通过将产成品的最终组装环节延迟到观察到实际需求以后进行,按订单组装(Assemble-to-Order,ATO)策略能够有效避免按库存生产(Make-to-Stock)策略下因为生产过剩而带来的损失和风险。然而,在未来产能有限的情形下,生产商必须提前组装部... 通过将产成品的最终组装环节延迟到观察到实际需求以后进行,按订单组装(Assemble-to-Order,ATO)策略能够有效避免按库存生产(Make-to-Stock)策略下因为生产过剩而带来的损失和风险。然而,在未来产能有限的情形下,生产商必须提前组装部分产成品,以最大化自身收益。本文考虑一个未来需求和组装产能同时具有不确定性的单周期ATO系统:在观察到实际需求以前,生产商必须准备好所有的零部件库存,并组装适量的产成品;观察到实际需求和实际可用组装能力以后,则根据需要进一步追加产成品产量,以尽可能满足客户需求,从而最大化自身利益。通过构建一个两阶段规划模型,我们研究了生产商的最优零部件库存和最优生产决策;并进一步考察了生产商可以通过紧急外包来获取额外组装产能时的最优决策。研究结果为随机环境下生产商合理采购零部件库存和合理安排生产提供了有益的管理启示。 展开更多

针对零部件供应商产能不确定条件下装配商的订购与定价联合优化这一难题,运用随机非线性规划方法,以装配商期望利润最大化为目标,建立零部件订购量与最终产品定价的多维优化模型。通过求解给定价格时的最优订购量,将多维模型化为一维定... 针对零部件供应商产能不确定条件下装配商的订购与定价联合优化这一难题,运用随机非线性规划方法,以装配商期望利润最大化为目标,建立零部件订购量与最终产品定价的多维优化模型。通过求解给定价格时的最优订购量,将多维模型化为一维定价模型,随后给出关于最优定价的充分条件与必要条件,最终推导出订购与定价的最优决策。通过数值算例验证了模型结论并进一步探讨不确定产能的影响。研究结果表明,最优价格大于某个门槛价格,而尽管存在产能不确定性,装配商将按等比例订购零部件,并且其订购量等于最优价格对应的需求量。 展开更多

This paper presents the method for the performance calibration of AACMM (articulated arm coordinate measuring machines) according to ASME B89.4.22 Standard. The growing use of this class of measurement equipment has been accompanied by an absence of authorized laboratories to provide calibration certificates for its performance. Due to ASME B89.4.22 and VD12617-9 are nowadays the unique standards in the field of AACMM verification, IK4 Tekniker has compared both of them in order to develop internal test procedures to yield reliable performance calibration results. As a result, IK4 Tekniker has been recognized by the Spanish Accreditation Body (ENAC) in the field of AACMM calibration. Internal test procedures and uncertainty evaluation analysis have been developed as well as ENAC certificated reference test equipments have been acquired to ensure a suitable AACMM calibration process. 展开更多

A Study on Preconditions Setting of Long-Term Contract between Manufacturer and Component Supplier

To provide a risk-sharing mechanism that encourages a component supplier and a manufacturer to expand their production capacity of components and products, many researches on SCM suggested that it is better for the SC players to connect a long-term contract with flexible preconditions before doing the decision-making of production capacity. With considering of the uncertainty of demand and integrity problems between SC players, it is difficult to set reasonable preconditions. As a result, under-investment problems still occur frequently. In this paper, after we had discussed the decision-making of production capacity with the preconditions by analyzing the character of the players, we verified the under-investment problem of the supply chain. In order to clarify the optimum preconditions to alleviate the under-investment problem, we also analyzed the relations between preconditions and supply capacity of the whole supply chain. In the last part of this paper, we proposed a method of preconditions setting in such uncertain situations. 展开更多
