为了制订功夫在大豆上安全使用标准,采用田间试验方法研究了功夫在大豆茎叶和土壤中的残留动态,应用GLC法测定了功夫在青豆、成熟大豆和土壤中的残留量。2年的试验结果表明,功夫在大豆茎叶和土壤中消失较快,其半衰期分别为6.6—7.1 d和... 为了制订功夫在大豆上安全使用标准,采用田间试验方法研究了功夫在大豆茎叶和土壤中的残留动态,应用GLC法测定了功夫在青豆、成熟大豆和土壤中的残留量。2年的试验结果表明,功夫在大豆茎叶和土壤中消失较快,其半衰期分别为6.6—7.1 d和6.7—11.6 d.施药量(有效成分)为15g/hm^2,施药2次,收获时土壤中的残留量为0.008 mg/k8;在青豆和成熟大豆中残留量均低于最低检测浓度(0.004 mg/kg)。功夫属易降解农药(T1/2<30 d),按推荐剂量(7.5 g/hm^2)使用2次是安全的。 展开更多

The genetic inheritance of resistance to cyhalothrin in housefly, Musca domestica (L) was investigated. Reciprocal crosses between susceptible (S) and resistant (R) strains were used to determine the characteristics of resistance. Analysis of probit line from the F 1 generation and F 2 generation obtained by inbreeding the F 1 hybrids indicated that cyhalothrin resistance was controlled by more than one factors and degree of resistance dominance to cyhalothrin was -0.10, indicating cyhalothrin resistance is conferred by incompletely recessive gene(s). The realized heritability of resistance to cyhalothrin cyhalothrin calculated from data collected routinely from laboratory selection was 0 12. 展开更多
