METHODS\ The volatile oil was extracted from \%Chenopodium ambrosioides\% L. by steam distillation and was analysed by chromatography, spectral evidences and GC MS. RESULTS\ Two components were column isolated from the volatile oil, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. 14 compounds were separated and identified which accounted for over 94% of total volatile oil. CONCLUSION\ The main components of volatile oil from \%Chenopodium ambrosiodes\% L. are \%p\% cymene(29.73%),α terpinene(9.02%), ascaridole(23 51%), and α terpinolene or δ 4 carene(31.17%).展开更多
