基于阿尔奇定律的双重介质模型溶质运移试验研究

【目的】由于天然孔隙介质中存在物理化学非均质性,在这种复杂的非均质性含水层中,以往的现场试验数据显示溶质在非均质介质运移过程中无法用菲克扩散定律对流弥散方程(Advection-Dispersion Equation,ADE)来描述。本研究采用高密度电... 【目的】由于天然孔隙介质中存在物理化学非均质性,在这种复杂的非均质性含水层中,以往的现场试验数据显示溶质在非均质介质运移过程中无法用菲克扩散定律对流弥散方程(Advection-Dispersion Equation,ADE)来描述。本研究采用高密度电法证实溶质在非均质介质中非菲克运移。【方法】本研究采用石英砂、沸石两种不同基质构建双重介质物理模型(Models of Dual-Domain Mass Transfer,DDMT),采用高密度电法测定系统ERT21实时检测和采集数据,在实验室利用Nacl溶液开展示踪试验,利用阿尔奇定律分析溶质运移试验研究。【结果】试验结果浓度穿透曲线在后期发生“拖尾”现象;在沸石柱实验中,观察到流体电导率(σ_(f))和体积电导率(σ_(b))之间的滞后现象,这表明流体在不可动领域和可动领域之间的交换。而在沙子柱试验中,未观察到σ_(f)和σ_(b)之间的滞后现象,可以忽略质量传递行为;滞后现象的形状与大小由水动力学特征和基质属性控制,水动力学是影响拖尾时长的因素之一,渗透系数会影响溶质运移的过程。【结论】通过试验观察和地球物理数据分析,直接量化了实验室尺度下的异常质量传递行为,通过地球物理方法测量的导电率(σ_(b))对于移动和不动领域都具有敏感性,从而提供了与标准采样方法相比的独特优势。 展开更多

Objective: To provide a kinetic model(s) and reveal the mechanism of thymoquinone and Poloxin blocking an emerging anti-cancer target, human Polo-like kinase 1 (hPlkl) Polo-box domain (PBD). Methods: The binding kinetics was determined by using a fluorescence polarization based assay. The putative mechanism was examined with a competition test. Results: Thymoquinone follows a one-step binding with an association rate constant (k1) of 6.635× 10^3 L.mol^-1 min^-1.Poloxin fit a two-step binding with a dissociation constant (Ki) of 118 μmol/L for the intermediate complex and its isomerization rate (k4) of 0.131 5 minJ to form an irreversible adduct. No significant dissociation was observed for either ligand up to 13 h. The inhibitors responded insignificantly to the presence of Michael donors as hPIkl-PBD competitors. Conclusion: Thymoquinone and Poloxin are slow-tight ligands to the hPlkl-PBD with kinetic models distinct from each other. Michael addition as the mechanism is excluded. 展开更多

In this study, the flow stability of the flat-bottomed hopper was investigated via GPU-based discrete element method(DEM) simulation. With the material height inside the hopper reducing, the fluctuation of the flow rate indicates an unstable discharge. The flow regions of the unstable discharge were compared with that of the stable discharge, a key transformation zone, where the voidage showed the largest difference between unstable and stable discharge, was revealed. To identify the relevance of the key transformation zone and the hopper flow stability, the voidage variation of the key transformation zone with material height reducing was studied.A sharp increase in the voidage in the key transformation zone was considered to be the standard for judging the unstable hopper flow, and the ‘Top–Bottom effect' of the hopper was defined, which indicated the hopper flow was unstable when the hopper only had the top area and the bottom area, because the voidage of particles in the top area and the bottom area were both variables. 展开更多

Crowd density estimation in wide areas is a challenging problem for visual surveillance. Because of the high risk of degeneration, the safety of public events involving large crowds has always been a major concern. In this paper, we propose a video-based crowd density analysis and prediction system for wide-area surveillance applications. In monocular image sequences, the Accumulated Mosaic Image Difference (AMID) method is applied to extract crowd areas having irregular motion. The specific number of persons and velocity of a crowd can be adequately estimated by our system from the density of crowded areas. Using a multi-camera network, we can obtain predictions of a crowd's density several minutes in advance. The system has been used in real applications, and numerous experiments conducted in real scenes (station, park, plaza) demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method. 展开更多

The method is based on a modified fixed point algorithm which is fast and stable. We discretize the equation using a finite volume method by integrating the equation using a fuzzy measure on the control volume. To make our algorithm move faster in time, we have used an optimized domain decomposition which generalize the wave relaxation method. Several test of noised images illustrate this approach and show the efficiency of the proposed new method. 展开更多

A method to solve the problem on the mobility of the automated marionette performance is proposed. Since it is difficult to control the marionette by hands, as an alternative, the automated marionette is studied. However, the automtic marionette performance is limited in the silence and mobility. Therefore, an independent shifter to move freely on the stage is required. The magnetic device which connects the movable robot and the marionette controlling robot is conceived. The magnetic device is improved and applied by considering the features of the marionette robot, which is the irregular movement of the marionette controller and of the parallel limited area. The burden of being trapped on the magnet is minimized by dividing the robot to the upper and lower parts of the marionette performance stage. The direction of the magnet is considered to make the mobile robot to move freely. Thus, the efficiency and safety of the device is confirmed by balancing the strength with the permanent magnet. 展开更多

In this paper, we derive a time-delayed and diffusive echinococcosis transmission model. We first address the well-posedness to the initial-value problem for the model and give the basic reproduction number TO0. In the case of a bounded spatial domain, we establish the local stability as well as the global stability of the disease-free and disease equilibria of the model. The methods to prove the local and the global stability are to analyze the corresponding characteristic equations and construct Lyapunov functionals, respectively. In the case of an unbounded spatial domain, by applying Schauder's fixed point theorem and the limiting arguments, we show that when R0 〉 1, there exists a constant c* 〉 0 such that the model admits positive traveling wave solutions connecting the disease-free and endemic equilibrium for c 〉 c*, and when R0 〉 1 and c 〈 c*, the model has no positive traveling wave solutions connecting them. 展开更多
