上海“世博”主题的传播效果实证分析

本文通过随机抽样调查,对上海地区及全国大部分省市进行问卷发放,针对上海"世博"主题的传播效果首次進行实证分析。研究发现:上海地区市民对于上海"世博"主题的认知度偏低,但满意度较高;电视是获得相关讯息的第一传播渠道。而全国立意抽样调查结果显示:较之上海,差异表现在对"世博"的关注度、期待度、参与度更低;网络晋升为主要了解渠道;大多数人对于"世博"仍持一种疑惑、观望的态度,有待我们的各种传播媒介进一步发挥告知、解说、动员、亲和的作用。

An automatic grid generation approach over free-form surface for architectural design

An essential step for the realization of free-form surface structures is to create an efficient structural gird that satisfies not only the architectural aesthetics,but also the structural performance.Employing the main stress trajectories as the representation of force flows on a free-form surface,an automatic grid generation approach is proposed for the architectural design.The algorithm automatically plots the main stress trajectories on a 3D free-form surface,and adopts a modified advancing front meshing technique to generate the structural grid.Based on the proposed algorithm,an automatic grid generator named "St-Surmesh" is developed for the practical architectural design of free-form surface structure.The surface geometry of one of the Sun Valleys in Expo Axis for the Expo Shanghai 2010 is selected as a numerical example for validating the proposed approach.Comparative studies are performed to demonstrate how different structural grids affect the design of a free-form surface structure.

Trend and Interannual Variability of Chinese Air Pollution since 2000 in Association with Socioeconomic Development: A Brief Overview

Abstract Chinese air pollution has increased in this century along with the rapid socioeconomic development and resulting anthropogenic emissions. While recent emission control measures have shown encouraging re sults and have reduced the levels of sulfur dioxide and primary aerosols, the concentrations of other air pollutants continue to grow, particularly secondary pollutants in cluding ozone and secondary aerosols. Meanwhile, a va riety of intentional and unintentional socioeconomic events have temporarily changed the pace, and even the signs, of growth of air pollution. These events include the short-term emission restrictions imposed during the Sino-African Summit, the Beijing Olympics and Para lympics, the Shanghai World Exposition （Shanghai Expo）, the Guangzhou Asian Olympics, and the Shenzhen Uni versiade, as well as the unintentional emission reductions associated with the recent economic recession and the annual Chinese New Year. This paper presents a brief overview of trends and temporary perturbations of Chi nese air pollution since 2000, summarizing studies on anthropogenic emission inventories, atmospheric meas urements, and inverse modeling. It concludes with rec ommendations for future research.

Impact of Tourists'Perceived Value on Behavioral Intention for Mega Events:Analysis of Inbound and Domestic Tourists at Shanghai World Expo

Based on the survey data for 2120 inbound and domestic tourists at the Shanghai World Expo,a structural equation model was constructed for the relationship among tourists' perceived value dimensions,behavioral intention and revisit intention.Additionally,the influence of tourists' perceived value dimensions on the behavioral intention and revisit intention was explored.The results show that the utilitarian value and enjoyment value significantly affect the inbound and domestic tourists' behavioral intention,while the convenience value and aesthetic value have no significant influence.The service value only significantly affects the domestic tourists' behavioral intention,and the aesthetic value only significantly affects the inbound tourists' behavioral intention.The utilitarian value,service value and enjoyment value significantly affect the inbound and domestic tourists' revisit intention,while the convenience value only significantly affects the domestic tourists' revisit intention.The utilitarian value is the primary factor affecting the inbound tourists' behavioral intention and revisit intention,and the perceived price has no significant effect on either inbound or domestic tourists' behavioral intention or revisit intention.The study explores the relationships between tourists' perceived value,behavioral intention and revisit intention,analyzes the divergence and causation,theoretically enriches the research field of tourism geography and behavioral geography,and has great practical significance to the sustainable development of mega events in China,including the further development of the Shanghai World Expo.

Quantitative Analysis of Influence Force of Shanghai Expo on GGDP

Quantitative study of the impact of Shanghai World Expo on green GDP （GGDP） is significant for deploying sustainable development policy in China. The formula of GGDP is： GGDP = GDP--the loss of natural resources environment relegation cost ＋ comprehensive utilized value of waste. Based on this, the study employed vector autoregressive （VAR） model to predict the value of GGDP and other economic variables on condition that there was no Shanghai World Expo. Then Influence of Expo is defined as the rate of increase of GGDP. The result demonstrated that Shanghai World Expo had accelerated the growth rate of GGDP vastly with the elimination of effect of Beijing Olympics. Additionally, the quantitative analysis between GGDP and other economic variables suggested GGDP would replace GDP to evaluate the development of economy. Finally, the paper proposed that incidents like World Expo can enhance the level of influence for a country and that post-impact of Shanghai Expo should continue to be used to promote GGDP and that GGDP should serve as one of the indicators in assessment of political achievement.

Standardization Contributes to preparation for Expo 2010 Shanghai

The task of standardization includes the formulation, organization, and supervision of standards, as well as the implementation of those standards. This paper outlines how standardization was illustrated, analyzed, and brought forward developmentally, while emphasizing implementation and supervision in accordance with the target and scope of the Expo 2010 Shanghai China Informatization.

Expo 2010 Shanghai China Standardization Progress and Post-Expo Demand Study

The beneficial exploration and consequential harvest in the standardization field during the preparation of the Expo 2010 Shanghai China （Expo） is studied and discussed in this paper. Based upon the work that Expo needs to do to meet its requirement on standardization, many positive advances are proposed to conduct and supervise various activities in the processes of the Expo operation and post-Expo opportunities.

Training theory and practice of crossing cultural awareness in college English teaching

English is the current most widely used international language of communication, with the improvement of China＇ s comprehensive national strength, participation in the exchange, cooperation and increase trade opportunities for the international community, particularly the WTO, Beijing ＇s successful Olympic bid, the Shanghai World Expo, several major events more and more people are realizing the importance of English practical applications. Now students acquire decent rules of successful communication in English, and this should be the starting point and final destination of English teaching. Therefore, in the process of teaching English, the penetration of the language and cultural knowledge, cross-cultural communication awareness training must cause concern and attention of English teachers to improve students ＇ intercultural communication content acumen, thus to improve students＇ English communication in practice capacity.
