分阶段教学模式在临床麻醉实习带教中的应用效果

探讨在临床麻醉实习带教中采用分阶段教学模式的应用效果。方法:对2018年5月至2019年12月在麻醉科实习的医学生展开研究,根据实习时间的先后顺序将72名实习医学生分为两组,其中2018年5月至2019年2月在麻醉科实习的36名医学生纳入A组,开... 探讨在临床麻醉实习带教中采用分阶段教学模式的应用效果。方法:对2018年5月至2019年12月在麻醉科实习的医学生展开研究,根据实习时间的先后顺序将72名实习医学生分为两组,其中2018年5月至2019年2月在麻醉科实习的36名医学生纳入A组,开展传统带教模式;其余2019年3月至12月在麻醉科实习的36名医学生纳入B组,每位医学生的实习时长均为30天,比较实习前后医学生的专业实力和综合能力。结果:两组实习前理论考核和操作考核成绩比较无明显差异(P>0.05);实习后,两组考核成绩均高于本组实习前(P<0.05),且B组实习后成绩(90.54±5.33)分和(86.79±5.50)分更高于A组(81.49±6.25)分和(76.94±5.17)分(P<0.05)。两组实习前综合能力七个方面评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);实习后,两组七个方面评分均高于本组实习前(P<0.05),且B组实习后医疗面谈(5.22±0.36)分、体格检查(6.20±0.52)分、沟通技巧(4.79±0.51)分、临床判断(6.07±0.41)分、人文关怀(6.12±0.45)分、组织效能(5.97±0.43)分和整体表现(6.24±0.43)分均高于A组(4.30±0.45、5.01±0.72、3.98±0.50、4.55±0.50、4.39±0.52、4.25±0.41和5.72±0.55)分(P<0.05)。结论:在临床麻醉科实习带教中采用分阶段教学模式可以有效提升医学生的专业能力和综合能力,提高临床带教质量,为培养更多更优秀的麻醉专业人才奠定良好的基础。 展开更多

Objective:Entrustable professional activities(EPAs)is a newly emerging concept.This paper aims at analyzing the concept of"EPAs"to clarify the meaning and to identify its components for optimum understanding of the concept for use in nursing education and future research.Method:Three databases-ProQuest,Ovid,and PubMed-were retrieved,and Walker and Avant's concept analysis approach was used to analyze the concept of EPAs.Results:Based on the analysis,three attributes of EPAs were defined,namely (1)EPAs should be restricted to a limited number of tasks;(2)reflect the experience curve;and (3)include acceptance of responsibility and accountability.The antecedent of EPAs is a holistic and integrated assessment approach.This will eventually lead to anticipated consequences such as a mastery of core competencies and an increase in the level of autonomy.Conclusion:The study may contribute to a reduction in the ambiguity of this concept to better apply it in nursing practice. 展开更多

Journalism education and the journalism industry have boomed in the past twenty years in China, however, journalism school graduates are not highly welcomed by media organizations. In order to examine issues and challenges facing journalism education, this study conducted an in-depth interview with practicing journalists and journalism educators through a lens of journalistic professionalism. This paper finds that their perceptions are focusing on expertise, commitment, responsibility but eschewing journalistic autonomy deliberately with respect to journalistic professionalism and concentrating on rigid journalism knowledge without "professional" or practical ability with respect to journalism education. Limitation and suggestions for future research are also provided. 展开更多
