高浓度中药提取类废水治理工艺探究

本文探讨了针对高浓度中药提取类废水的治理工艺。通过分析这类废水的特性和难点,结合生物处理技术和物化处理技术,设计了相应的处理工艺并进行了优化。实验结果验证了该工艺的有效性,从而为高浓度中药提取类废水的治理提供了可行性方案。

目的研究不同浓度中药汤剂熏洗对缓解混合痔手术后创面疼痛的疗效。方法将80例混合痔手术后患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组20例,其中治疗组采用中药汤剂熏洗,并按浓度不同分为高浓度组(A组)、中浓度组(B组)和低浓度组(C组),每组20例,... 目的研究不同浓度中药汤剂熏洗对缓解混合痔手术后创面疼痛的疗效。方法将80例混合痔手术后患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组20例,其中治疗组采用中药汤剂熏洗,并按浓度不同分为高浓度组(A组)、中浓度组(B组)和低浓度组(C组),每组20例,对照组采用单纯温水熏洗。分别记录各组患者术后疼痛情况。结果 A、B、C3组疼痛缓解情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),其中A、B两组优于C组(P<0.05),A、B组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论中药汤剂熏洗可有效缓解混合痔手术后创面疼痛,熏洗液浓度对疗效有重要影响。 展开更多

目的探讨不同浓度参黄祛毒方熏洗液对混合痔术后创面的促愈作用,以明确其最佳浓度。方法将120例混合痔术后患者随机分为参黄祛毒方熏洗液高、中、低浓度组各40例。所有患者均于术后第1天开始,每日9点、16点肛门局部熏洗各1次,共治疗14... 目的探讨不同浓度参黄祛毒方熏洗液对混合痔术后创面的促愈作用,以明确其最佳浓度。方法将120例混合痔术后患者随机分为参黄祛毒方熏洗液高、中、低浓度组各40例。所有患者均于术后第1天开始,每日9点、16点肛门局部熏洗各1次,共治疗14天。比较各组患者伤口愈合情况以及平均住院日和创面完全愈合天数。结果中浓度组的总有效率95%、平均住院日为(16.17±2.16)天、创面完全愈合天数为(26.56±2.89)天,各指标均明显好于高浓度组和低浓度组(均P<0.05)。结论参黄祛毒方熏洗液可有效促进混合痔术后创面愈合,中浓度为其最佳浓度。 展开更多

To study the distribution of 25 elements, i.e. Be, Cd, Ce, Cr, Cu, Dy, Er,Eu, Gd, Ge, Ho, La, Lu, Mo, Nd, Pb, Pr, Sm, Sr, Tb, Tl, Tm, Y, Yb and Zn in Phytolacca, atraditional Chinese medicinal herb, collected from nine areas of P. R. China. Methods Twenty-fiveelements in Phytolacca including essential elements, toxic elements and rare earth elements intraditional Chinese medicinal herbs from different areas were analyzed by ICP-MS. Results The 25elements in Phytolacca were determined by ICP-MS under optimized conditions. The detection limitswere 0.003 -0.71 ng·mL^(-1). The recoveries were 88% - 118% . The relative standard deviations ofthe measurements were 1.7% - 13.3%. Conclusion The determined concentrations of elements inPhytolacca acinosa Roxb vary from one area to another; however, the distribution tendency ofelements in all the samples is similar. The distribution tendency of rare earth elements inPhytolacca acinosa Roxb is consistent with that in nature. 展开更多

Effects of Different Padding on Air Quality in Broiler House and Growth Physiological Index of Broilers 被引量:1

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effects of different padding on ammonia concentration in broiler house and growth performance and blood indi- cators of broilers. [Method] A total of 480 one-day-old 817 broilers were selected. They were randomly divided into four groups with different paddings, and each group was in triplicate. The weights of broilers and feed were weighed weekly. The growth performance of broilers was determined. On day 30, the ammonia concentra- tions in broiler houses were determined. On day 35, 6 broilers were randomly se- lected from each group, and their vein blood was sampled. In the sampled vein blood, the concentrations of ammonia, glucose, globulin, serum total protein and urea nitrogen were determined. [Result] There were significant differences in ammo- nia concentration among broiler houses laid with different paddings (P〈0.05). The ammonia concentration in group 1 was significantly lower than those in group 3 and group 4 (P〈0.05). No significant difference was found in ammonia concentrations in broiler houses between group 2 and group 3 (P〉0.05). The ammonia concentration in group 4 was significantly higher than those in group1, group 2 and group 3 (,0〈 0.05). There were also significant differences in blood indicators among different groups (P〈0.05). The blood ammonia, blood glucose and serum urea nitrogen con- centrations in group 1 were significantly lower than those in other groups (P〈0.05), the serum total protein concentration was significantly higher than those in group 3 and group 4 (P〈0.05), and the serum globulin concentration was significantly higher than those in group 2, group 3 and group 4 (P〈0.05). Significant differences were observed in feed intake, body weight gain and slaughter weight between different groups (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences in feed to grain ratio (P〉 0.05). [Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions, the padding of Chinese medicine residue showed better effect on reducing ammonia concentration in broiler house, which was conducive to play of production potential of broilers. 展开更多

Determination of free ceftriaxone concentration and its application in predicting lung tissue concentration

The purpose of this study was to establish a method for determining the free concentration of ceftriaxone based on hollow fiber centrifugal ultrafiltration(HFCF-UF)technology in combination with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for free pharmacokinetic studies and the prediction of ceftriaxone concentrations in lung tissue.This method only required centrifugation for a short time,and the filtrate could be injected directly for HPLC analysis without further treatment.The specificity,linearity,precision and stability of this method were validated for quantification of free ceftriaxone.Under the optimized conditions,the absolute recoveries were more than 92.5%.The intraday and interday precision RSDs were less than 3.6%.Additionally,nonspecific adsorption(NSB)between the analyte and the ultrafiltration membrane was considered.This method was successfully applied to the analysis of the free ceftriaxone concentration in rat plasma and lung tissue.The free ceftriaxone concentration of lung tissue could be predicted by using the linear formula Cfl=Cfp(0.342 x–0.0129)(x:time).This method also provides a reliable alternative for accurate monitoring of the free ceftriaxone concentration in therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM). 展开更多
