高压相变是凝聚态物理、地球与行星科学、材料科学等领域关注的核心问题之一,而加载应变率是相变动力学过程的重要影响因素。由于动态加载下物质相结构原位诊断技术的不足以及宽广加载应变率下物质高压相变系统实验研究的缺失,难以开展... 高压相变是凝聚态物理、地球与行星科学、材料科学等领域关注的核心问题之一,而加载应变率是相变动力学过程的重要影响因素。由于动态加载下物质相结构原位诊断技术的不足以及宽广加载应变率下物质高压相变系统实验研究的缺失,难以开展基于原子尺度物理机制的相变动力学过程建模和数值模拟研究。由于硅的高压相极其丰富,且拥有大量亚稳相,动力学因素在其高压相变过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,因此,硅是研究高压相变动力学的理想材料,对普适相变动力学过程的理论建模具有重要意义。以硅为例,介绍其在准静态、中等应变率和高应变率加载下的相变行为,探讨加载应变率对其高压相变行为的影响。 展开更多

In view of the influence and harm of low frequency vibration environment on the structure of spaceflight products,a low frequency dynamic study method for piezoelectric sensor based on the dynamic system of sinusoidal pressure is proposed.This method uses a sinusoidal pressure dynamic system with two-way dual channel import and export synchronization technology to study the low frequency characteristics of a piezoelectric sensor of PCB company,and its lower cut-off frequency is 0.26 Hz.It is also studied that when the frequency of the measured vibration or shock signal is 1-200 kHz,the error range of signal positive pressure action time is 4.87%-0.03%.The dynamic compensation for the low frequency of the vibration sensor is carried out,and the compensation effect is good. 展开更多

Hydrodynamics of conical fluidized bed differ from that of columnar beds by the fact that a velocity gradient exists along the axial direction of the bed.The gas–liquid–solid fluidized bed has emerged in recent years as one of the most promising devices for three-phase operations.Such a device is of considerable industrial importance as evident from its wide applications in chemical,refining,petrochemical,biochemical processing,pharmaceutical and food industries.To explore this,a series of experiments have been carried out for homogeneous well-mixed ternary mixtures of dolomite of varying compositions in a three-phase conical fluidized bed.The hydrodynamic characteristics determined included the bed pressure drop,bed fluctuation and bed expansion ratios.The single and combined effects of operating parameters such as superficial gas velocity,superficial liquid velocity,initial static bed height,average particle size and cone angle on the responses have been analyzed using response surface methodology(RSM).A 25 full factorial central composite experimental design has been employed.Analysis of variance(ANOVA) showed a high coefficient of determination value and satisfactory prediction second-order regression models have been derived.Experimental values of bed pressure drop,bed fluctuation and bed expansion ratios have been found to agree well with the developed correlations. 展开更多

The experimental result of the collection efficiency of the axial flow cyclone with the fixed guide vanes is lower than that with the tangential inlet pipe to the cyclone body due to the weak angular momentum transfer given by flowing through the guide vanes. However, one of the interesting points is the control of the collection efficiency depended on the funnel shaped exit pipes. The collection efficiencies for these funnel shaped exit pipes are depended on the Froude number. Then, in this paper, the experimental results of the pressure drop and also the collection efficiency using the fly-ash particles and also the comparison of the calculated results of the collection efficiency with the experimental results are described i~ detail. 展开更多
