联合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎34例疗效观察

目的:彻底治愈慢性盆腔炎,防止反复发作。方法:联合疗法是在单纯使用西药治疗的同时,配以中药内服,在37℃～40℃中药保留灌肠,离子透穴治疗。以10天为一个疗程。结果:联合治疗组34例,痊愈23例,占67.6％;有效9例,占26.5％;无效2例,占5.9％。结论:本病单纯使用抗生素虽有抗菌消炎作用,但消除炎性浸润较差,对与周围组织粘连的器官,药物不易进入,且由于抗菌素的大量运用,细菌逐渐产生耐药性,致疾病经久不愈,反复发作。用具有活血化瘀、软坚散结的中药,达到有效扩张血管,改善微循环,促进药物透入吸收,调节组织的修复与再生,彻底消除病灶,提高治愈率,有效防止复发。

Treatment of 41 Cases of Prostate Hyperplasia by Elongated Needle

Summary ： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus medicament in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia, Zhibian （BL 54） and Zhongji （CV 3） were deeply punctured with elongated needles and enema was applied with self-prepared medicinal herbs. Then Qugu （CV2）, Zhongliao（BL 33） and Xialiao（BL 34） were selected and connected with a herbal Ion Introduction Apparatus. The total effective rate was 92.4% in 41 cases. Elongated needle and herbal ion introduction can relieve the clinical symptoms of prostatic hyperplasia and improve the patients＇ life quality.
