficial interactions between the Pt and Fe species that result in the formation a higher density of active interface sites(e.g., Pt-O-FeO x and Pt-OH-FeO x). The introduction of water vapor improves the catalytic activity of the Pt/Fe3O4 catalysts as it participates in a water-assisted dissociation process.

文摘La(0.6)Sr(0.4)Co(0.2)Fe(0.8)O(3-δ)(LSCF) anodes were infiltrated by Gd(0.2)Ce(0.8)O(1.9)GDC) nanoparticles to improve the oxygen evolution reaction(OER) performance of solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs) in CO2 electroreduction. The effect of GDC loading was investigated, and 10 wt% GDC nanoparticle infiltration of the LSCF(10 GDC/LSCF) anode results in the highest OER performance. Electrochemical impedance spectra measurements indicate that the infiltration by GDC nanoparticles greatly decreases the polarization resistance of the SOECs with the 10 GDC/LSCF anodes. The following distribution of relaxation time analysis suggests that four individual electrode processes are involved in the OER and that all of them are accelerated on the 10 GDC/LSCF anode. Three phase boundaries, surface oxygen vacancies, and bulk oxygen mobility increased, based on scanning electron microscopy and temperature-programmed desorption of O2 characterizations, and contributed to the enhancement of the four electrode processes of the OER and electrochemical performance of SOECs.

文摘Aimed at the CMS laser scanning theory and characteristic, a combined actual situation of stope N4-5 of Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine and complementary monitoring of the stope were carried out by carefully choos- ing two measuring points. The cavity 3D visible model was created by large-scale mining industry soft- ware Surpac after changing the measured data. The stope mine design model, bottom structural model and backfill model of the south and north sides of the stope N4-5 were established according to the stope design data. On this basis, the stope block model was established, and then block attribute was estimated. The amount the ore remains, mullock, backfill and total mined ore were calculated through the solid model restrains. Finally, the stope mining dilution rate and loss rate reached 8.2% and 1.47%, respectively. The practice indicates that the mining index visible calculation method based on cavity 3D monitoring and stope block modeling can make up the deficiency of adopting the solid model to directly carry out the Boolean operation, The stope mining indexes obtained by this method are accurate and reliable, and can be used to guide the actual nroduction management and estimate the mining aualitv.
文摘Lignin,which is the most recalcitrant component of lignocellulosic biomass,is also the most abundant renewable aromatic resource.Herein,reductive treatment of triploid poplar sawdust by the integration of catalytic Ru/C and a base,which afforded high yields of phenolic monomers from the lignin component and a solid carbohydrate pulp,is reported.The introduction of Cs_(2)CO_(3) led to the generation of C2 side‐chained phenols through the cleavage of C_(β)–O and C_(β)–C_(γ) bonds inβ–O–4 units in addition to C3 side‐chained phenols;the relationship between C2 and C3 was dependent on the base dosage.The reaction conditions,including base species,temperature,time,and H_(2) pressure,were optimized in terms of phenolic product distribution,delignification degree,and carbohydrate retention.The carbohydrate pulps generated from reductive catalytic fractionation in the presence of Cs_(2)CO_(3) were more amenable to enzymatic hydrolysis,indicating that this treatment of biomass constituted the fractionation of biomass components together with the breakdown of biomass recalcitrance.

文摘We study the equivalence of tripartite mixed states under local unitary transformations. The nonlocal properties for a class of tripartite quantum states in C^K× CM ^M×C^N composite systems are investigated and a complete set of invariants under local unitary transformations for these states is presented. It is shown that two of these states are locally equivalent if and only if all these invariants have the same values.
文摘Polyelectrolyte becomes more and more popular in electrocatalysis.The understanding of electrode/polyelectrolyte interfaces at the molecular level is important for guiding further the polyelectrolyte-based electrocatalysis.Herein,we demonstrate an in-situ surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopic method by using a three-electrode spectroelectrochemical cell towards characterizing the electrode/polyelectrolyte interfaces.The Ag/AgCl and Ag/Ag_(2)O electrodes are used as the reference electrode in the acidic and the alkaline systems,respectively.The working electrode is made of a transparent carbon thin film which loads the electrocatalysts.The applications of this method are demonstrated through the in-situ characterizations of the p-methylthiophenol adsorbed on the Au and Pt and the electrochemical oxidation of Au on polyelectrolyte membranes.The potential-dependent spectral features of these two systems show that this method is a powerful tool for investigating the electrode/polyelectrolyte interfaces in electrocatalysis.

文摘1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromochloroaluminate ([bmim]Br-AlCl3) ionic liquid was used as an acid catalyst for removal of trace olefins from the aromatic hydrocarbons. The influence of various reaction parameters such as reaction time, temperature, dosage and acid strength of catalyst was investigated. The experimental results demonstrated that the ionic liquid exhibited excellent activity under mild reaction conditions, with the conversion of olefins reaching 98.84% and the bromine index of the aromatics varying from 1129 to 13. On the basis of the results obtained, thereof, a possible reaction mechanism was proposed.
