为解决某300 MW机组锅炉存在喷氨量大,氨逃逸大造成空预器阻塞导致运行阻力大,SCR出口几个测点氮氧化物浓度不一致,脱硝出口NOx值与烟囱入口NOx值不对应,变负荷时烟囱入口NOx值响应慢导致喷氨无法投自动等问题。为了优化脱硝装置运行效... 为解决某300 MW机组锅炉存在喷氨量大,氨逃逸大造成空预器阻塞导致运行阻力大,SCR出口几个测点氮氧化物浓度不一致,脱硝出口NOx值与烟囱入口NOx值不对应,变负荷时烟囱入口NOx值响应慢导致喷氨无法投自动等问题。为了优化脱硝装置运行效果进行优化改造。综合改造前后各项统计数据分析,脱硝喷氨优化改造后,机组喷氨量至少下降10%,改造效果较好。喷氨量减少,反应效率增加,可以使NH3逃逸降低,进而空预器、布袋除尘器因硫酸氢铵堵塞的问题会有缓解。 展开更多

After successful bid by the SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute (SPRI) for licensing the acrylonitrile technology to Belarus, another good news was also transmitted to SPRI. The toluene disproportionation catalyst manufactured according to the technology developed by SPRI had been successfully put on stream at the first attempt at the Belorussian Naftan Company on September 14,2007. The reaction temperature using the said catalyst was lower by 50℃ as compared to the overseas catalyst that was applied by the Naftan Company previously, indicating to the excellent performance of the said catalyst. This successful commissioning of the process unit has laid a good foundation for expansion of SPRI's global market share. 展开更多

The shape-selective toluene disproportionation catalyst SD-01 developed by SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute had undergone the commercial tests in December 2005 in the aromatics unit at Tianjin Petrochemical Company. The toluene disproportionation unit, which was put on stream with success at the first attempt, ran smoothly and performed a continuous examination calibration for 72 hours in January 2006. At a space velocity of 4.0 h^-1, the average toluene conversion was higher than 30 %, with the para-isomer selectivity exceeding 92 % and the B/X ratio less than 1.4 (mol/mol). 展开更多
