本锅炉是一种带有三旋涡内分离器的循环流化床锅炉,即其内分离器是由三个旋涡分离室(一主二次)构成,分离效率可达99%,循环物料回送装置为十分紧凑的半自流阀,调节范围大,可燃用宽筛分的各种燃料。旋涡分离室全部由膜式水冷壁构成,体积... 本锅炉是一种带有三旋涡内分离器的循环流化床锅炉,即其内分离器是由三个旋涡分离室(一主二次)构成,分离效率可达99%,循环物料回送装置为十分紧凑的半自流阀,调节范围大,可燃用宽筛分的各种燃料。旋涡分离室全部由膜式水冷壁构成,体积紧凑,阻力~40mmH_2O。适用于中小型电站沸腾炉与工业沸腾炉,特别适宜于35t/h以下的炉、组装沸腾炉。10t/h此类单旋涡内分离循环流化床锅炉已于1988年初投入运行至今(当燃用低位发热量QYdw≈(10460~14650)KJ/kg的白煤末与造气炉渣的混合燃料时,初步测定其燃烧效率达97%以上),与用户(玉田化肥厂)另一台同容量(10t/h)一般沸腾炉相比(经测定燃烧效率为82%),此台单旋涡内分离循环沸腾炉年节煤的经济效率达66万元人民币以上。由此表明:三旋涡内分离循环床锅炉的燃烧效率等指标,将完全可以达到国外一般高速循环床的水平。其年经济效益将比单旋涡循环床有更显著的提高。 展开更多

The vortex-induced vibration of two identical rigidly mounted risers in a parallel arrangement was studied using Ansys-CFX and model tests.The vortex shedding and force were recorded to determine the effect of spacing on the two-degree-of-freedom oscillation of the risers.CFX was used to study the single riser and two parallel risers in 2–8D spacing considering the coupling effect.Because of the limited width of water channel,only three different riser spacings,2D,3D,and 4D,were tested to validate the characteristics of the two parallel risers by comparing to the numerical simulation.The results indicate that the lift force changes significantly with the increase in spacing,and in the case of 3D spacing,the lift force of the two parallel risers reaches the maximum.The vortex shedding of the risers in 3D spacing shows that a variable velocity field with the same frequency as the vortex shedding is generated in the overlapped area,thus equalizing the period of drag force to that of lift force.It can be concluded that the interaction between the two parallel risers is significant when the risers are brought to a small distance between them because the trajectory of riser changes from oval to curve 8 as the spacing is increased.The phase difference of lift force between the two risers is also different as the spacing changes. 展开更多

旋涡三云凤纹,一种从战国中期至西汉中期从未间断过的漆盒纹样。其源头可追溯到西周青铜器卷体凤鸟纹、春秋晚期漆盘旋涡三鸟纹,也是战国楚墓和秦墓常见漆器图案,它的兴起与其所反映的宗教含义有关。秦昭襄王时期,秦工官融合和创新了一... 旋涡三云凤纹,一种从战国中期至西汉中期从未间断过的漆盒纹样。其源头可追溯到西周青铜器卷体凤鸟纹、春秋晚期漆盘旋涡三鸟纹,也是战国楚墓和秦墓常见漆器图案,它的兴起与其所反映的宗教含义有关。秦昭襄王时期,秦工官融合和创新了一种旋涡三云鸟纹漆盒样式,反映了华夏文明多元一体的文化特征。随着秦帝国扩张与统一进程,其影响延及秦占领的巴蜀和江汉地区官营制品。汉初“成都市府”官营漆盒制造自然承继了这一传统并加以改进,尤以马王堆汉墓所出最为经典。随后,该纹样的变体还在西汉中期漆盘上流行,见于湖南、江苏地区出土诸侯王高级贵族墓中,为诸侯国工官造。其影响还导致了西汉晚期工官造旋涡三云兽纹漆盘的产生,见于边陲和扬州一带出土中小型贵族墓中。故此,本文拟对该漆盒流行地域、发展序列、生产流通与宗教意旨进行分析,追溯其源与流,讨论它对工官造漆器的影响,厘清它与墓主身份、制地关系问题,为辨析其年代分期、生产机构与制地等提供可靠的依据。 展开更多

When the variable geometry hypersonic inlet is sealed with ceramic wafers,the cavity flows inside the sealing chamber can be affected by the boundary layer near the side wall.To study the influence of the boundary layer thickness near the side wall on the flow and leakage characteristics in sealing chamber,the numerical calculation of the cavity flow in the sealing chamber under different inflow boundary layer thicknesses is carried out.The results show that three-dimensional cavity flow structures are close to being asymmetric,and the entrance pressure of the leakage path can also be affected by asymmetry;with the increase of the thickness of the boundary layer,the pressure at the cavity floor and the seal entrance decreases.Finally,the existing leakage prediction model is modified according to the distribution rule of the cavity floor and the flow properties in the leakage path. 展开更多
