通过简单的共沉淀法成功制备了Ln_(2)O_(3)(Ln=Er^(3+),Sm^(3+))纳米发光材料,通过光子雪崩过程实现了Ln_(2)O_(3)(Ln=Er^(3+),Sm^(3+))纳米发光材料的高效上转换宽带发光。通过光谱测试发现在1.47 W功率密度的980 nm光源激发下,所制备... 通过简单的共沉淀法成功制备了Ln_(2)O_(3)(Ln=Er^(3+),Sm^(3+))纳米发光材料,通过光子雪崩过程实现了Ln_(2)O_(3)(Ln=Er^(3+),Sm^(3+))纳米发光材料的高效上转换宽带发光。通过光谱测试发现在1.47 W功率密度的980 nm光源激发下,所制备的上转换发光材料Er_(2)O_(3) 和Sm_(2)O_(3)的发光强度分别是商用NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)荧光粉的4.13倍和2.45倍,经过认真分析材料的上转换发光机制,发现材料的宽带发光主要来源于Ln_(2)O_(3)(Ln=Er^(3+),Sm^(3+))基质中的氧缺陷。 展开更多

An up-conversion mixer implemented in a 0.35μm SiGe BiCMOS technology for a double conversion cable TV tuner is described, The mixer converts the 100MHz to 1000MHz band to the Intermediate Frequency of 1GHz above. The mixer meets the linearity and noise figure requirements for a TV tuner. The noise figure (IF) of 19.2-17.5dB, ldB compression of 12.1dBm, and gain of-1-0.7dB in the 900MHz band are achieved at a supply voltage of 5V. The power consumption is 47mW. 展开更多
