目的:探讨对气管切开患者定时吸痰和不定时吸痰的效果比较。方法:将100例气管切开患者分为两组,一组定时吸痰(50例),一组不定时吸痰(50例),其他护理方法均相同,对两组患者的吸痰效果及出现的不良反应进行比较。结果:定时吸痰组气道损伤... 目的:探讨对气管切开患者定时吸痰和不定时吸痰的效果比较。方法:将100例气管切开患者分为两组,一组定时吸痰(50例),一组不定时吸痰(50例),其他护理方法均相同,对两组患者的吸痰效果及出现的不良反应进行比较。结果:定时吸痰组气道损伤率(26.00%)、肺部感染率(18.00%)均较不定时吸痰组的气道损伤率(22.00%)和肺部感染率(12.00%)高,且不定时组在心率波动幅度和血氧饱和度的波动幅度上均低于定时组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不定时吸痰的护理方式优于定时吸痰的护理。 展开更多

This paper addresses the problem of the fuzzy H ∞state feedback control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with time delay. The Takagi Sugeno (T S) mo del with time delay and parameter uncertainties is adopted for modeling of nonlinear system. The systematic design procedure for the fuzzy robust controller based on linear matrix inequality (LMI) is given. Some sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of fuzzy H ∞ state feedback controllers such that the closed loop system is asymptotically stable and the effect of the disturbance input on controlled output is reduced to a prescribed level. An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

为了优化交叉口信号配时,通过集成Excel VBA-Vissim-Matlab的仿真平台,建立了以总关键排队长度之差最小为优化目标的单交叉口在线Q学习模型,包括定周期和不定周期两种模式的Q学习配时模型。针对控制性能指标相对于邻近的配时方案不敏感... 为了优化交叉口信号配时,通过集成Excel VBA-Vissim-Matlab的仿真平台,建立了以总关键排队长度之差最小为优化目标的单交叉口在线Q学习模型,包括定周期和不定周期两种模式的Q学习配时模型。针对控制性能指标相对于邻近的配时方案不敏感的特点,提出了以平均总关键排队长度之差作为基本单位重新构造奖励函数,目的是拉大各行为对应的Q值差距,提高模型的收敛速度和鲁棒性。通过算例,将定周期Q学习配时方案、不定周期Q学习配时方案与Transyt配时方案进行对比。研究结果表明:以总关键排队长度之差作为优化目标能够优化整个交叉口的时空资源,建立的在线Q学习模型具有较高的准确性、鲁棒性和学习能力,通过学习能够实现优化目标。同时,还探讨了流量变化情况下不定周期Q学习配时模型的性能。 展开更多

The controller designed for all admissible uncertainties can guarantee tha t all states of its closed loop system are uniformly bounded. The robust contro ller design algorithm and a sufficient condition of the system stability are giv en. In addition, the closed loop system has an ISS property when the multiplica tive time varying parametric uncertainties are viewed as inputs to the system. Thus, this design provides a way to prevent a destabilizing effect of the multip licative time varying parametric uncertainties. This paper considers the stability analysis of linear continuous-time systems, and that the dynamic matrices are affected by uncertain time-varying parameters, which are assumed to be bounded, continuously differentiable, with bounded rates of variation. First, sufficient conditions of stability for time-varying systems are given by the commonly used parameter-dependent quadratic Lyapunov function. Moreover, the use of homogeneous polynomial Lyapunov functions for the stability analysis of the linear system subject to the time-varying parametric uncertainty is introduced. Sufficient conditions to determine the sought after Lyapunov function is derived via a suitable paramenterization of polynomial homogeneous forms. A numerical example is given to illustrate that the stability conditions are less conservative than similar tests in the literature. 展开更多

To alleviate the conservativeness of the stability criterion for Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy time-delay systems, a new delay-dependent stability criterion was proposed by introducing a new augmented Lyapunov function with an additional triple-integral term, which was firstly u3ed to derive the stability criterion for T-S fuzzy time-delay systems. By the same approach, the robust stability issue for fuzzy time-delay systems with uncertain parameters was also considered. On the other hand, in order to enhance the design flexibility, a new design approach for uncertain fuzzy time-delay systems under imperfect premise matching was also proposed, which allows the fuzzy controller to employ different membership functions from the fuzzy time-delay model. By the numerical examples, the proposed stability conditions are less conservative in the sense of getting larger allowable time-delay and obtaining smaller feedback control gains. For instance, when the allowable time-delay increases from 7.3 s to 12 s for an uncertain T-S fuzzy control system with time-delay, the norm of the feedback gains decreases from (34.299 2, 38.560 3) to (10.073 3, 11.349 0), respectively. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the proposed design method was illustrated by the last example with the robustly stable curves of system state under the initial condition of x(0) = [3 -1]. 展开更多

Both nominal and uncertain systems are investigated. New sufficient conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) are obtained. These criteria are simple owing to the use of an integral inequality. The model transformation approaches,bounding techniques for cross terms and slack matrices are all avoided in the derivation. Rigorous proof and numerical examples showed that the proposed criteria and those based on introducing slack matrices are equivalent. 展开更多

A sufficient condition which makes the closed-loop system decentralized asymptotically stable with H_∞ performance was derived based on Lyapunov stability theorem. This condition is expressed as the solvability problem of linear matrix inequalities. The method overcomes the limitations of the existing algebraic Riccati equation method. To study the approximation theory of real sliding mode and the design of variable structure controller for time-invariant linear uncertain time-delay singular system,the approximation theory of real sliding mode was developed to provide foundation for obtaining sliding mode by equivalent control,and switching functions with integral dynamic compensators and variable structure controllers were designed respectively under two circumstances that the system without uncertain part was stabilized by delay-dependent and delay-independent linear state feedback. The design guarantees the asymptotical stablity of switching manifolds,and the variable structure controllers can force solution trajectory of the system to arrive at the switching manifolds in limited time. Based on a time-varying parameter structural vector autoregression with stochastic volatility(TVP-SVAR-SV)model,the time-varying effects and country differences of economic policy uncertainty(EPU)on gold prices from August 2006 to December 2017 were examined.The results show that the effects of global economic policy uncertainty(GEPU)shock on gold prices change over time.The changes were positive during 2006-2008 and 2013-2017,while the impacts were negative during 2009-2012,implying that the efficiency of gold as a safe haven is not stable and depends on economic conditions.There are significant country differences regarding the impact of EPU on the price of gold,particularly during the international financial crisis,European debt crisis and Trump election.During the international financial crisis,EPU exerts a positive impact on gold prices in most countries.During the European debt crisis,the impact of EPU on gold prices is mainly negative in the examined countries.While during the Trump election,the impact displays positive and negative alternating in most countries. 展开更多
