不同方式治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床研究分析

目的探讨不同意愿选择不同方式治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法子宫内膜息肉患者285例,随分为A组、B组、C组和D组。A组75例患者采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术+内膜切除术治疗;B组81例患者采用子宫内膜息肉电切术+曼月乐治疗;C组69例患者采用子宫内膜息肉电切术+妈富隆治疗,D组60例患者采用单纯子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗;术后随访1年,比较各组患者术前和术后月经量改变、术后复发及术后妊娠情况。结果术前各组月经量及手术情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后A组、B组与C组、D组比较,月经量与复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后C组、D组妊娠率相当(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术是治疗内膜息肉的有效推广的方法 ,术后应根据患者年龄、生育要求等选择适宜的处理方式以达到不同的治疗意愿。

Analysis on Influential Factors of Peasants' Willingness to Exit Homestead in Regions with Different Economy Development Levels——Taihe Village,Chaohu County-Level City,and Ancang Village,Taihu County as Examples

The research concluded peasants＇ willingness on homestead exiting and influential factors by questionnaire survey and interviewing in two villages with varied levels of economic development in Anhui Province.Comparisons were performed on subjective factors and objective factors were explored by Logistic regression.The results showed that both of education background and homestead use have positive correlation with peasants＇ willingness on homestead exit;the number of family members has negative effects on peasants in advanced village but the number of migrant workers or members living in cities has positive effects;the area of homestead has positive effects on peasants in underdeveloped village.Therefore,the emphasis should be varied on homestead exit upon village economy and it is necessary to reinforce homestead exit promotion at improving immigrants＇ reception work,social security,employment,and education.
