[Objective] The research aimed to simplify the operating process of agricultural drought monitoring and assessment product,and improve fine level of monitoring and assessment map.[Method] By comprehensively using GIS ...[Objective] The research aimed to simplify the operating process of agricultural drought monitoring and assessment product,and improve fine level of monitoring and assessment map.[Method] By comprehensively using GIS and mathematics,meteorology,management science,computer science,the monitoring and assessment of drought were as the core,the monitoring and assessment system of agricultural drought based on GIS technology was studied.[Result] The drought in Guangxi on November 4,2006 was monitored by using the system,and the actual situation was used to test.The result proved that the good monitoring effect was obtained.[Conclusion] The monitoring and assessment system of agricultural drought based on GIS realized the organic combination of GIS and professional monitoring,assessment model.The flexible HCI interface and visualization expression were provided.The monitoring and assessment function of agricultural drought was realized.It had the good practicality and advancement.展开更多

This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of a new supervisory method called ＂Unseen Observation＂ （henceforth UO）, a strategy where teachers sit for a pre/post-lesson discussions but with no observer in class. Teachers were interviewed to measure their perceptions of the new method. This paper analyzes the supervision activity, to which educators and teachers enrolled with AIGAM （Gordon Italian Association for the Musical Learning） are subject to every year and intends to verify the application...This paper analyzes the supervision activity, to which educators and teachers enrolled with AIGAM （Gordon Italian Association for the Musical Learning） are subject to every year and intends to verify the application of those principles expressed in the learning model of the MLT （Music Learning Theory） developed by educational psychologist E. Edwin Gordon （1989, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2007） and promoted internationally by various institutions and organizations specifically accredited. It describes the influence of the videotaped supervision on the process, functions of monitoring, and evaluation of educational practices, starting with an empirical model that has guided the interventions in a study of supervision on training aimed at consolidating and developing professional skills in music education in early childhood. This paper sought to understand： the kind of practices, interactions, communications developing during an educational actions, the existence of a consistent relationship between the principles expressed in the MLT and their application, the type and benefits of supervision performed by of video recording on stakeholders in terms of change in professional behavior, and finally whether the active supervision could be comparable with other kinds of approaches.展开更多
Crime scene is any given place where it committed a criminal offense, in which the investigation should be done to find the causes and mechanisms of occurrence and on these to be investigated, for tracking and apprehe...Crime scene is any given place where it committed a criminal offense, in which the investigation should be done to find the causes and mechanisms of occurrence and on these to be investigated, for tracking and apprehension of perpetrators. Preservation of the scene is a very important action regarding the investigation and prosecution of the event that has happened, where law enforcement agencies or units that conduct surveillance of the scene make it. To preserve a scene means： to preserve the land in that state who has left the presidency. Preservation of the scene of that condition that has left the perpetrator is of particular importance to the inspection teams for tracks and material evidence found there are untouched and proceeding or their expertise will help prosecute perpetrators respectively capture of that work. Tracks and material evidence found in the scene should be retained together with all the space where the event happened because a possible carelessness during the examination as well as during the process of storage and security will bring us to a situation in which we will have our doubts concerning the tracks and material evidence found in that place. Also, preservation of the crime scene needs to be done because of the all action who have to take the searching unit, they need to be sure and security from everything that comes from outside.展开更多
