东北煤矿区地表下沉系数规律研究

以东北煤矿区现场所获得的大量实测资料为依据，分析研究了地表下沉系数与覆岩岩性、开采深度、采动性质、采煤方法及顶板管理方法等影响因素之间的变化规律，建立起了其统计关系，并对参数的置信区间进行了估算。所得结果对矿区地表移动与变形预测参数的选取具有重要参考价值。

日本侵占东北煤矿时期矿难分析

走上资本主义道路的日本一直觊觎中国东北地区丰富的煤炭资源。20世纪初期,日本通过三个阶段的巧取豪夺将我国东北地区的煤矿全部置于自己的控制之下。日本政府为了更好地掠夺煤炭资源,引进了资本主义的生产方式和管理模式,客观上促进了这一地区煤矿生产的现代化,但是这并没有带来煤矿的安全生产。日本为了应付不断扩大的侵略战争,疯狂掠夺东北地区的煤炭资源,加上其对中国工人生命的漠视,种种原因造成东北地区煤矿矿难频发,死亡人数惊人。第一次世界大战后,国际工人运动高涨,使一些国家和国际组织开始重视工人的人身安全,但是日本控制下的东北煤矿安全问题依然十分严峻。这反映出日本视中国工人生命如草芥,脱离了世界发展趋势,也间接证明其侵略中国是注定要失败的。

东煤公司基本建设长足发展

由于依靠改革和科技进步，使地质勘探保证了建设需要，煤矿建设工期缩短，质量提高，创造了东北煤矿建设史上的新纪录．１０年来，共完成钻探工程量３５６．５万ｍ，提交各类地质报告１３６件；提供煤炭储量６３１．７亿ｔ．完成基本建设投资１５３亿元；建成投产矿井（含改扩建井）８０处，能力５４００万ｔ，年均投产能力５４０万ｔ，”六五’投产平均达产率为１１１． ８% “七五”投产平均达产率为４９．３% 建井周期大大缩短，公司成立前开工的１４处大中型矿井，平均建井工期高达１０８个月，而１９８３年后开工并已投产的１３处大中型矿井平均工期仅为５２个月．年产１２０万ｔ的杏花立井，５１个月建成；９０万ｔ的富强立井３８个月建成；１５０万ｔ的三台子一井和铁东斜井均用４０个月建成投产，并与洗煤厂等配套工程同步移交，创造了全国同类矿井建设的最好水平．立井、斜井、岩石平巷等主要巷道单进水平始终居于全国领先地位．与此同时，土建、安装工程也得到同步发展． 与此同时，全公司各类工程质量优良品率年年超过部颁指标，各类巷道单进高于全国平均水平，并多次创出月进尺全国最高纪录。

Internal thermal origin mechanism of Karstic collapse column with no smoothly extrinsic cycle

Huainan coal field as main object,investigation of Karstic hydrogeological con- ditions were developed in Huainan structureal unit,and the basic conditions,features and rules of Karstic growth were summarized.Geology background and causes of Karstic col- lapse columns were analyzed.Combined with ancient physiognomy,environment and li- tho-facies features.After studying synthetically Karstic collapse columns,shape of col- lapse body,filling feature,hydrodynamic condition and agglutinate material in Huainan area,considering mine hydrogeological conditions of Xuhuai coal field and referenced Karstic collapse columns characters of other mines in North China,the internal thermal origin theory is elementarily formed for Karstic collapse columns extrinsic cycle can not operate smoothly.Finaly,three aspects including distributing features of different kinds of Karstic collapse columns in north China type coal field,conditions of Karstic collapse col- umns origined from internal thermal with no smoothly extrinsic cycle,mechanics of causes were analyzed and demonstrated.

Problems and countermeasures on main mineral resource sustainable supply in northeastern China

northeastern China is an important old industrial base in China. Mineral resources are the foundation of industry development. However, because of long-term exploitation of mineral resources in northeastern China, the mineral resources reserves decrease gradually and some mineral resources are nearly exhausted, which restricts revitalization and sustainable development of the northeast old industrial base. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of development and utilization status of mineral resources and supply and demand situation of main mineral resources in northeastern China, the authors put forward countermeasures on main mineral resources sustainable supply in northeastern China.

日寇对我国东北煤炭资源的猖狂掠夺

“不到东北,不知东北之富;不到东北,不知东北之危”.东北之富,早已为世人瞩目.她沃野千里,富藏满地.东北之危,危在哪里呢?我们认为一个重要方面,就是历史上帝国主义对我国东北矿产资源的贪婪掠夺.本文试就日本帝国主义对我国东北煤矿资源的掠夺进行探讨.

回到“建团的老地方”

第一次听到鸡西这个地名,还是在我上大学的时候。中央戏剧学院表演系61班的新生自我介绍时,同学郭曼说:“我来自黑龙江鸡西,那嘎达老远了,贼冷!”而我真正开始了解鸡西,是去中国煤矿文工团报到的那一天。1973年,在夫人张筠英的不解努力下,我从青海调回北京。当我走进和平里那栋四层小楼的办公室,一位同志热情地对我说:“欢迎你啊,我是王振宇(后来我才得知,他是书记,也是编剧)。这个团有着悠久的历史,1947年在鸡西成立,创建者是老一辈革命家陈郁和他的夫人袁薄之,当时叫东北煤矿文工团,其前身是工人运动学校。1952年,东北煤矿文工团与华北煤矿文工团合并为中国煤矿文工团。团里的科班演员少,特别需要你这样的演员。”
