The investigation is mainly based on a questionnaire survey. The result shows that Chinese companies overwhelmingly accept overseas listing as a preferred option, which may shed some light on other Chinese companies in their evaluation on seeking overseas public listing as a strategic option to the overseas exchanges in their efforts of wooing the Chinese market.展开更多

It is also common in listed companies of our country and has a degree of adve...Earning management is a pioneering research subject and a world problem rising in international economics and accounting field since 1980s. It is also common in listed companies of our country and has a degree of adverse effect on sound operation of market economy. The exploration on earning management firstly is based on knowing the related research achievements at home and abroad to compare the environment and background of different theories generating. Then the paper starts from the definition to analyze the effect of concrete accounting standards on earning management complemented with the proof of cases. Lastly, the paper analyzes the data of some listed companies from 2008 to 2011 with empirical method, and verifies the effect of implementing asset impairment criteria on earning management of listed companies from the view of industry. Focusing on the comparative study of industries, the paper draws valuableconclusion which is consistent with the real situation, and the paper refines the research of domestic earning management.展开更多

Moreover, it studies characteristics of long term memory of the sample data and its variance along with time; study existence of chaotic attractors in data of the complex index by reconstructing the phase space of the index data. Finally, this paper carries on the related forecast demonstration study to the stock composite index. Results of the study have certain reference function to the actual problem.展开更多

We provide empirical evidence that the mean order aggressiveness is negative (low) and most traders are liquidity providers. Our results also show that high order aggressiveness accompanied with high market volatility and large trade volume. The intraday order aggressiveness pattern is from low to high. Four factors: spread, volatility, order imbalance and size affect order aggressiveness, but they affect the buy and sell side differently.展开更多
