The research uses the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) literature database as the source for literature retrieval, employing CiteSpace to visualize literature related to the themes of “science” and “higher education”. Excel is used to assist in creating tables. The knowledge maps presented include: publication trend graphs, keyword co-occurrence maps, high-frequency keyword tables, keyword clustering statistics tables, keyword temporal evolution graphs, and keyword burst graphs. A quantitative visual analysis is conducted to explore research hotspots and future trends, with a focus on the situation of science education in traditional Chinese medicine universities, aiming to provide insights into the development of universities with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in the new era.展开更多
在新时代紧步发展的背景下,总书记在党的二十大报告中强调:“促进中医药传承创新发展。”本文聚焦中医药类行业特色高校理科教师的发展与能力提升,分析新时代中医药类高校理科教师发展现状,发现目前高校理科教师发展急需变革,且师资队...在新时代紧步发展的背景下,总书记在党的二十大报告中强调:“促进中医药传承创新发展。”本文聚焦中医药类行业特色高校理科教师的发展与能力提升,分析新时代中医药类高校理科教师发展现状,发现目前高校理科教师发展急需变革,且师资队伍结构存在不合理之处,其中的青年教师教学经验也相对缺乏。为此,本文提出推动新时代中医药类高校理科教师发展与能力提升几项对策:完善师资队伍建设是教师教学能力提升的关键指标,自主学习和教学反思是教师教学能力提升的核心要素,健全的管理考核制度是教师教学能力提升的切实手段,借用信息化辅助教学是教师教学能力提升的必然趋势。Against the backdrop of rapid development in the new era, General Secretary emphasized in his report at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: “Promote the inheritance, innovation, and development of traditional Chinese medicine.” This article focuses on the development and ability improvement of science teachers in characteristic universities in the traditional Chinese medicine industry. It analyzes the current development status of science teachers in traditional Chinese medicine universities in the new era and finds that there is an urgent need for reform in the development of science teachers in universities, and the structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable. Among them, young teachers also lack teaching experience relatively. To this end, several measures are proposed to promote the development and ability improvement of science teachers in traditional Chinese medicine universities in the new era: improving the construction of the teaching staff is a key indicator for improving teachers’ teaching ability, independent learning and teaching reflection are the core elements for improving teachers’ teaching ability, a sound management examination system is a practical means for improving teachers’ teaching ability, and using information technology to assist teaching is an inevitable trend for improving teachers’ teaching ability.展开更多
