Discrimination between the objects can be transferred into different projection spaces by the process of multi-field feature extraction. The multi-field feature vector includes time-domain, spectral, time-frequency distribution and bi-spectral features. Underwater target recognition can be considered as a problem of small sample recognition. SVM algorithm is appropriate to this kind of problems because of its outstanding generalizability. The SVM is contrasted with a Gaussian classifier and a k-nearest classifier in some experiments using real data of lake or sea trial. The experimental results indicate that SVM is better than the others two.展开更多

This group included 120 males and 53 females. The pathologic lesions composed of localized complete occlusion of inferior vena cava (IVC) (78), IVC stenosis (49), IVC membrane with a hole (37), membrane of hepatic vein (HV) (3), IVC thrombosis (4), IVC membrane with thrombosis (2) and IVC lesion with occlusion of HV (32). Treatment methods included that I: Percutaneous transinferior vena cava angioplasty (PTA) (76); II: IVC PTA with stent (59); III: Percutaneous transhepatic vein recanalization (3); IV: IVC thrombolysis through a catheter (4); V; Combined transcardiac and trans-femoral venous membranotomy and balloon dilation (22); VI: V and stent (17); VII; Stenting during radical surgery (3); VIII: Additional operation after intervention (23).Results. The immediate technique success rate for intervention was 90.1%, for the semi-intervention was 100%. The IVC pressure was reduced from 3 to 29 cmH20. Complications occurred in 8 cases. The death rate was 2.9%. A follow-up study showed the recurrence rates were 14.5% in IVC PTA group, 1.7% in IVC PTA with stent, 18.2% in combined technique without stent and no recurrence was found in other groups.Conclusion. The PTA is the first choice for localized lesions. When elastic recoil occurs, immediate stenting is suggested. The semi-interventional approach is advised for PTA failure and more complicated cases. For those with both IVC lesion and occlusion of HV, the additional operation is needed after IVC intervention.展开更多

Methods: The clinical data of 106 patients at the early stage of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the lower extremities treated by thrombolysis with anticoagulation and dispersion drugs were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The thrombolytic effect was significant. After treatment, the deep veins were recanalized without regurgitation in 75.3% of the patients. The total effective rate was 100%. Only three patients had hemorrhagic complication, but none of the patients died. Conclusion: Thrombolysis with anticoagulation treatment is an effective and safe method for DVT at the early stage.展开更多

The results of the preliminary tests of the effect of the hydrostatic pressure on the compressive strength of SCUWC were shown. The impact of the hydrostatic pressure on the compressive strength values of test specimens has been confirmed. There has been an increase in the strength of the specimens taken from the upper parts of the concrete samples. As it can be seen from the preliminary research, the differences in compressive strength are related to the differences that occur in the size and distribution of air voids in the samples taken from upper and lower parts of the test specimens. On the basis of the carried out investigations of the compressive strength, it can be concluded that the hydrostatic pressure has a favorable effect on the compressive strength of the tested specimens of SCUWC. Increase of the compressive strength is observed mostly in the upper layers of the samples. Preliminary analysis of the quantity and distribution of air pores in the samples of concrete subjected to pressure 0.5 MPa confirms the positive impact of the hydrostatic pressure on the layers close to the surface indicated by the absence of large air voids above 1,500μm and by reducing the quantity of air pores of size above 300μm.展开更多

The SCV catheter being misplaced into the internal jugular (IJV) vein is a common occurrence. The present study explores the influence of a misplaced SCV catheter on TPTD variables. Methods: Thirteen severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) patients with malposition of the SCV catheter were enrolled in this study. TPTD variables including cardiac index (CI), global end-diastolic volume index (GEDVI), intrathoracic blood volume index (ITBVI), and extravascular lung water index (EVLWl) were obtained after injection of cold saline via the misplaced SCV catheter. Then, the misplaced SCV catheter was removed and IJV access was constructed for a further set of TPTD variables. Comparisons were made between the TPTD results measured through the IJV and mis- placed SCV accesses. Results: A total of 104 measurements were made from TPTD curves after injection of cold saline via the IJV and misplaced SCV accesses. Bland-Altman analysis demonstrated an overestimation of +111.40 ml/m2 (limits of agreement: 6.13 and 216.70 ml/m2) for GEDVI and ITBVI after a misplaced SCV injection. There were no significant influences on CI and EVLWI. The biases of +0.17 L/(min.m2) for CI and +0.17 ml/kg for EVLWI were re- vealed by Bland-Altman analysis. Conclusions: The malposition of an SCV catheter does influence the accuracy of TPTD variables, especially GEDVI and ITBVI. The position of the SCV catheter should be confirmed by chest X-ray in order to make good use of the TPTD measurements.展开更多

To meet this aim, we choose static spherically symmetric spacetime in f(R, G) gravity to develop the field equations. We select three different models of f(R, G) gravity, which are thoroughly discussed in the literature. Firstly, the inequalities are formulated using energy bounds and then viability of the considered models are checked respectively. Graphical analysis show that specific f(R, G) gravity models are satisfied under suitable values of model parameters. It is shown that in a certain case energy bounds are satisfied expect SEC, which supports the late time acceleration expansion of unverse.展开更多
