滨海新区大港灾害性天气个例库系统的研发与应用

天津市滨海新区大港位于天津市东南部,渤海湾畔,为半干旱半湿润季风气候区,属于气象灾害频发地区。开发具有交互功能的大港地区1986—2012年灾害性天气(暴雨、大雪、大风、大雾、高温、低温、冰雹和沙尘暴)个例库系统,提供大港地区历史时期内各类灾害性天气的高低空天气图和地面天气图、天气学分析文本等查询功能,可为大港地区灾害性天气分析与预报提供技术支撑,为大港地区防灾减灾提供科学依据,减少灾害损失,促进当地经济发展。

广东灾害天气历史个例库系统的设计与实现

介绍基于地理信息系统(GIS),用VC++开发的灾害天气历史个例库系统的开发与应用。系统实现了:1)灾害天气个例相关气象资料的收集整理、分类入库、查询检索。2)在具有GIS功能的平台上快速方便地浏览MICAPS数据、图片格式数据、数据库资料以及NetCDF、GRIB格式数据和转换的二进制数据。3)各级台站可以根据自身业务需求,定制个性化的灾害性天气历史个例库。

基于MICAPS4的灾害性天气个例检索与训练系统设计及应用

基于气象信息综合分析处理系统(Meteorological Information Comprehensive Analysis and Processing System Version 4,MICAPS4),河北省气象台研发团队重新自主设计并开发出一套灾害性天气个例检索与训练系统。该系统通过对历史灾害性天气个例及其资料的整理与保存,实现了个例的检索、分析、训练、收集与管理等功能,解决了历史资料的积累与使用问题;同时,拓展了MICAPS系统的历史资料应用功能。该系统可用于灾害性天气预报预警业务、科研与预报员培训等方面,其可移植性强,具有较好的推广应用前景。

Research and implementation of a personalized book recommendation algorithm --Taking the library of Jinan University as an example

Abstract： Taking the basic data and the log data of the various businesses of the automation integrated management system of the library in Jinan University as the research object this paper analyzes the internal relationship between books and between the books and the readers, and designs a personalized book recommendation algorithm, the BookSimValue, on the basis of the user collaborative filteringtechnology. The experimental results show that the recommended book information produced by this algorithm can effectively help the readers to solve the problem of the book information overload, which can bring great convenience to the readers and effectively save the time of the readers＇ selection of the books, thus effectively improving the utilization of the library resources and the service levels.

Research on the system of the performance-based salary in colleges and universities -- Taking M University as an example

The performance-based pay system of M university has been implemented for many years. During the operation process. there are many problems. For example, the performance standards are not timely adjusted, and there are the repeated rewards for a few elites, and the evaluation is a mere formality. Starting from the elements of motivating the knowledge-oriented workers, this paper probes into the reasons affecting the implementation of the performance-based pay system, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the performance-based pay system in M University.

Audience Power in the Production of Talent-Show Stars： China as an Example

In China, all types of stars coexist in the country＇s star system： party stars, commercialized stars, and talent-show stars, which influence diverse type audience and have diverse implications. Based on Couldry＇s framework （2000） of media power, through in-depth interviews with media professionals, this study compares the creation of party stars, commercial stars, and talent-show stars as represented by Li Yuchun. Data show that there was few audience power involved into the production of party stars and commercialized stars. Rather, there was media power involved into the production of party stars and commercialized stars. Meanwhile, this study argues that there was audience-power influence on Li Yuchun＇s rise to stardom, and it provides some details about the manipulations of media institutions that were involved in the creation of this pop star. However, it is difficult to prove that audience power is the main influence on Li＇s stardom. The implications of her stardom and this production process on China＇s star system and China＇s state power are also discussed in this study.

Individual Care Pathways in the Context of Complex Therapeutic System--Therapeutic Model and Case Report

A complex multifactorial therapeutic system was established and developed during the past three years. Here present the basic approach and the individualized therapeutic strategies of this therapeutic system by examples of specific case reports. The aim of the study is to point out to the real mission of our outpatient care, namely psycho-social reintegration that is achieved by a therapy with a unique pattern. Case reports： 1. A 59-year-old female patient suffering from psychosomatic muscular tension, which started two years ago. After a partially effective cognitive-behavioral therapy a severe traumatic event in the patient＇s past in connection with the symptoms was revealed, then the trauma was processed via psychodynamic approach. 2. A 56-year-old female patient suffering from psychosomatic symptoms and depression went through a therapeutic healing process, which focused on the development and maturation of her personality （from a ＂child＂ to an ＂adult＂）. Conclusion： All the processes of the complex group-centered dynamic therapy proved more effective compared to the classic static relationship between the psychiatrist and the patient. The multifocal therapy is appreciated more and more in parallel to the experiences gained, making it easier to establish and strengthen the therapeutic alliance. The patients have positive feelings about the help given and the possibilities offered. The author＇s therapeutic team is appreciated by the patients and they regard the author＇s center as a peaceful location of their lives being under cover, where voluntarily and willingly they can participate in the individualized therapy with great success.

Design and evaluation of control systems for a real canal

The distant downstream proportional integral(PI) feedback control was applied to the W-M lateral canal of the Maricopa Stanfield Irrigation and Drainage District located in central Arizona,U.S.A.Proper configuration of those controls for the ca-nal can be challenging.Towards this end,an integrated approach to the design of an automatic control system for the canal was proposed.This approach presented herein is not only a systematical review of previous work,but also represents a further ad-vance of the previous simulation study by Tsinghua University(Shang et al,2011) on relating the canal control algorithm to local PI controls for the real canal.To evaluate the control system potential,performance of the control algorithm that was ob-tained through implanting predicative module into linear quadratic regulator(LQR) was analyzed with singular value bode.Additional "manufactured" tests were conducted to compare with the control system that is currently in use.The results indi-cated that the developed control system rather than the system in current use had considerable potential to closely match dis-charge at the downstream check structures with those ordered by water users while maintaining the water level throughout the length of the canal.
