学习空间理论支持多屏显示系统的应用。但目前多媒体教学系统大多是单屏显示的,呈现内容局限于一个相对狭小的空间,无法同时显示更多的教学内容,尤其在需要比较不同的教学内容时,教师不得不进行窗口或画面切换,导致内容停留时间减少,增... 学习空间理论支持多屏显示系统的应用。但目前多媒体教学系统大多是单屏显示的,呈现内容局限于一个相对狭小的空间,无法同时显示更多的教学内容,尤其在需要比较不同的教学内容时,教师不得不进行窗口或画面切换,导致内容停留时间减少,增加观察负担;此外,要显示学生计算机桌面图像也很困难。我们设计实现了一个由三显示屏构成的多媒体教学支持平台,包括教师主屏、教学辅助信息屏、学生桌面显示屏。由于系统能同时显示多屏画面,因此便于学生观察比较,特别是能够显示一个或多个学生计算机桌面图像,有利于开展互动式教学。实际应用表明,三屏系统能够显著改善教学过程,提高课堂注意力,激发学生参与教学的积极性,提升教学质量。 展开更多

Based on the helix rotating screen and the digital micro-mirror device (DMD), the former proto of volumetric-swept display system is improved. The 3-D display system adopting a helix rotating screen to construct an imaging space meliorate the defects, such as the smaller image space, the fewer voxels and the severer voxel overlap dead zone caused by planar rotating screen. DMD with spatial light modular (SLM) technology increases the transmission bandwidth of 3-D data in the voxel activation subsystem and activate multi-voxel once time. The volumetric-swept system based on helix rotating screen and DMD is developed. The experimental results show that the image space, the vision dead zone, the voxels on slice, and the voxel activation capacity of the designed proto are superior to the plane rotating screen system. 展开更多

This letter reports an autostereoscopic three-dimensional (3D) fiat panel display system employing a newly designed LCD-pixel-associated parallax barrier (LPB). The battler's parameters can be conveniently determined by the LCD pixels and can help to greatly simplify the conventional design. The optical system of the proposed 3D display is built and simulated to verify the design. For further experimental demonstration, a 508-mm autostereoscopic 3D displayprototype is developed and it presents good stereoscopic images. Experimental results agree well wlth the simulation, which reveals a strong potential for 3D display applications. 展开更多
