微波加致康胶囊局部上药治疗宫颈糜烂的临床观察

宫颈糜烂是一种最常见的宫颈疾病,发病率很高,治疗方法很多,从治疗结果来看,以物理治疗效果较好,我院从2008年1月开始对220例宫颈糜烂进行微波治疗并局部涂用致康胶囊,收到很好的效果,现分析如下。

门诊苦瓜饮片泡饮配合阴道上药与单纯门诊阴道上药治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效比较

细菌性阴道病是一种阴道混合感染,主要由加纳特杆菌和一些厌氧菌导致阴道内微生态平衡失调,表现为阴道分泌物增多,白带有鱼腥臭味并且外阴有瘙痒灼热的综合征.10%~50%的患者没有症状,诊断主要依靠白带分析报告.本文整理2015年10月1日至2017年9月30日就诊于门诊的68例细菌性阴道病的患者的就诊资料,进行回顾性分析,比较门诊苦瓜饮片泡饮配合阴道上药治疗细菌性阴道病和单纯门诊阴道上药治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效,现报告如下.

阴道上药治疗宫颈糜烂376例临床分析

1．1一般资料：我从2000年开始治疗宫颈糜烂376例，由于我是在基层，经济条件有限，无力购置高新仪器，用于宫颈糜烂的治疗，我采用药物阴道上药，经过观察，效果良好。我自2000年以来，共治疗宫颈糜烂的病人376例，其中I度糜烂的124例，Ⅱ度糜烂的200例。Ⅲ度糜烂的52例。年龄在24—45岁之间。

细菌性阴道炎如何治疗

我患细菌性阴道炎5年，久治不愈。白带多，呈灰白色，浆液性，有腥臭味，阴道坠胀、灼热。白带常规检查无滴虫、霉菌，上皮细胞（＋＋），白细胞（＋＋＋）。杂菌（＋＋），清洁度Ⅲ度。用灭滴灵口服1个月、阴道上药3个月均无效。外用药用过康复特栓、保妇康栓、氧氟沙星栓、莪术油（栓）、甲硝唑栓等，均无效。2005年10月在医院妇科做冲洗-雾化-微波-晚上阴道上药治疗。治疗时症状消失，停止治疗不到2天又复发。又用乳酸杆菌制剂阴道上药，用了3个月后仍无效。请问：我的病还能治好吗？如何治疗？

外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（VVC）是由假丝酵母菌引起的常见外阴阴道炎症。它主要的临床症状表现为外阴瘙痒、灼痛,性交痛和排尿痛,部分患者阴道分泌物增多。我院门诊采用氟康唑顿服同时配合阴道上药治疗单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病取得良好效果，尤其在预防复发方面效果显著，现总结如下。

老药新用二则

闭经笔者用人参养荣丸治疗闭经患者，效果显著。方法：用人参养荣丸，每次服1丸，每日3次，黄酒送服。5天为1疗程。结果：用上药治疗闭经患者23例，经用药2～4个疗程后，其中治愈者20例，有效2例，无效1例，总有效率为95．7％。

Should anticoagulants be administered for portal vein thrombosis associated with acute pancreatitis?

Venous complications in patients with acute pancreatitis typically occur as a form of splenic,portal,or superior mesenteric vein thrombosis and have been detected more frequently in recent reports.Although a well-organized protocol for the treatment of venous thrombosis has not been established,anticoagulation therapy is commonly recommended.A 73-year-old man was diagnosed with acute progressive portal vein thrombosis associated with acute pancreatitis.After one month of anticoagulation therapy,the patient developed severe hematemesis.With endoscopy and an abdominal computed tomography scan,hemorrhages in the pancreatic pseudocyst,which was ruptured into the duodenal bulb,were confirmed.After conservative treatment,the patient was stabilized.While the rupture of a pseudocyst into the surrounding viscera is a well-known phenomenon,spontaneous rupture into the duodenum is rare.Moreover,no reports of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by pseudocyst rupture in patients under anticoagulation therapy for venous thrombosis associated with acute pancreatitis have been published.Herein,we report a unique case of massive upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to pancreatic pseudocyst rupture into the duodenum,which developed during anticoagulation therapy for portal vein thrombosis associated with acute pancreatitis.

Forty-seven Cases of Gonitis Treated by A Combined Therapy of Chinese Drugs and Acupuncture

Osteoarthritis, a nonspecific inflammatory lesion, is a commonly seen joint disease. Clinically, it is mainly characterized by arthralgia, swelling, and motor impairment. Since the knee joint is the load-bearing joint of the human body, and is susceptible to trauma, gonitis tends to have the highest morbidity in the four limbs, which manifests itself arthritis of patella and femur at the early stage; narrowness or disappearance of the medial joint space at the mid stage; and damage of the cartilage accompanied with flexion deformity at the late stage. In recent years, based on the experience of Prof. Cao Yiming, the author has treated 47 cases of gonitis by combined use of Chinese drugs and acupuncture, and obtained satisfactory therapeutic results as reported in the following.

新生儿肛周脓肿3例

患儿男，35d。肛旁红肿1周就诊。患儿自喂母乳开始即大便次数较频，每日数10次，量少但不稀，于1周前患儿排便时发现肛旁红肿，喂服抗生素（头孢氨苄颗粒）及局部应用鱼石脂软膏治疗，症状稍缓解，3d后于对侧复又出现上述情况，继用上药治疗，症状不见好转来诊。专科检查：患儿截石位3点位及7点位各有一红肿硬块，3点位处约黄豆大小，距肛缘0．5cm，7点位红肿波及肛缘，范围1．0cm×1．0cm，轻压即哭闹，有波动感。
