目的探讨血液透析(HP)联合血液灌流(HD)对终末期肾衰患者中大分子的影响。方法对南阳医学高等专科学院第一附属医院的48例终末期肾衰患者进行研究,随机分为对照组(24例)和研究组(24例),前者仅给予HD治疗,后者在HD基础上给予HP,分析治疗... 目的探讨血液透析(HP)联合血液灌流(HD)对终末期肾衰患者中大分子的影响。方法对南阳医学高等专科学院第一附属医院的48例终末期肾衰患者进行研究,随机分为对照组(24例)和研究组(24例),前者仅给予HD治疗,后者在HD基础上给予HP,分析治疗前后的血液中大分子情况及清除率。结果研究组治疗后的PTH(P<0.01)、LEP(P<0.05)以及β2-MG(P<0.01)水平低于对照组。结论联合处理可降低终末期肾衰患者中大分子水平,可在相关治疗中进行推广。 展开更多

AIM:To find a rapid and efficient analysis method of gastrointestinal microflora in Pi-deficient(spleen-deficient) rats and to evaluate traditional Chinese drugs.METHODS:Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus-PCR(ERIC-PCR) based assay was performed to examine changes of intestinal microflora in two Pi-deficienct animal models and to evaluate the efficacy of four traditional Chinese drugs as well as a probiotic recipe and another therapy in Pi-deficient rats.RESULTS:A molecular marker was identified for Pi-deficiency in rats.The pharmacodynamic evaluation system,including identified molecular markers(net integral area and abundance of DNA bands),Shannon's index for diversity of intestinal microflora,and Sorenson's pairwise similarity coefficient,was established.The four major clinical recipes of traditional Chinese drugs for Pi-deficiency in rats,especially at their medium dose(equivalence to the clinical dose),produced more pronounced recovery activities in Pi-deficient rats,while higher doses of these recipes did not show a better therapeutic effect but some toxic effects such as perturbation deterioration of intestinal microflora.CONCLUSION:Both fingerprint analysis and identified marker can show Pi-deficiency in rats and its difference after treatment.The identified molecular marker may be applied in screening for the active compounds both in relative traditional Chinese drugs and in pharmacodynamic study of Pi-deficiency in rats. 展开更多

Acylation of anthracene and oxalyl chloride in the presence of anhydrous AlCl3 was investigated. Pure 1,2-aceanthrylenedione, which is used as new functional macromolecule, was prepared by extraction and recrystallation. The structure of 1,2-aceanthrylenedione was identified by measure of melting point, GC/MS, FTIR and 1HNMR analyses. The influences of various parameters, such as solvent, dosage of catalyst, molar ratio of anthracene to oxalyl chloride, reaction temperature, and reaction time were studied. The anhydrous AlCl3 was found to catalyze the reaction with high yeild and good selectivity. When the reaction temperature is 303K, reaction time is 5h and molar ratio of anthracene to oxalyl chloride is 1:2, the yield and selectivity of 1,2-aceanthrylenedione is 83.8 % and 92.3% respectively. 展开更多

Determining the Optimum Inflow Rates for Micro-flood Irrigation on the Tukulu Soil

The performance of micro flood irrigation (MFI) under different inflow rates was evaluated on 90 m closed ended furrows in the South African Tukulu soil. A single irrigation was used to characterise the surface and subsurface soil water distribution from the 20, 40, 80 and 160 L/min inflow rates treatments. Neutron access tubes were installed to a depth of 1 m at every 10 m distance interval starting at 5 m from the furrow inlet. Soil water content measurements were taken using the WaterMan neutron water meter. The HYDRUS-2D software was also used to provide insight on irrigated furrows soil water content and subsurface water distribution. The 20 L/min produced a stream flow that could advance up to the 60 m furrow distance. The stream flow from the rest of the inflow rates were able to reach the furrow end with the 180 L/min recording the fastest advance time of 23 min. The 20 L/min and 40 L/min had recession period of less than 7 min while the 80 L/rain and 160 L/min lasted more than an hour. Distribution uniformity (DU) at longer furrow distances was the highest from the 80 L/min and 160 L/min with the 20 L/min and 40 L/min recorded similar performances at shorter distances. The 40 L/rain was one of the smaller inflow rates that recorded the highest DU of 0.96 for the generated average infiltrated depth of the 30 m long furrow and therefore should be adopted for furrow distances of less than 60 m on the Tukulu soil. 展开更多

The presence ofBiecheleria cincta (=Woloszynskia cincta) in the Chinese coasts is reported for the first time. In scanning electron microscope, three to five series of vesicles and an elongated apical vesicle (EAV) were visible in the epicone, and both the hypocone and the cingulum had three series of vesicles each. Thin sections revealed that B. cincta possesses stalked pyrenoids and an unusual eyespot consisting of a stack of cistemae with brick-like materials (type E), thus supporting its transfer from Woloszynskia to Biecheleria. Spiny cysts formed spontaneously in culture, with an encystment rate of around 20%. Both large subunit ribosomal DNA (LSU rDNA) and internal transcribed spacer region (ITS) sequences in 12 strains from the Chinese coasts were determined. Phylogenetic analyses based on LSU rDNA and ITS sequences using Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood revealed two distinct ribotypes (referred to as ribotype A and B) in B. cincta. ITS region pairwise distances within B. eincta ranged from 0.024 to 0.072, suggesting the existence of a complex of cryptic species. 展开更多

The findings of the analyses proffered by this paper are expected to enhance not only the understanding of today's China and Chinese nationalism as a localized and "embedded" discourse/phenomenon, but also, hopefully, that of nationalism and its generative and operational mechanism in general--nationalism is an "obscene discourse" and operates in the fantastic ground while producing real violence. 展开更多

A reaction coupling system of transesterification and methoxycarbonylation with methyl phenyl carbonate (MPC) as intermediate was established to efficiently prepare 1,6-hexamethylene diurethane (HDU) from 1,6- bexametbylene diamine (HDA). The feasibility of the system was explored using the thermodynamics analysis, the reaction mechanism and the experiment results. The optimal reaction was carried out to get higher HDU yield. The thermodynamic analysis showed that the metboxycarbonylation of HDA with MPC, the Gibbs free energy of which was negative, was a spontaneous process. Furthermore, the equilibrium constant of the methoxycarbonylation of HDA with MPC was much greater than that of the transesterification of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) with phenol, so the reaction coupling could be realized under mild conditions. The reaction mechanism analysis indicated that phenoxy anion was the key spedes for reaction coupling. Higher MPC concentration was detected when sodium phenoxide was used as transesterification reactant with DMC, since the phenoxy anion of sodium phenoxide could be dissociated more easily. Sodium pbenoxide was more suitable to prepare HHDU through reaction coupling. A yield of HDU as high as 98.3% could be reached under the optimal conditions of mPhONa/mDMC = 0.027 and nDMC/nHDa = 8/1 at 90 ℃ in 2 h. 展开更多

Comprehensive Appraisal of Provincial Low Carbon Development:A Case Study of China

In this research,the Factor Analysis model of measuring provincial low carbon development in China has been constructed.Based on data from 30 provinces,an empirical study was developed to measure comprehensive low carbon development using the Factor Analysis model(Principal Components method and Normalized Varimax Rotation).The results reveal that the provincial marks of low carbon development are generally low and only nine provinces have high marks(more than 0.80).The results also show significant regional disparity.The provincial marks of the eastern region are higher than both the middle and western provinces of China's Mainland.All of the provinces with high marks(more than 0.90) are located in the eastern region,and those with the lowest marks(0.60) are located in the middle region.Furthermore,regional disparity in low carbon development follows the same pattern as economic development in China.Finally,some suggestions for decision-makers are presented. 展开更多
