纹理的不变性特征和识别性能的视觉心理学研究

设计了三个视觉心理学实验,对人眼识别纹理过程中是否也提取了不变性的特征、以及目前的计算机识别算法的性能是否超过人眼视觉系统的纹理识别性能问题进行了实验比较,结果发现:(1)几种计算机识别算法的不变性性能与人类视觉系统的纹理... 设计了三个视觉心理学实验,对人眼识别纹理过程中是否也提取了不变性的特征、以及目前的计算机识别算法的性能是否超过人眼视觉系统的纹理识别性能问题进行了实验比较,结果发现:(1)几种计算机识别算法的不变性性能与人类视觉系统的纹理不变性性能基本上是一致的;(2)人类视觉系统对纹理识别具有旋转不变性。纵观人类视觉系统,单独的数字"6"和"9"认知区别很明显,一旦它们各自随机排列,形成纹理图像后,人类视觉系统会判断为同一纹理;(3)纹理特征由物体表面所展现,它取决于视觉分辨率。观测条件在某些设定情形下,人眼视觉系统纹理特征的空间尺度,其缩放尺度不变的范围大约为2.3倍;(4)一些计算机纹理分类算法的性能在限定条件下(如多尺度纹理斑块特征方法和Gabor滤波器方法),能够达到甚至超过人类视觉系统对纹理的识别能力。 展开更多

The exact invariants in the form of Mei conserved quantities introduced by the Mei symmetry of nonholonomic systems with servoconstraints without perturbations are given. Based on the definition of higher-order adiabatic invariants of mechanical systems, the perturbation of Mei symmetries for nonholonomic .systems with servoconstraints under the action of small disturbance is investigated, and Mei adiabatic invatiants of the system are obtained. In order to improve the intelligence of video monitoring system of belt and make up the deficiency of higher failure rate and bad real-time performance in the traditional systems of measurement of belt speed, according to the fact that the light of coal mine is uneven, the strength of light changes greatly, the direction of belt movement is constant, and the position of camera was fixed, various algorithms of speed measurement by video were studied, and algorithm for template matching based on sum of absolute differences (SAD) and correlation coefficient was proposed and improved, besides, the tracking of feature regions was realized. Then, a camera calibration method using the invariance of the cross-ratio was adopted and the real-time measurement of belt speed by the hardware platform based on DM642 was realized. Finally, experiment results show that this method not only has advantages of high precision and strong anti-jamming capability but also can real-time reflect the changes of belt speed, so it has a comprehensive applicability. 展开更多
