文摘采用丙烯酰氯酯化法制备了丙烯酰化Span80,考察了时间、温度、溶剂等因素对产物碘值的影响,得出最佳反应条件为:以三乙胺为催化剂,丙烯酸、氯化亚砜、Span80、三乙胺的摩尔比为1.0∶2.1∶1.0∶1.4,反应时间3 h,反应温度50℃,溶剂为80mL甲苯/摩尔丙烯酸,此时产物碘值为94.9 g I2/100 g试样。通过扫描电镜观测、炸药性能检测,比较了丙烯酰化Span80和普通Span80对乳化炸药性能的影响,结果表明,丙烯酰化Span80具有优良的乳化性能。
