Endoscopy showed a large polyp on a stalk, protruding through the pylorus into the duodenum causing intermittent gastric outlet obstruction. While prolapsing gastric antral polyps are usually benign and hyperplastic, inflammatory or regenerative in type, excisional snare polypectomy here led to complete resolution of his symptoms, but showed a malignant polyp.展开更多
