中国企业环境下领导行为的研究述评:高管领导行为,领导授权赋能及领导-部属交换

国外有关领导行为的研究已经不胜枚举,而针对中国企业环境下的领导行为研究则相对较少。近年来,中国情境下的领导行为研究开始逐渐涌现,本文从中国高层管理者的领导行为、领导授权赋能行为以及领导-部属交换理论三个方面对中国企业环境下的领导行为研究进行了述评,总结了相关研究在中国情境下的维度表现、前因后果变量,以及中介或调节作用,并指出了中国情境下相关本土化研究的理论与实践贡献。这些研究,从理论贡献上来说,一方面体现出中国情境下领导行为区别于西方情境的独特性,另一方面验证和扩充了西方相关领导行为的研究发现,进一步丰富了领导行为理论;从实践意义上而言,为中国企业领导者提供了一个反思的镜子进而调整自己的领导行为,为中国企业领导者提供企业决策及管理的参考依据,为人力资源管理人员提供实际操作的手段及工具,而且启发下属注意与领导者建立好关系的方式方法和适宜程度。

试析企业的社会责任之环境保护

企业积极承担环境责任是应对当今严峻环境形势的必要选择，也是增强经济发展可持续性和构建和谐社会的必然选择。一定程度上，承担环境责任还是企业提升长远竞争力的有效途径。文章在界定企业环境责任的概念和综述国内外企业环境责任研究现状的基础上，对企业环境责任现存的问题和原因进行了分析和研究，并且指出企业应当更加积极地应对环境责任挑战和压力，以提升企业的竞争力。

结合中国企业环境,提出了JIT采购的实施以及结合VMI建立库存管理的策略,有效降低库存,提高采购效率,降低整个供应链上的成本。

Study on the environmental information disclosure of Chinese forestry enterprises

Environmental accounting is a kind of accounting which focuses on the compensation for the resources spending. It combines the theories of environmental economics and traditional accounting and uses scientific as well as systematic ways to coordinate the development of economics and the protection of environment. It is just in the primary process for forestry enterprises in China to introduce the research and practice of environmental accounting. Based on discussion about the principle of environmental information disclosure and analysis on the current situation of the environmental information disclosure of the forestry enterprises, this paper attempted to propose that the supplementary report mode of information disclosure should be appropriate for the forestry enterprises, which provide the balance sheet of environment, the income statement of environment besides the original three financial report to reflect the general environmental information of the enterprise.

Expansion Strategies and Evolution Paths of Hotel Groups in China

The organizational structure change of enterprises should be subject to the change of strategy,and strategy change is the reaction to the environment change.This paper studied the expansion strategies and evolution paths of hotel groups in China by a survey in 2007,in which the research objects were 91 hotel groups listed by China Tourist Hotels Association.The conclusions are drawn:based on the two dimensions of unification management function scope and the unification management degree,hotel groups can be divided into four strategic types,including strategically concentrated group,close function group,widespread alliance group and loose union group.Simultaneously there are three different expansion paths:stability path,growth path and undulation path.About 72.5% of Chinese hotel groups have a stability or growth expansion path.

Research on constraints of internal controls in Chinese enterprises

From the practice of Chinese enterprises, the paper discusses three constraint conditions of China＇s internal controls including the system environmental constraint, cost constraint and organization constraint, and advances the suggestions on the approaches to improve Chinese enterprises＇ internal controls level.

Study on Transnational Business Operation Strategy of China Xinhua News Network

The paper firstly discussed the strategic implication of the establishment of China Xinhua News Network Co. Ltd. （referred to as CNC in the paper）. Then, the paper explored the opportunity and threat in the CNC＇s competitive environment, and evaluated the news TV competitiveness of CNC compared with world main news network media based on Delphi method. Based on the strategic management framework of SWOT （strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat）, the paper proposed the developmental strategies of transnational business operation for CNC from the following three area： further expand the coverage and the number of countries entered by CNC, enhance brand effects across the world, and build more new technology experience in the world.

Legal regulation of enterprises' environmental impact:a survey

The enterprise coordinates social resources, which changes the dialogue between human and the environment into that between enterprise and environment. The profit-making character of enterprise leads to the abandonment of environmental ethics. Enterprise, which has the capability to solve environmental problems, however, lacks the motive to do it. It has controlling power over society and should assume the responsibility of environmental protection. For its lack of environmental conscience, the external institutional arrangements should be made for enterprise. The strategy for environmental cost should be designed in connection with the interest orientation of enterprise. And various legal measures in constitutional law, social law, civil law, administrative law and criminal lave should be utilized to regulate enterprise＇s behaviors regarding environmental protection.

Discussion and Research on Enterprise Supply Chain Management under the New Economic Background

The market environment and the competition characteristics between the enterprises is different from the traditional competition, the competition between individual enterprise is displaced by the comprehensive strength of alliance supply chain which formed by upstream and downstream suppliers and customers whose main body is core enterprise, whether production enterprise or retail business are inevitably to form as chain so that to obtain the relative cost advantage and quick reaction advantage in the fierce market competition. Combining the theory and practice comparison of enterprise supply chain management at home and abroad, we can find that the theory and practice of Chinese enterprises supply chain management are falling behind developed countries In the new economic background, research and discussion of China＇ s enterprise supply chain management theory and practice, is helpful to promote the enterprise comprehensive competition ability and improve the economic benefit of enterprise.

Environmental Disclosure of Chemical Industry:Evidencefrom Chinese A-Share Market

Environmental pollution and environmental reporting have increasingly drawn the attention of the countries around the world. The paper selects A-share listed companies of chemical industry in China. Using logistic model, we research the impact of financial performance of listed companies upon environmental reporting. The conclusion of the study shows that the total number of enterprises which disclosed environmental information (EI) has increased year by year, and EI content and volume disclosed by heavy pollution corporations have increased annually. And the more profitability the listed companies attain, the more EI they are inclined to disclose. Moreover, companies will have an ability to disclose EI so as to reduce the agency costs arising from informa-tion asymmetry. Furthermore, the development capability of com-panies is of negative correlation to environmental reporting, and the liabilities degree of listed companies is of negative correlation to environmental reporting, but it is not significant. This paper also offers policy recommendations that enhance EI transparency and regulate EI reporting of listed companies.

Empirical Research on the Relationship between Best Corporation Practices and Environmental Performance

Is the adoption of best practice in business associated with improved environmental performance？ And what methods can he used to assess and compare the environmental practices and performance of different companies？ In this paper, through case anatysis, the business environmental practices and performance of five companies in the manufacturing sector were examined and scored. Assessing these companies practices and performance according to “The best practice model” designed by Australian Manufacturing Council （AMC. 1994）. The finding shows that there is strong correlation between environmental practices and performance of companies （r=0.85, p〈0.05）, and indicates that corporate paying attention to environmental issue will improve its all performances in business.

Research on Resource Development Countermeasures and Environmental Governance of Cruise Tourism Enterprises in China

The development of tourism resources aims to process tourism raw materials into direct-consumption tourism products. The essence of this behavior is innovation. The theory of innovation in economics, management, sociology, oriental management, and related disciplines provided methodology for the development of tourism resources and pointed out the direction. With the development of tourism, the cruise economy has grown and the urban economy has been rapidly developed and improved. However, while cruise tourism brings economic benefits, the discharge of various waste water and exhaust gas from cruise ships of major cruise companies also brings about some environmental pollution problems. Therefore, the environmental protection issue of cruise tourism companies is a sustainable development issue. Persisting in sustainable development strategy, we attach importance to the environmental governance of the cruise tourism industry.

Research Reports on the 12^(th) Five-Year Plan for Electric Power Industry Power Grids

China Electricity Council organized competent authorities across the industry of electric power to work out the ＂Research Reports on the 12^th Five-Year Plan for Electric＂ Power lndustry ＂＂ in nearly one year, which provides a reference/or governmental departments to formulate the 12^th Five-Year Plan on energy and electric power industry. The magazine should publish the serial reports inchliding power sources, power grids, equipment manufacture, energy and environment, and power economics. This paper presents the part of ＂ power grids, ＂ in which the strategies of developing power grids are put forward.

地方环境政策创新的扩散模式与实施效果——基于河长制政策扩散的微观实证

地方环境政策创新可以为丰富国家环境政策工具箱提供重要的实验与案例。然而,在经济发展和环境治理的双重压力下,一项创新的地方环境政策可能在不同地区产生差异化的政策效果。因此,为促进地方环境政策创新的有效扩散与推广,需对以下三个方面的问题进行实证评估:环境政策效果的可复制性、不同政策扩散模式下的政策效果特征、不同扩散模式下的规制对象差异。为此,本文利用河长制政策在长三角地区的扩散对上述三个问题进行实证评估,并采用中国工业企业环境统计数据库和中国工业企业数据库的微观数据,设计双重差分模型进行效应识别。研究结果发现:①在政策扩散过程中,河长制的污染治理效果在由上级政府主导推广的"向上扩散"地区得到了成功复制,但在地方政府主动模仿的"平行扩散"地区并不明显。②河长制在"向上扩散"地区和在"自发首创"地区类似,主要通过降低企业产出而非增强废水处理能力来实现减排效果;但在"平行扩散"地区既不会降低企业产出,也不能产生减排效应。③河长制在"平行扩散"地区对不同规制对象的异质性效果更明显,显著降低了大企业的水污染排放,对排放规模大的行业规制略松,并能增加其产出从而补偿一部分政策带来的经济损失。

荣誉的力量:授予全国文明城市称号能否激励地方强化企业减排?

健全环境治理领导责任体系是推动生态环境根本好转的核心,这不仅需要有力的问责机制,更需要有效的激励机制。作为典型的激励政策,全国文明城市评选以环境质量改善为重要依据,授予该称号能否激励地方强化企业减排,产生荣誉的力量,这是验证这一激励机制是否有效的关键。为此,使用1999—2008年中国制造业企业污染排放数据,以化学需氧量(COD)排放为例,从微观视角系统考察全国文明城市评选在环境治理层面的政策效果。研究发现,地方获得全国文明城市称号后,能显著促进企业COD减排,彰显荣誉的力量。这一减排效应,尤其体现在国有、外资控股、大规模、污染密集型行业以及东部地区的企业。探究其机制,发现授予全国文明城市称号具有鲜明的政治激励特征,能引发政治强激励官员,通过强化企业源头防治、提高清洁生产技术、引进高质量绿色企业等方式实现减排。利用新增企业信息,发现称号授予的减排效应没有以牺牲邻近城市为代价,引发污染就近转移,反而激励邻近城市引进高质量绿色企业。研究不仅从微观层面补充环境激励型政策是否有效的实证检验,而且从理论层面为构建现代环境治理体系、推动绿色发展提供科学依据。
