湖南某铜铅锌矿工业指标论证研究

对于多种金属密切共生、伴生,适宜于混采混选的矿床,不宜采用单一金属矿床工业指标的制定方法,可考虑混圈的方法,即任一金属达到工业指标就圈为矿体的方法。以湖南某铜铅锌矿为例,介绍了多金属矿床边界品位、最低工业品位、最小可采厚度和夹石剔除厚度等工业指标的制定过程。本方法采用地质方案法,确定矿山采矿方案和选矿方案,通过技术经济比较,最终综合分析论证确定合理的矿床工业指标。

中美个人理财业发展评估

自1997年中国工商银行开设国内首个个人理财工作室以来,我国的个人理财业已经走过了近13个年头。关注我国理财业发展的人士势必会问中国个人理财业到底已经发展到了一个怎样的水平,与美国相比差距到底有多大?为了有效解答这个问题本文参照GDP、工业总产值等经济指标的计算原理,建立了一个用于衡量理财业发展水平的指标,并分别计算出中国和美国理财业的历年发展水平指标值,经过科学的比较与分析,最终得出了"在保持目前的增长速度前提下,以2007年为基年,若以理财业总规模来衡量,中国将在7.7年后赶上美国;若以理财业人均规模来衡量,中国将在9.03年后赶上美国;若以理财业人均交易额/人均国民收入指标来衡量,中国将4.6年后赶上美国"的结论。

现代流通业的分层体系结构

本文将现代流通业分为流通网络基础层、物流层、流通业态组织层、商务信息层和资本市场层五个层次,体现了由垂直分工转向水平分工、由行业性管理转向市场化运作的思想,并应用该分层体系结构给出一组现代流通业的核心评价指标,也提出一些完善现代流通业的主要措施。

The Basic Indexes and Practices of Regional Ecological Agricultural Construction in Dabie Mountains——A Case Study of Huanggang,Hubei

Application of Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation in Development of Animal Husbandry Technology

[Objective] This study aimed to provide references for the application of participatory monitoring and evaluation in the development of animal husbandry tech- nology. [Method] With the livelihood improvement program for agricultural and pas- toral area in northern Yunnan as the example, the development process of partici- patory animal husbandry was overviewed. And the monitoring and evaluation pro- cesses of participatory animal husbandry were introduced and analyzed. [Result] The monitoring and evaluation indicator system of participatory animal husbandry technol- ogy included 4 layers, namely technology, institutional system, personnel ability con- struction and effectiveness, and 11 third-level indicators, namely, technical characteristics, superiority-inferiority comparison, community and farmers, technical personnel, project personnel, economic indicators and social indicators. [Conclusion] This study provided the references for the application of participatory monitoring and evaluation in the development of animal husbandry technology.

Study on the Multi-dimension Evaluation Index System of Agricultural Water Resources in Liaoning Province

[Objective] This study aimed to establish the multi-dimensional evaluation index system of agricultural water resources in Liaoning Province. [Method] Delphi method in conjunction with AHP method was adopted to establish the multi-dimensional evaluation index system of agricultural water resources in Liaoning Province, and all the indexes in each hierarchy were ranked overall according to their weights. [Result] There were three hierarchies in this index system, totally including 21 indexes, among which water resource exploitation and utilization rate, sewage treatment rate and utilization of available water resources were the three crucial factors influencing the sustainable development. [Conclusion] This evaluation index system can reflect the true sustainable situation of the agricultural water resources in Liaoning Province.

Exploring Enterprise Performance Indicators Network： A Case Study of China Telecommunication Industry

Perforrmnce indicators play some important roles in enterprise operation. Both researchers and managers have recently pointed out that the identification of correlation between different performmance indicators may lead to a better understanding of business. However, it is becoming more and more difficult to measure and analyze these indicators since the fast growing number of performance indicators and the complex relationships between them The existing categories failed to reflect these changes in an adequate way, and the quantitative analysis methods for identifying the characters of those pefformance indicators are still worthy of investigation. The main objective of this paper is to propose a practical methodology for managing and analyzing performance indicators in enterprises, which focuses on building up a performance indicator system and discovering the characters of those performance indicators by applying complex network methods. The empirical results of a telecommunieation enterprise show that the proposed method can be effective in understanding the correlations between performance indicators.

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Training Effect on Human Resource Development

On the basis of the essential connotation of the training effect on human resource development and the basic principles of setting up a index system, the evaluation index system of the training effect on human resource development in enterprises has been established. It evaluates the training effect on human resource development with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and achieves better results. It also provides a scientific, practical and quantitative method for the systematic analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the training effect on human resource development.

Symbiosis Analysis on Industrial Ecological System

Industrial ecological system is a sustainable mode of modern industry development. Industrial symbiosis, a sub-field of industrial ecology, engages traditionally separate industries in a collective approach, involving exchange of materials, energy, water, and/or by-products, to enhance competitive ability and environmental performance. To construct a symbiosis analysis method, this article employs a number of parameters embodying information about materials, energy and economics as the main essential parameters in system analysis and introduces symbiosis profit and symbiotic consumption elements as the economic indicators. A modeling and simulation program is designed using the agent-based modeling approach to simulate the evolvement of a hypothetical coal-based industrial system and the change of symbiosis conditions in the process of construction is examined. The simulation program built using the Swarm library, which is a freely available multi-agent simulation package, provides a useful demonstration for the symbiosis analysis method.

Dynamic Statistical Models for Corporate Failure Prediction in Italy

Different models have been proposed in corporate finance literature for predicting the risk of firm＇s bankruptcy and insolvency. In spite of the large amount of empirical findings, significant issues are still unsolved. In this paper, the authors developed dynamic statistical models for bankruptcy prediction of Italian firms in the industrial sector by using financial indicators. The model specification has been obtained via different variable selection techniques, and the predictive accuracy of the proposed default risk models has been evaluated at various horizons by means of different accuracy measures. The reached results give evidence that dynamic models have a better performance in any of the considered scenarios.

Technical and Economic Index System for CO_2 Emission Reduction in China's Power Industry

The main technic and economic indices for carbon dioxide emission reduction of Chinese electric power industry are designed systematically in this paper.According to quantitative calculation and influential factor analysis on the carbon dioxide emission reduction of the industry from 1978 to 2009,the author estimates and calculates the relevant indices during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period and in 2020.Finally the author analyzes the relationship and difference between the conventional technical and economic indices for electric power planning and the new index system for the low carbon economy development.

The Establishment of Performance Evaluation Index Based on Enterprise Structure Adjustment

Distribution of Market Share in the World Soft-Drink Industry

The distribution of market shares within an industry is a relevant performance measure for managers and policy makers, for it allow to determine whether a given industry is competitive or not. Usually, the perfect competition model is the reference to judge the efficiency of markets. However, there is enough empirical evidence that shows that one of the most evident features of global firms is that both their size and market are Zipf-distributed. In this paper, we show that the distribution of market shares in the world cola-drink market is skewed, but it does not follow Zipf＇s law, thus it is inadequate to generalize it to any kind of market.

Reliability Evaluation Metrics for Open Source Software Selection

Recently, Open Source Software （OSS） is so widely used not only by companies for development but also by common users instead of commercial software. However, the number of OSS is vast, and its quality varies from low to high. So how people can evaluate OSS and ensta-e that it is reliable for use becomes necessary. This paper proposes a set of reliability evaluation metrics considering the states of OSS selected in the early stage. Understandability, Fault tolerance ＆ Recoverability and Community Matmrity as sub-attributes of reliability are defined, and then several evaluation criteria for each of them are identified. A process of reliability evaluation in our study is proposed. For application, we select four OSS projects and evaluate them with our metrics. As a result of compadrison with other evaluation model for OSS, our research presents an easy, effective and trustworthy way for selecting a reliable OSS.

Theoretical Perspective of Social Entrepreneurship： A Study of Determinants of Social Entrepreneurship in the Context of Saudi Arabia

The present paper discusses the different theories on entrepreneurship in general and social entrepreneurship in particular to investigate the different determinants of social entrepreneurship in the context of Saudi Arabia. The present research is a conceptual study. The data were collected to analyze the entrepreneurship theories in Saudi Arabia＇s context. The data related to entrepreneurship spirit, perception of society towards entrepreneurship, and other macroeconomic indicators are collected from different research journals, websites of different corporate houses, and government sources to analyze the social entrepreneurship theories, such as failure thesis, interdependence theories, welfare state theory, supply-side theory, entrepreneurship education, etc.. The theoretical hypothesis of interdependence theory, entrepreneurship spirit, and general education and the theoretical analysis of this paper in light of Saudi Arabia are in line with the theory. But the hypothesis generated out of failure thesis theory, welfare state theory, entrepreneurship education, and individualistic and collective society culture is not in line with these theories.

State of the art of impact testers for spot welds

Impact testing is a primary method to evaluate the impact property of resistance spot welding,which is an important quality index in automotive industry.For testing impact properties of spot welds,many customized testers have been developed.This paper summarized some of the impact testers reported in open literatures and the emphasis was placed on the equipment structures,functions,technical parameters,advantages and disadvantage,etc.Some key issues about the development of the testers such as kinematic energy input mode,fixture design,combined load testing,sensor and data acquisition were discussed.Finally,the problems and prospects in the research and development of impact testers for spot welds were pointed out.

Climatology of Guinea： Study of Climate Variability in N＇zerekore

N＇zerekore is a geographical region of Guinea, which houses a weather observatory located at longitude 8.8°, latitude 7.7° and altitude 475 m. This region is of major socio-economic interest for the Country. The climatological study of this region shows the variability of each parameter. The objective of this study was to analyze meteorological parameters trends and to assess the space-time evolution of some agro-climatic risks related to the main trends observed in the meteorological parameters regime of this region. In this study, programming tools were used for processing and analyzing meteorological parameters data, including temperatures, rains, wind, evaporation and storms measured in this observatory from 1931 to 2014. The interannual, annual and daily variations of these parameters were obtained, as well as temperature, precipitation anomalies and agroclimatic indexes trends. The analyzing of these variations explained that September is the rainiest months, and the year 1932, 1957 and 1970 are normal, rainy and dry year, respectively. The evaporation increased since 1971 from January to March and November to December. A positive temperature anomaly was observed since 1973 with the maximum 26-33 ℃ and the minimum 16-21 ℃. A dominant westerly wind with a speed of 2.6 m/s was determined. Agro-climatic parameters in N＇zerekore have high variability. From 1931 to 2014, three major periods can be distinguished： a wet period from 1931 to 1977, a dry period from 1978 to 1994 and rainfall variability from 1995 to 2014. The trend of these parameters explains the impact of climate change in this part of the world. This is exacerbated by human activity （deforestation）, thus mitigation measures are necessary. It would be useful to extend this study throughout the country.
