为应对第四次零售革命和出版融合发展的双重压力,实体书店行业不断进行业态创新,多业态共生、城市文化空间和去实体化三类实体书店典型新业态应运而生。典型新业态建设的现实起点与逻辑起点的契合程度,决定着实体书店业态创新的方向。... 为应对第四次零售革命和出版融合发展的双重压力,实体书店行业不断进行业态创新,多业态共生、城市文化空间和去实体化三类实体书店典型新业态应运而生。典型新业态建设的现实起点与逻辑起点的契合程度,决定着实体书店业态创新的方向。通过供应链和价值链分析,发现实体书店典型新业态建设的现实起点是应对供应链重构引发的跨界竞争,逻辑起点是围绕价值链变异通过业态创新进行的价值转型,二者严重偏离,必须通过系统性创新实现两个起点的辩证统一,才能确保实体书店行业可持续发展。本文结合制订西安市书香城市建设相关规划,基于重构实体书店价值网络,设计建构一体化新业态体系并进行了运营试验,提出新旧业态优势互补拓展生存空间的系统性创新思路。 展开更多

Discussion on the Construction of Green Agriculture “3+1” Industry System Using Fenlong Activated Resources 被引量:7

The newly invented farming method, Fenlong technology, uses self-propelled powder-ridging mechanical screw-type drill for the deep-cultivation and deep tillage of soil, and it can enhance the double tillering depth than the conventional tillage. Moreover, the tilth soil is uniform in size and in small, broken bits and loose. It expands the new soil "four warehouses" (namely soil nutrient warehouse, water warehouse, oxygen warehouse and microbial warehouse), and under the conditions of "three no increase" in chemical fertilizer and pesticide, irrigation water and labor input, various crops show a increase of 10%-30% in yield (average increase by 25.48% in the 23 rice, wheat and corn planting areas of several provinces), 5% in quality, and 1 time in water retention. And the sustainable production-increasing ef- fect lasts 2-3 years after once Fenlong tillage, with the comparative efficiency reaching about 20%. It is suggested using Fenlong to activate the arable land, saline land grassland and rivers resources, so as to drive the construction of green agriculture "3+1" industrial system, which can promote the realization of the increases in available agricultural resource stock, quality food resource stock and available water resource stock in China and even in the world, realize the "two responses" to ecological environment deterioration and climate warming, and achieve the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature. 展开更多

Based on dynamic theory of system, agriculture is a complex system composed by element, structure, function and development. Firstly, this paper analyzes their connotation and relationship, which could be simply described that in virtue of element integrating and structure optimizing, agricultural system may achieve multifunctionality to meet increasingly diverse demands. As a case study of Suzhou, it concludes that Suzhou has a LP-dependence on agricultural element, and the growth extent of agricultural productivity correlates to the ratio of agricultural labor reduc- ing rate to farmland reducing rate. Agricultural structure of Suzhou changed with time, and in the early 1980s and 2000s it was most notable. Correspondingly, agricultural function has experienced a succession process: 'production', 'production-living', and 'production-living-ecology'. At last, based on questionnaires and interviews, some new characteristics and problems of agricultural development in coastal developed region of China have been put forward. Meanwhile, some typical patterns of modern agriculture in Suzhou which adapt to system evolving are also brought up such as export-oriented agriculture, enterprises-leading agriculture, agricultural science and technology parks, characteristic and stereoscopic agriculture, tourism and sightseeing agriculture. 展开更多

To improve the comparability of the research results of ecological industry, the ecological footprint is appliedto analyze the resource utilization and environmental pollution in various subsystems, taking maize-MSG as a case.Results show that the production process from maize to MSG is a extended process of ecological footprint, and that theecological footprint of the maize production is the biggest; the extension of ecological footprint is followed by the increaseof footprint profit, which means that the extension of production chain is an important method to improve the resourcesprofit; the systems have a big proportion of the indirect energy ecological footprint; the air and water pollution in MSGsubsystem is the most serious. This paper firstly conducts the comparative analysis between traditional and ecological industry as well as traditional and modem industrial engineering, and in- dicates that eco-industrial engineering is an inevitable choice for sustainable development of modem industrial engineering; Then, based on industrial ecology, environmental economics and sustain- able development theory, the connotation and definition of eco- industrial engineering are proposed, and the theoretical and practi- cal development of the concepts of eco-industrial engineering are further investigated. Based on the theories of business ecosystem and national innovation system, this paper proposes a concept of industrial ecosystem. Differ from ecologists and environmentalists who regard industrial ecosystem as the natural ecosystems in which material, energy and information circulates, this paper defines industrial ecosystem as a set of factors that are vital to the development of a certain industry and their interrelationship. The industrial ecosystem consists of three sub-systems that are innovation ecosystem, production ecosystem, and application ecosystem, and subsidiary factors that include factor supply, infrastructure, socio-cultural environment, international environment and policy system. The industrial ecosystem is characterized by interdependencies, complex interactions, self-recovery and co-evolution. The development of an industry is' the result of the reaction of the whole industrial ecosystem; therefore, the competition in strategic emerging industries among countries is in essence the competition in industrial ecosystems. Those countries which are able to take the lead in setting up complete industrial ecosystem will occupy advantage in developing strategic emerging industries.
