中国家国文化的核心价值观及其新时代意义

文化是人类实践活动的产物,生活于不同“家”中的人在日常生活中形成了不同的“家文化”,而无数的“家文化”在相互交往交流交融中形成了“国文化”。中国家国文化的内核构成了中华文明的重要价值观,并呈现独特的形式。家国文化蕴含的核心价值观从来不是孤立的存在,一定时代的家国文化的核心价值观必然受制于一定时代的经济、政治、环境等因素的综合影响。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,伴随我国经济、政治、环境等方面的发展,中国家国文化及其核心价值观也随之发生了一定的变化,并呈现新时代特有的新内涵和新价值,成为新时代重要的新文化。新时代进一步传承和弘扬中国家国文化的核心价值观,实质上是一个培育人的大问题,是全社会的事业,需要社会、学校、家庭密切配合,协同推进。对此,社会要提高认识,学校要积极作为,家庭要发挥关键作用。

Influence on Sport Industry from Traditional Chinese sport＇s Application for the Status of National Intangible Cultural Heritage

Traditional Chinese sport conveys China＇s millenniums＇ culture, which can be taken as symbol of China＇s culture. Therefore, the application for the status of national intangible cultural heritage becomes unavoidable. No matter it will be successful or not, the process will boost its industry. This paper argued its push to traditional Chinese sport industry from the point of traveling, sporting goods, culture industry and entertainment and relaxation.

Distribution characteristics of China's key cultural relic tourism resources and suggestions to its development and protection

SPSS13.0 was used to process the data of the 1-6 batch of key cultural relic conservation units promulgated by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage of China;and multi-element evaluation method was used to calculate the composite distribution index.The spatial distribution of cultural relics of provinces in China can be divided into four grades,namely:very rich areas,rich areas,poor areas and very poor areas;the article analyzes the characteristics of cultural resources in spatial and temporal distribution.The paper holds that(1)the distribution of China's cultural relic tourism resources is relatively concentrated,different sharply from region to region,with more Han nation's heritage,less relics of the ethnic minorities;(2) Henan,Hebei,Shaanxi,Shanxi Province are the main regions with heavy distribution of cultural resources;(3) relics appeared in specific time periods in China's history.Ming and Qing Dynasties,Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties,Song,Liao and Jin,the Western Han,Shang and Zhou dynasties,the New Stone Age are the major periods producing more cultural relics.This paper also analyzes relationships of the emergence of cultural relics with production technology,specific historical process,specific geographical location,political system,religion,national culture,customs,architectural styles and techniques of the traditional cultural educational system.Finally,the paper discusses the development and protection of heritage.

On the Chinese Elements in Hollywood Movies from Kung fu Panda

With the development of globalization, movie, as the important media for broadcasting and exchanging cultures, promotes the international cultural communications among countries. Kung fu Panda, a blockbuster by Dream works, sets off a new upsurge of the Chinese style. It not only gives a chance for the audiences in western countries to enjoy the traditional Chinese culture, but also for the Chinese to enjoy this visual feast. This article will illustrate the implicit and explicit Chinese elements in Kung fu Panda, in hope of finding out the extensive use of Chinese elements in today＇s Hollywood movies. According to the collection of media data concluded, the film production team undertook detailed investigation and studies in the traditional Chinese culture so that today＇s Hollywood movies can successfully interpret Chinese elements. Thus, the international cultural communications are found hiding behind the widely used of Chinese elements. With the analysis of this article, Chinese reader can know further about how important the diffusion of Chinese traditional culture is. Thereby, it can remind Chinese people of the responsibility to carry on and broadcast the splendid traditional Chinese culture.

The Development of Hip-Hop Dance Culture in China

Hip-hop dance originated in the Black neighborhood of New York popular global youth cultures in an unprecedented fashion. As in the 1970s and developed as one of the most a global youth culture, it was introduced to China's Mainland 30 years ago, underwent a series of rises and falls, and gradually transformed into a local scene under the influence of neighboring countries and regions. As hip-hop dance localizes in China, it has incorporated local ingredients such as Chinese traditional culture. Meanwhile, its function such as bodybuilding is also strengthened but the features such as competitiveness are weakened. The localization of hip-hop dance in China's Mainland reflects the globalization of the youth culture, which is featured by local hybridity, multicultural interactions, and conflicting interdependence with public media and commerce. This trend endows the global youth culture with a richer and more complex style and also shows that youth play an active part in generating the new forms and new styles of youth culture.

The Origin and Vision of National Cultural Park Management Policy in China

Research on the evolution of cultural policy is the key in the field of public policy study,and it is also an important means to solve the problems that have emerged in cultural heritage management.The National Cultural Park is an innovative cultural heritage protection system proposed by Chinese leaders within the context of national rejuvenation and building a culturally-strong country campaign.From the perspective of system evolution theory,this paper systematically sorts out the ideas behind international heritage management and the evolutionary process of the Cultural Relics Protection Unit system,in an effort to explore the origin,innovation and vision of the National Cultural Park System.A review of the international heritage documents revealed that the principle of heritage protection has developed from“authenticity”to“integrity”,and the focus of the protection object has also changed from“monism”to“diversity”,which provided a theoretical background for the burgeoning National Cultural Park.The Cultural Relics Protection Unit system has been promoted as the most crucial cultural heritage management system in China.Therefore,this study sheds light on the evolution and limitations of the system that lays a practical foundation for the National Cultural Park System.There have been three stages in the history of China’s National Cultural Relics Protection Unit,namely,the creation of the system(1956–1965),the survival crisis of the system(1966–1977),and the rebirth and development of the system(1978 to the present),in which the main driving concepts of China's cultural heritage management have been sequentially elucidated as simple protectionism,tolerant conservatism and comprehensive developmentalism,respectively.Since the establishment of China’s Cultural Relics Protection Unit system,tremendous progress has been made not only in the enlightenment of the public’s mindset and but also in the development of system and culture.However,the changes in the institutional environment gradually exposed its limitations regarding cultural relic management and value expression.The National Cultural Park System is the fruit created by the internal contradictions of the cultural heritage system itself and the evolution of heritage theory.Its biggest innovation lies in the two core connotations of“integrated protection”and“integrated development”.In the future,as the National Cultural Park management system matures,a Chinese cultural heritage management system will take shape in which the National Cultural Parks become dominant and various cultural resources are utilized.Finally,the National Cultural Park will become a symbol of Chinese culture and will be internalized into the common belief system of the Chinese nation.
