The velocity field in the element is described by the shape function of the isoparametric element with nine nodes and the pressure field is described by the interpolation function of the four nodes at the vertex of the isoparametric element with nine nodes. The subroutine of the element and the integrated finite element code are generated by the Finite Element Program Generator (FEPG) successfully. The numerical simulation about the incompressible viscous liquid flowing over a cylinder is carded out. The solution agrees with the experimental results very well.展开更多

In the short term, this doesn't appear to be working very effectively, but in the long run, it has indeed had an irreversible impact on the Russian economy. Though the US has repeatedly upgraded its sanction plans, four puzzles have long remained unsolved: appropriate sanctions have avoided a humanitarian crisis, but raised moral dilemmas; actual enforcement of sanctions is getting more and more difficult; EU cooperation with the US is vital, but the two regions more often than not play different tunes; and the frequent use of sanctions weakens US legitimacy and integrity, leading to a degradation of the sanction mechanism. Sanctions have continued to be implemented since President Trump took office, but with some new adjustments.展开更多
Aiming at improving the observation uncertainty caused by limited accuracy of sensors,and the uncertainty of observation source in clutters,through the dynamic combination of ensemble Kalman filter(EnKF) and probabili...Aiming at improving the observation uncertainty caused by limited accuracy of sensors,and the uncertainty of observation source in clutters,through the dynamic combination of ensemble Kalman filter(EnKF) and probabilistic data association(PDA),a novel probabilistic data association algorithm based on ensemble Kalman filter with observation iterated update is proposed.Firstly,combining with the advantages of data assimilation handling observation uncertainty in EnKF,an observation iterated update strategy is used to realize optimization of EnKF in structure.And the object is to further improve state estimation precision of nonlinear system.Secondly,the above algorithm is introduced to the framework of PDA,and the object is to increase reliability and stability of candidate echo acknowledgement.In addition,in order to decrease computation complexity in the combination of improved EnKF and PDA,the maximum observation iterated update mechanism is applied to the iteration of PDA.Finally,simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm by a typical target tracking scene in clutters.展开更多

Considering the complexity in decision-making process, the model combines the certainties and uncertainties in the schemes, i.e., identical degree, different degree and opposite degree. The relations among different schemes are studied, and the traditional way of solving uncertainty problem is improved. By using the gray correlation to determine the difference degree, the problem of less evaluation indexes and inapparent linear relationship is solved. The difference between the evaluation parameters is smaller in both the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and fuzzy matter-element method, and the dipartite degree of the evaluation result is unobvious. However, the difference between each integrated connection degree is distinct in the improved set pair analysis. Results show that the proposed method is feasible and it obtains better effects than the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy matter-element method.展开更多

For the balancing problem for the scenario-based robust assembly line with a finitely large number of potential scenarios, the direct solution methodology considering all potential scenarios is quite time-consuming. A scenario relaxation algorithm that embeds genetic al- gorithm is developed. This new algorithm guarantees termination at an optimal robust solution with relatively short running time, and makes it possible to solve robust problems with large quantities of potential scenarios. Extensive computational results are reported to show the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.展开更多
