近几年,随着国内各地自贸区的设立及相应融资租赁业务发展试点政策的出台,依托自贸区试点政策的融资租赁创新业务得到了较快发展,成为近年各融资租赁类公司业务发展的热点方向之一。本文以天津自贸区东疆保税港区为例,分析了自贸区融资租赁创新业务的政策基础及产业支持政策,总结了东疆保税港区已成功操作的且具备推广价值的融资租赁业务创新模式及案例,最后对融资租赁公司依托自贸区发展融资租赁业务提出了相关建议。

The Impact of Innovation in Small Industrial Operations to Increased Competitiveness： Empirical Evidence

The present research work in the Small and Medium Enterprise （SME） and industrial sector explains the impact of the relationship among innovation in the SME operations of Aguascalientes to find the most competitive one; to this end, a questionnaire was intended for managers where the results have been analyzed using the statistical package Structural Equation Modeling Programs （EQS） support which through structural equations has responded to the objective. In this sense, it can be concluded that innovation has a positive relationship with the operations and in turn, this relationship shows a positive impact on the competitiveness of SMEs in Aguascalientes. For this study, a sample of 150 companies has been used.

Innovation in Maritime Logistics Industry of Bangladesh for Doing Port Transport Business

Bangladesh has the lucrative maritime load centers or seaports to provide maritime logistics support as well as to do port transport business regionally with India, Nepal and Bhutan and internationally with China and Myanmar. Existing land ports as alternatives of dry ports are main strength of Bangladesh to connect with the seaports and offer port transport business for earning foreign exchange and able to play a vital role to develop the South Asia, SW part of China and Myanmar by serving the maritime logistics facilities timely and economically. In here, dry port concept is the main theme for developing port transport business where road, rail and waterways are the connectors or modes of transportation and seaports are the linking points with the sea world, Innovation is the key of success of a business idea and plan where maritime logistics business is the new opportunity of Bangladesh by using natural resources or seaport by mounting infrastructure facilities of nodes （seaport and dry port） and modes （road, rail and waterways） and adding speedy port transport for all. The intermodal freight transportation system is the new concept for creating the new era in the port transport business by using nodes, modes and technology innovatively. This research aims to find out the possible ways and innovations in maritime logistics for doing port transport business by using seaports and land ports by applying qualitative research methodology. The paper also describes the innovations of Rotterdam port as case study that facilitated the needs of a hinterland in Europe to explore the innovations for Bangladesh maritime logistics industry.

Human Capital Management： A South African Perspective

In keeping with the need for skills development and increased demand by business for more robust systems to develop staff, innovative ways for the development of human capital would need to be found. The current role of workplace learning would need to align to job and qualification requirements. Organisations would need to explore the development of Corporate Qualifications Frameworks to quantity skills needs. In the process, attention has to be paid to creat contextual awareness as well as a sense of purpose for learners. In essence, an integrated educational model that should be more flexible, more adaptable, and more effective, serving the needs of society at large should be considered. Care should be taken to build frameworks and models that address both the productive needs of organisations, whilst at the same time, ensuring the engagement of individuals. These frameworks should entice the employee to participate in a self-development process that benifits the organisation. Corporates should address the aspirations of individuals and plan more rewarding careers for staff. Employees should have a clear path for development and growth. Through collective effort, all particpants would benefit.

Legal Conditions for Water Utilities Eco-innovation as Energy Smart Water Utilities

Welfare and green growth rest heavily on an appropriate supply of safe water, the provision of adequate sewerage, and on energy services. These services are interdependent, as water is an integral part of electric-power generation; it is used directly in hydroelectric generation, and it is used extensively for cooling and emissions scrubbing in thermoelectric generation. Energy is also an integrated part of water services, as satisfying water needs for supply, purification, distribution, and treatment of wastewater requires energy sources. Water and energy utilities are however regulated without a specific focus on the interdependency of the two sectors and the possibilities to ensure sustainable use of the resources and reduction of greenhouse gasses by a better coordination. The article explains the possibilities of sustainable consumption and production of energy in the water utilities. It highlights EU legal framework that makes coordination at national level possible, and it gives examples and concludes--on the obstacles for the water utilities＇ future as energy-smart utilities that exist at the national level in Denmark.

An Empirical Study of the Senior Corporate Managers＇ Ability to Innovate

Senior corporate managers＇ innovation ability and spirit are very important in the growth process of corporate business development. This paper focuses on the innovation capacities of the senior corporate managers of listed companies in China and the complex relationship between firm performance and the operating environment to study and analyze the management and development of Chinese enterprises. Through relevant theoretical analysis and development of research hypotheses using the A-shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies announced in 2007 and 2008, the authors design an empirical model. The study found that in Chinese listed companies, the higher the innovation spirit of senior corporate managers, the better their business performances; the stronger the dynamic and complexity of the operating environment, the more the corporate managers＇ innovation ability will be developed.

A Case Study on Korea Telecom Skylife＇s （KTS＇s） Business Model Innovation Based on the Business Model Framework （BMF）

The aim of this paper is to assess business performances of a satellite TV--Korea Telecom Skylife （KTS）---to innovate its business model related to current technical events such as hybrid platform, digital conversion, and Intemet connected TV. For this, a theoretical logic is approached what levels of business model innovations there are, based on the ＂business model framework （BMF）＂ theory by Henry Chesbrough. Based on this theoretical backdrop, this study focuses on KTS＇s approach to utilize technical events to develop its business model and contribute to the company＇s earnings and operating cost expenditure. In conclusion, it will show the feasibility and the limitation to upgrade this firm＇s business model innovation in the smart media business ecosystem based on the last technical event, Internet connected TV.

Specific Financial Constraints of Innovative Companies： Theoretical Approach

When a small and medium-sized enterprise （SME） decides to invest in an innovative project, it becomes attached to a high level of uncertainty （Hall ＆ Lerner, 2009） and it could meet some financial constraints （Kerr ＆ Nanda, 2014）. This work is trying to apprehend the specific financial problems which SMEs, working on innovative projects, might face in a context characterized by a lack of liquidity, and it aims to improve the understanding of previous theoretical and empirical studies that dealt with the subject of financing these innovative companies. Moreover, it appears that it is important to ask the following question： Are there specific financial constraints to innovative SMEs？ In order to answer the preceding question, this paper presents firstly the concept of innovation within companies. Secondly, it describes the specificities bound to the diverse financing approaches： in terms of risk, uncertainty, asymmetric information and profitability of an innovative project, while developing a theoretical approach concerning the possible constraints of financing the innovative companies.

Innovative Services Models Based on ＂Four new＂ Economy

The propose of ＂four new＂ economy is to undertake innovation-driven transformation of Shanghai, promote the development of strategic emerging industries and transform and upgrade of manufacturing. In the following years, Shanghai will focus on the capture of key technologies, promoting the transformation of technology, expanding market demand, improving the development of the carrier, encouraging and supporting enterprises, financial institutions and social capital to increase the investment and use of＂four new＂ economy, to promote the ＂four new＂ economy gradually grow and develop. With the ＂four new＂ economy＇s development and growth, its service model should be changed too. On the basis of theory and practice, the text proposes three forms of innovative services models and relate recommendations to promote it.

Protection of Innovative Achievements,Spatial Spillover,and Internal Structural Upgrading of the Productive Service Industry-Empirical Evidence from 28 Provinces in China

This study measured the level of innovation achievement protection and the degree of internal structural upgrading of the productive service industry in 28 provinces of China from 2000 to 2022.Exploratory spatial analysis methods were used to test the spatial correlation between the two variables,and the spatial impact of innovation achievement protection on the optimization of the internal structure of the productive service industry was examined at the national and sectoral levels.The results showed three main aspects of this system.(1)The agglomeration level of innovation achievement protection and internal structure optimization of the productive service industry between regions in China continued to increase during the sample period,and there was a clear similarity and synchronicity in the spatial evolution of the two variables.(2)The overall improvement in the protection level of innovative achievements is conducive to promoting the internal structural upgrading of China’s productive service industry.However,there are significant differences in the degree to which the protection of innovative achievements affects the internal structural upgrading of the productive service industry in the four major regions of the East,Central,Northeast,and West.The protection of innovative achievements in the East and Central regions significantly promotes the internal structural optimization of the productive service industry,while this effect is not significant in the western and northeastern regions.(3)The results of the robustness test indicate that the impact of internal structural upgrading of the productive service industry in the previous year on the level of innovation achievement protection is not significant.The interference from abnormal values of the internal structural upgrading of the productive service industry in various regions and the influence of municipalities directly under the central government on the regression results are not significant.After replacing the main variable,the coefficient of the innovation achievement protection level remained significantly positive.The conclusions of this study supplement and improve the theory of innovation achievement protection and industrial transformation and upgrading,providing decision-making support for improving the level of innovation achievement protection and promoting the internal structural upgrading of the productive service industries in China.
