威宁豆酱中主酵菌株的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

以贵州省威宁地区传统方法制作的酱曲为试材,通过分离纯化初步得到22株细菌、10株真菌。将分离纯化的菌株分别接种于豆酱中进行纯种发酵,通过感官评价筛选出主要的发酵菌株,通过形态观察、分子生物学技术及VITEK 2全自动微生物鉴定系统... 以贵州省威宁地区传统方法制作的酱曲为试材,通过分离纯化初步得到22株细菌、10株真菌。将分离纯化的菌株分别接种于豆酱中进行纯种发酵,通过感官评价筛选出主要的发酵菌株,通过形态观察、分子生物学技术及VITEK 2全自动微生物鉴定系统对其进行鉴定,并对其发酵豆酱的理化指标进行测定。结果表明,菌株DX-9和DZ-3发酵豆酱的感官评分最高,分别为94分、90分,且与传统威宁豆酱风味相似,确定为主要发酵菌株。鉴定菌株DX-9为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),菌株DZ-3为异常威克汉姆酵母(Wickerhamomyces anomalus)。两菌株发酵豆酱的理化指标符合相关国标要求,且菌株DX-9发酵豆酱优于菌株DZ-3。 展开更多

【目的】通过研究不同密度和调控措施对枣树生长量和产量的影响,探讨解决直播密植红枣在保证丰产稳产的前提下,逐步降低种植密度的方法。【方法】通过开展植株密度调控试验和主副株差别化修剪试验,调查不同处理枣树的生长量和产量。【... 【目的】通过研究不同密度和调控措施对枣树生长量和产量的影响,探讨解决直播密植红枣在保证丰产稳产的前提下,逐步降低种植密度的方法。【方法】通过开展植株密度调控试验和主副株差别化修剪试验,调查不同处理枣树的生长量和产量。【结果】种植密度逐渐减小,干粗、株高、树冠投影面积等指标的生长量随之增大,枣头数逐渐增多,单株产量逐渐增加,而单位产量显著降低。主副株差别化修剪结果显示,副株的枣头长度和粗度的生长量、产量大于主株,而枣头数少于主株,差异显著。5年生不同密度的枣树在干粗、产量指标上存在显著差异,其它生长量指标差异不明显,但4年生枣树生长量明显较小。【结论】对于幼龄密植枣园,种植密度对枣树生长量及单株产量有明显影响,但对果吊比的影响很小。随着种植密度的降低,生长空间加大,枣树生长量和单株产量逐渐增大。此外,对幼龄枣树进行主副株差别修剪对调节枣树生长量和产量有重要作用。 展开更多

Development and Age Structure of Ramets of Kalimeris integrifolia Populations in the Songnen Plains, Northeast China 被引量:6

Kalimeris integrifolia Turcz. is a root sucker form perennial herb of Compositae. In die late period of growing season, fresh fleshy radicels grow up above the soil surface to develop root-borne buds, which in turn grow into ramets and taproot. On the basis of observation on numerous samples, methods to classify the age of ramets and buds for the root sucker herbaceous plant population and to estimate the ages of taproots were established according to their morphology. The age of ramets was classified based on the regeneration times of taproot buds. Ramets developed from new root sucker buds were classified as 1 a. After 1 a ramets died, the ramets reproduced from the taproots were 2 a, and so on. New buds from a root sucker were 0 a buds, other age classes of buds were consistent with that of ramets, i.e. buds produced from taproots of I a ramets were 1 a buds, and so on. In the hay clipping meadows of the Songnen Plains, for K. integrifolia population, there are three age classes of ramets, representing a steady age structure. The maximal age of taproots of ramets is 4 a. Among all age classes, the population productivity of 2 a ramets was the highest, and that of I a ramets was the lowest. The ramet productivity increased with ramet age. During the early period of growing season, the productivity of 3 a ramets was the highest, but after the middle of growing season, I a ramets showed the greatest relative growth rate. The population size and age structure in the next year could be accurately forecasted by the number of fresh roots with budlet and present population in late autumn. The potential population in the bud banks was more than two times of the present population, which may provide sufficient substitution in the future. 展开更多

目的评价新制备的麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV)沪191株主种子批毒种原疫苗的安全性和免疫原性。方法根据入选和排除标准,选择8~10月龄无麻疹病史、MV接种史和疫苗接种禁忌证的健康儿童,接种用沪191株主种子批... 目的评价新制备的麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV)沪191株主种子批毒种原疫苗的安全性和免疫原性。方法根据入选和排除标准,选择8~10月龄无麻疹病史、MV接种史和疫苗接种禁忌证的健康儿童,接种用沪191株主种子批毒种制备的MV0.5ml,于接种后30min、6h、24h、48h、72h、7d、14d、21d、28d观察局部和全身反应;并采集免疫前和免疫后28d血清,采用红血球凝集抑制(Hemagglutination Inhibition,HI)试验检测麻疹病毒抗体阳转率和几何平均滴度(Geometric Mean Titer,GMT)。结果受种者未见严重不良反应,免疫后28d血清中麻疹病毒HI抗体阳转率为100%,麻疹病毒抗体GMT为1:50.66。结论新制备的MV沪191株主种子批毒种疫苗,在适龄儿童中具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to carry out the genetic analysis on plant height of rice(Oryza sativa L.)cultivated in different seasons.[Method] Three rice parents with great difference in plant height including CB1(83.1 cm),CB4(105.5 cm)and CB7(115.6 cm)were chosen to construct two parental combinations:CB1×CB4 and CB7×CB4,and the corresponding filial generations P1,F1,P2,B1,B2 and F2 were obtained.The 6 populations were planted in middle and late seasons respectively to measure their height traits.The Akaike's information criterion(AIC)of the mixed major gene and polygene model was used to indentify the existence of major genes affecting quantitative traits in B1,B2,F2 populations.When the major genes existed,the genetic effects of the major genes and polygenes and their genetic variance were estimated through segregation analysis.[Result] One additive major gene plus additive-dominance polygenes was the most fitted genetic model for the trait in all B1,B2,F2 populations in two planting seasons.The heritability values of the major genes varied from 38.63% to 78.53% and those of polygenes varied from 1.72% to 36.04%,and the total heritability values were 45.52-92.93%.The additive effect d value of the two genetic populations under two planting seasons was-4.56,-9.16,-7.19,and-9.38,respectively,as suggested that additive effect of the major genes would decrease the express of the plant height trait.[Conclusion] The heritability of plant height trait was affected by planting seasons and the combinations clearly as a whole. 展开更多
