主动学习机制下的“国培计划”中小学教师专业适岗培训

湖南省教育厅在全国首次针对该省“教非所学、专也不对口”教师开展大规模培训。在培训过程,逐步形成了旨在调动学员学习积极性、提升培训实效的“主动学习机制”,即精准把握培训需求,设置针对性课程,组建经验丰富的专家团队,综合多种有效培训手段,制定科学激励政策,搭建学历提升立交桥,保障了培训顺利进行,提升了中小学教师的专业水平。

航空气象学案例教学的学生主动学习机制研究

基于案例教学在航空气象学教学应用中遇到的各种情况,对被动学习和主动学习进行了对比分析,从中对学生的主动学习机制的优点进行了分析研究,并对建立这种机制的过程进行了研究,也对未来的教学应用提出了设想。

An Approach to Active Learning for Classifier Systems

In this paper, the active learning mechanism is proposed to beused in classifier systems to cope with complex problems: an intelligent agent leavesits own signals in the environment and later collects and employs them to assistits learning process. Principles and components of the mechanism are outlined,followed by the introduction of its preliminary implementation in an actual system.An experiment with the system in a dynamic problem is then introduced, togetherwith discussions over its results. The paper is concluded by pointing out somepossible improvements that can be made to the proposed framework.
