低副瓣三次模压缩偶极子天线的设计

针对模式压缩偶极子天线目前存在的高副瓣问题,提出一种低副瓣三次模压缩偶极子天线的设计,通过采用在偶极子天线上加载弯折电感的方式,获得较大压缩系数值,减小反向电流的辐射口面,从而设计出低副瓣高增益的模式压缩天线,实现了-15.35... 针对模式压缩偶极子天线目前存在的高副瓣问题,提出一种低副瓣三次模压缩偶极子天线的设计,通过采用在偶极子天线上加载弯折电感的方式,获得较大压缩系数值,减小反向电流的辐射口面,从而设计出低副瓣高增益的模式压缩天线,实现了-15.35 dB的低副瓣和5.11 dBi的增益性能,降低了互扰,增大天线的传输距离和传输速率.为验证仿真模型的有效性,利用PCB技术加工出实物并进行测试,其仿真和测试结果比较吻合. 展开更多

吸乳护罩由面盖和底盖组成,采用同1副模具生产面盖和底盖。针对面盖与底盖结构相差较大的情况,将面盖与底盖的型腔板与型芯分别设计独立的镶件,采用三板模结构和直浇口浇注系统。为了避免塑件外表面的熔接痕,针对面盖上的3个小孔,采用... 吸乳护罩由面盖和底盖组成,采用同1副模具生产面盖和底盖。针对面盖与底盖结构相差较大的情况,将面盖与底盖的型腔板与型芯分别设计独立的镶件,采用三板模结构和直浇口浇注系统。为了避免塑件外表面的熔接痕,针对面盖上的3个小孔,采用定模滑块脱模机构,通过推料板与定模型芯固定板之间的相对运动驱动定模滑块脱模。面盖内表面的斜圆柱孔脱模采用内滑块脱模机构,在动模型芯固定板与垫块之间设置支承板,通过辅助开模机构使动模型芯固定板与支承板分开并驱动内滑块脱模。模具采用水井与直通相结合的冷却水路进行冷却,将面盖的水路分为上、下两层,使水路与型腔表面距离基本相同。 展开更多

Water inrush is one of the most serious geological hazards in underground engineering construction.In order to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of water inrush,a new attribute interval recognition theory and method is proposed to systematically evaluate the risk of water inrush in karst tunnels.Its innovation mainly includes that the value of evaluation index is an interval rather than a certain value;the single-index attribute evaluation model is improved non-linearly based on the idea of normal distribution;the synthetic attribute interval analysis method based on improved intuitionistic fuzzy theory is proposed.The TFN-AHP method is proposed to analyze the weight of evaluation index.By analyzing geological factors and engineering factors in tunnel zone,a multi-grade hierarchical index system for tunnel water inrush risk assessment is established.The proposed method is applied to ventilation incline of Xiakou tunnel,and its rationality and practicability is verified by comparison with field situation and evaluation results of other methods.In addition,the results evaluated by this method,which considers that water inrush is a complex non-linear system and the geological conditions have spatial variability,are more accurate and reliable.And it has good applicability in solving the problem of certain and uncertain problem. 展开更多

Prediction of Core Losses of Three-Phase Distribution Transformer

Transformers are normally designed and built for use at rated frequency and sinusoidal load current. A non-linear load on a transformer leads to harmonic power losses which cause increased operational costs and additional heating in transformer parts. It leads to higher losses, early fatigue of insulation, premature failure and reduction of the useful life of the transformer. To prevent these problems, the rated capacity of transformer which supplies harmonic loads must be reduced. In this work, a typical 50 kVA three-phase distribution transformer with real practical parameters is taken under non-linear loads generated due to domestic loads. The core losses is evaluated using the three dimensional model of the transformer developed in FEM (finite element method) program based on valid model of transformer under high harmonic conditions. And finally a relation associated with core losses and amplitude of high harmonic order are reviewed & analyzed and then a comparison is being carried out on the results obtained by different excitation current in transformer windings. 展开更多
