价值是指客体对于主体的意义与效用。关于人在社会中的价值问题，也应如此认识和说明。人们在社会中结成的价值关系实际上有三种，由此形成的价值，有着三种具体价值，即个人的社会价值、个人的自我价值和社会的为人价值。这三科具体价值互有区别，但又互相联结、互相作用。个人的社会价值，与社会的为人价值互相依赖、互相影响。个人的社会价值，与个人的自我价值有时互相分离并立，有时也相互协调统一。社会的为人价值，与个人的自我价值有时互相分离，有时也互补互辅。

Assessing the Economic Value of Vernacular Architecture of Mountain Regions Using Contingent Valuation

Human pressure on mountain resources poses certain threats to their natural and man-made environment. Although there are many parameters involved, one of the driving forces behind this situation is the emphasis given so far only to the market value of mountain goods and services, ignoring the true social and environmental costs of using mountain resources. Towards this direction, the use of non-market valuation techniques could prove to be beneficial. Bearing in mind the above remarks, the paper presents an application of the Contingent Valuation Method, which aims at estimating the monetary value of a mountain settlement’s vernacular architecture, namely Metsovo. For this purpose, the survey focuses on Metsovo visitors’ willingness to pay a single annual voluntary contribution to an institution that would be founded in order to undertake all necessary actions required to preserve the town’s traditional character. The results are very promising and indicate that vernacular architecture holds a significant economic value that could justify the implementation of appropriate policies towards the protection of vernacular settlements in mountain areas.

An Intelligent System for Analysing Manas Prakrti in Human Resource Management

Human resource management is said to be the importance of spiritual, ethical, and human values that condition human behaviour. The immediate problem that it poses for a full understanding of human functioning is that the inner subjective experiences of consciousness based on human resource management. Ayurveda occupies the heights of human psychological accomplishment and could usefully call upon the insights of any of these sources to aid in addressing the problematic nature of modern-day businesses and have significant bearing on human behaviour. Manas prakrti in Ayuverda contributes to the study of personality. Tamas-Rajas-Sattva temperamental groups give rise to the framework of Space-Time-Causation when evolution starts in association with Consciousness Principle in manas prakrti. In this paper I present a methodology to analyze Temperamental groups that are found in manas prakrti by using an intelligent system. This will guide understand, instrumental values, operating values, and weak values of employees in human resource management.

Nature of Valuational Consciousness in Good Life

I make an attempt in the paper to argue in favor of the person-centered view of good life, where becoming a good person involves seeking to qualitatively transform oneself into a worthy human being. I maintain that becoming fully a person and respecting others as persons are achievements that are not assured for all of us. Thus, for the purpose I prepare the ground for an account of good life that rests on valuational consciousness. I propose that one may ascribe valuational consciousness to a person who is a value-sensitive rational being striving to attain a kind of inner transparency. Evidently, to say that a person has valuational consciousness is to stress the values, which are built into personal consciousness. The life of a person, whether that of truth, courage, nobility, justice, kindness, is a life marked by ego transcending personal consciousness that reaches out to humanity at large. And such a repository of values enables a human being to attain the ideal of good life. The ideal of good life, I contend, consists of attaining the higher order posture of selflessness--a posture of inner transparency. It is to shake off the egocentric partiality that characterizes our usual attitudinal stance towards one another.

Principles About Batho Pele Principles： South African Exploration and Analyses

This paper explores Batho Pele principles within the ambit of the South African legislative framework regularizing the public service. It informs that there are original principles apprising what is commonly referred to as Batho Pele principles. The original principles are principles about Batho Pele principles. Batho Pele principles are not Bantu principles due to the historical and derogatory orientation of the phrase ＂Bantu＂. They are people orientated principles. The analytical axis is premised on that Batho Pele principles are more about the people than about themselves. The people are not only first in relation with the principles but are the first to be first before the principles were documented. The principles are developed by the people in order to regularize the actions of the public functionaries. The Batho Pele principles and the original principles do not exist in isolation. They are deeply rooted in the societal value systems of the people that existed from one generation to the other to the subsequent, emphasizing the centrality of people in relation to principles. The people＇s centrality is accentuated with references to a reasonable number of specific people orientated instruments that have bearing in the global and international arena.
