It is the backbone course of accounting major and plays a crucial role in the professional cultivation. But recently, in stage of our country university education, audition' s teaching effectiveness is almost the lowest in all the core curriculum of accounting professional. Students generally reflect that Auditing is difficult to learn and abstract, while the teachers of auditing courses also reflect students have low interest in auditing learning, meanwhile there is less relevant case, fewer choices and other materials. This paper analyzes the problems and limitations of the auditing teaching, proposes measures about the teaching reform of university auditing, and finally makes our own suggestions about the reform measures of our university auditing teaching research.展开更多

Presenting the comparative analysis of summative assessment and formative assessment, discussing respective definitions and features of summative assessment and formative assessment, this paper attempts to construct the formative assessment mode in college English teaching mode of autonomous learning, and combine formative assessment and summative assessment. It perfectly applies to teaching reform subject of non-English major in three aspects, including background, research basis, research object and research content. This paper comprehensively and systematically investigates and analyzes the cultivating process of college students' autonomous learning ability, presents the influence on language learning and teaching as well as the influence on students' academic achievements and motivation in formative assessment.展开更多

A considerable degree of burnout is found among freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, regardless of gender, though there are gender differences in different aspects of learning burnout. Insights are drawn from the research data involving such aspects as learner autonomy, teaching style, curriculum design, rapport, modernized facilities, employment awareness, and so on, with an aim to suggest some strategies to overcome learning burnout and improve students' language competence. Future research might extend the present study to English majors and attempt a comparison in between.展开更多

The Internet, overhead projectors and interactive boards, presentation and animation software, and online databases are only some resources that teachers use in order to present information in a more dynamic, immediate, and stunning way, transforming and revitalizing the teaching-learning process. The ICTs have been established in the university classroom and nowadays, they have become an essential part in this teaching-learning process. Lecturers make use of them in the same proportion as they make of traditional materials. At the same time, students have to be acquainted with these new technologies and they also have to be able to deal with them. The objective of this paper is twofold: On the one hand, we study and show how our students make use of the technologies when they have to face their oral presentations in the subject Advanced English: Professional Settings (English Studies Degree at Universitat Jaume I in Castellen, Spain). It is acknowledged that visual aids can be helpful to support a speech, but we want to analyze if the visual aids are successfully applied, how and to which extent. On the other hand, we want to make out the opinions of their classmates about the use of these graphical resources (students fill in a questionnaire about the effectiveness of the visual aids in their classmates' presentations and how they would improve them). Results demonstrate that not only teachers make advantage of the new technological resources, we show, based on the students' oral presentations and their peer-reviews, that also our university students are increasingly aware of the advantage and importance of the ICTs in the classroom.展开更多

Education courses in colleges and universities should grasp of Marxism is the unity of scientifi c theories andscientifi c faith that causes the student to accept and agree with Marxism, to establish faith in Marxism. All faith in essence is the awakening ofman “class consciousness”, is the feeling of value and meaning of life, to leave this, any belief is not established, the establishment of Marxismbelief is also inseparable from it. Therefore under the new media environment, the ideological and political teachers should actively change theteaching idea, set up the general modern education teaching idea, further strengthen the application of all kinds of new media in ideological andpolitical education, only in this way can in maximum extent, improve the college ideological education level and education quality, and promotethe healthy development of college students. Under this basis, this paper proposes the novel and new idea on the issues that will be innovativeand helpful.展开更多

This development also relates to teacher autonomy (TA), which requires school managers to relinquish some degree of their own autonomy (MA) to teachers. Thus, a problem arises: how can the three levels of control-shifts co-exist and survive in harmony, and ideally, thrive each in its own way? Based on a recent case study, this paper aims to explore the complexity of the dynamic interaction between these three types of autonomy within an educational hierarchy. The study was conducted in a Chinese secondary school which was promoting whole-person development through a comprehensive innovation project. The participants comprised nine English teachers, the executive director, and the principal. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and post-lesson discussions. Three issues are addressed in this paper: the principal's perceptions of LA, a classroom instruction model to cultivate LA, and a teacher training scheme to facilitate TA. The findings display a complex picture of these issues, and imply the importance of a genuine, shared understanding of the nature of autonomy and the need to carefully ensure the optimal balance among the three types of autonomy in the design and implementation of curriculum innovations.展开更多

One unique feature of this pathogen is the cohort of ca. 300 virulence factors(effectors) delivered into host cells via its Dot/Icm type IV secretion system. Study of these proteins has produced novel insights into the mechanisms of host function modulation by pathogens, the regulation of essential processes of eukaryotic cells and of immunosurveillance. In this review, we will briefly discuss the roles of some of these effectors in the creation of a niche permissive for bacterial replication in phagocytes and recent advancements in the dissection of the innate immune detection mechanisms by challenging immune cells with L. pneumophila.展开更多
