The former is accompanied with strong govermental intervention and that labor or capital intensive indllstries were the main "comparative advantage" industries, while the later instead has a character of weak intervention and techology-intensive advantage industries. And the present turbulence, the author thlnks, may due to the transitional difficulty between the two stages.展开更多
