中医针推治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

目的分析中医针推治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取100例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,收治时间为2022年2月—2023年2月。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组:对照组和观察组,每组均为50例。观察组患者接受中医针推治疗;对照组患者接受常规药物治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果经过治疗,观察组治疗总有效率、VAS评分、JOA评分、TNF-α、hsCRP、-6(IL-6)均显著优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中医针推治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有显著的疗效,优于常规药物治疗。它能够快速缓解疼痛,改善患者的症状和体征,提高生活质量。因此,中医针推治疗应作为腰椎间盘突出症的首选治疗方法之一。

清中医针推1号方在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的临床疗效观察

清中医针推1号方在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年1月-2021年12月120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,对照组行西医治疗,观察组行清中医1号方治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果 观察组疼痛评分、中医症状与体征积分、治疗后1周、2周的LKSS评分均优于对照组,观察组膝关节肿胀程度与积液程度轻于对照组,观察组治疗总有效性高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中采用清中医1号方疗效显著,可减轻患者疼痛,减少临床症状,改善膝关节功能,具有临床应用价值。

精细化管理在提高中医针推科护理质量中的作用

目的:探讨精细化管理在提高中医针推科护理质量中的作用。方法:采用数字法选择2019年10月~2020年10月在医院中医针推科接受治疗的94例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47人。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用精细化管理。比较两组患者的护理不良事件发生率和患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将精细化管理方法用于中医针推科护理工作,可以有效降低护理不良事件发生率,提升患者的护理满意度。

针刺联合推拿治疗脊髓型颈椎病50例

目的探讨针刺联合推拿治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床效果。方法选取我院2010年3月至2012年12月门诊接诊脊髓型颈椎病患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合治疗组,其中对照组患者50例,采用单纯推拿治疗;联合治疗组患者50例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用针灸治疗;比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率及复发率等。结果对照组和联合治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为73.0%,95.0%;联合治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);对照组和联合治疗组患者临床复发率分别为10.0%,34.0%;联合治疗组患者临床复发率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合推拿治疗脊髓型颈椎病可显著改善临床症状、体征,提高日常工作生活能力,降低复发率,具有临床推广使用价值。

三联疗法治疗女性更年期潮热汗出35例临床观察

女性更年期综合征是由于妇女性激素减少出现一系列躯体及精神心理症状，如烦躁易怒、烘热汗出、潮热面红、眩晕耳鸣、心悸失眠、腰背酸楚、面浮肢肿、皮肤蚁行感、情志不宁等症状。潮热汗出是女性更年期综合征常见症状之一，症状轻者1周发作数次，重者每日可发作10余次，时间短则几秒，长则几十分钟，严重影响到广大女性朋友的正常工作和生活。目前，现代医学主要采用激素替代疗法（HRT）治疗更年期综合征［1］，已在临床被广泛采纳与应用。但因存在不良反应而不易被患者接受，也有一定的危险性［2］，尤其是一些雌激素依赖性肿瘤或病灶，严重肝病、胆汁淤积性疾病、血栓栓塞性疾病是不能使用激素替代疗法。我院采用药物联合针、推、用中医“补肾活血法”治疗女性更年期潮热汗出，现总结如下。

INDIGESTION OF FOOD RETENTION IN CHILDREN TREATED BY ACUPUNCTURE AND MASSAGE

Objective By acupuncture plus massage to treat poor appetite induced by indigestion of food retention in children to restore their normal appetite. Methods 476 cases of indigestion of food retention in children were treated by acupuncture plus massage. Results 385 of the 476 cases were cured, and 91 cases were improved by one treatment with a total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion Acupuncture plus massage provided remarkable therapeutic effects on indigestion of food retention in children.

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. Methods： 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group （treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina） and the control group （treated,by acupuncture-moxibustion）. Results： The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously Superior to that of the control group （the x^2 test showed P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for,treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.

Acupuncture Combined with Spinal Tui Na for Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea in 30 Cases

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.

Treatment of 18 Cases of Chronic Prostatitis by Acupuncture plus Tuina Therapy

In the treatment of 18 cases of prostatitis by puncturing Shenshu （BL 23）,bilateral Sanyinjiao （SP 6） and Zusanli （ST 36） and by kneading the prostate via the anus after acupuncture, the results showed cure in 12 cases, improvement in 5 cases, failure in 1 case and the total effective rate in 94.4%.
