Adhering to the principle of “legal, legitimate and necessary” to protect personal information, By analyzing the current status of educational apps and the legitimacy of the authority boundary of background collection of personal information, this paper proposes policy recommendations to improve the personal information protection mechanism under the internet background, such as the way of public information collection, improving privacy policies, strict regulatory rules, and clarifying the information collection boundary.展开更多
