为了研究乙酸-水溶液的分子结构,采用稳态荧光光谱检测方法获得了284nm紫外光照射乙酸-水溶液的荧光光谱及其对应的激发光谱,并测得了10组不同体积分数乙酸-水溶液的荧光光谱。通过分析其激发光谱的谱线特性和荧光峰峰值荧光强度随乙酸... 为了研究乙酸-水溶液的分子结构,采用稳态荧光光谱检测方法获得了284nm紫外光照射乙酸-水溶液的荧光光谱及其对应的激发光谱,并测得了10组不同体积分数乙酸-水溶液的荧光光谱。通过分析其激发光谱的谱线特性和荧光峰峰值荧光强度随乙酸-水溶液体积分数的变化关系,从理论上讨论了混合溶液的总吸收度、荧光光子发射以及在发射波长为334nm产生荧光光子的量子产率,进而解释了乙酸水溶液的荧光光谱特征峰。结果表明,乙酸和水溶液体积混合比为1:1和4:1时,对应的缔合物的结合常数分别为n=3和n=1。该分析结果可为进一步研究乙酸和水分子的缔合结构提供实验和理论依据。 展开更多

对284nm激发光照射不同体积百分比乙酸-水溶液的峰值荧光强度时间衰变曲线进行了实验测量,并检测了不同紫外光激励下334nm荧光强度随时间的衰变过程,将获得的荧光衰减动力学曲线采用指数拟合方法进行了解卷积处理,测试了相应的荧光寿命... 对284nm激发光照射不同体积百分比乙酸-水溶液的峰值荧光强度时间衰变曲线进行了实验测量,并检测了不同紫外光激励下334nm荧光强度随时间的衰变过程,将获得的荧光衰减动力学曲线采用指数拟合方法进行了解卷积处理,测试了相应的荧光寿命。分析了乙酸-水溶液中线状二聚物(LD)缔合结构的变化规律,计算了混合物质中不同组分的浓度百分比和不同组分所发射荧光强度的百分比。结果表明,在284nm激发光照射下,乙酸体积百分比为80%时荧光光子对应的寿命最长为10.02ns,与LD缔合结构达到最大体积百分比有关;304nm和316nm的紫外光激发时对应的平均寿命分别为8.00ns和6.64ns,不同组分所发射荧光强度对激发光波长的变化较敏感。 展开更多

One-step anodic acetoxylation of benzene to phenyl acetate was studied in acetic acid-water solution using a one-compartment electrochemical cell in galvanostatic mode. Compared to the anhydrous system, the addition of water improved the current efficiency for the electrosynthesis of phenyl acetate. The maximum efficiency reached 4.8% with the selectivity of 96% to phenyl acetate when the electrolysis was carried out under the optimal conditions. The investigation also indicated that the concentration of phenyl acetate increased linearly in 12 h and reached 1.07 g/L with the selectivity of 95%. Cyclic voltammetry experiments showed that the adsorption of benzene at Pt anode enhanced by the addition of water was critical to the formation of phenyl acetate. An activated benzene mechanism was proposed for the anodic acytoxylation, and the analysis of gas products demonstrated that Kolbe reaction was the main side reaction. 展开更多

Iminodiacetic acid functionalized polyglycidyl methacrylate grafted-carbon fibers(PGMA-IDA/CFs) were prepared for Ni(II) removal from aqueous solutions. The effects of solution p H value, temperature and adsorption time were investigated. The maximum adsorption capacity of Ni(II) on PGMA-IDA/CFs is 0.923 mmol·L-1· g-1at pH 5.2 and 50 °C. Kinetic data indicate that the adsorption process matches the pseudo-second-order model and Elovich kinetic model. Thermodynamic data suggest that the adsorption process is endothermic spontaneous reaction. 展开更多

In order to clarify the extraction process with saponified extractant, the solvent extraction experiments of rare earth elements(REEs), lanthanum and cerium, by using partly saponified 2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester(EHEHPA, HL) from hydrochloric acidic solutions have been performed. The concentration of initial aqueous rare earth ion was in a range of 0.0010–0.1000 mol·L^(-1); EHEHPA in a range of 0.2877–0.8631 mol·L^(-1) with saponification rate of 0.3(mole fraction), and the initial aqueous p H in a range of 1.00–4.00. Firstly, the extracted species were determined by the saturation extraction capacity method. Secondly, according to the equilibrium aqueous pH values, the extraction processes were divided into three different categories: extraction with saponified EHEHPA, extraction with un-saponified EHEHPA, and hydrolysis process. Finally, for the first two processes, in order to predict the distribution ratio, two semi-empirical calculation models were developed with.The calculation results are in good agreement well with the experimental data. 展开更多

Vapor pressures were measured for six binary systems containing water, ethanol, or methanol with one of the two ionic liquids(ILs) at different component concentrations and temperatures using a quasi-static ebulliometer,with the ILs mono-ethanolammonium formate([HMEA][HCOO]) and di-ethanolammonium formate([HDEA][HCOO]).The vapor pressures of the IL-containing binary systems are well correlated using the NRTL model with an overall average absolute relative deviation(AARD) of 0.0062. The effect of ILs on the vapor pressure depression of solvents at 0.050 mole fraction of IL is that [HDEA][HCOO]>[HMEA][HCOO], and the vapor pressure lowering degree follows the order of water>methanol>ethanol. Further, the activity coefficients of three solvents(viz. water,ethanol, and methanol) for the binary systems {solvent(1) + IL(2)} predicted based on the fitted NRTL parameters at T 333.15 K indicate that the two ILs generate a negative deviation from Raoult's law for water and methanol and a positive deviation for ethanol to a varying degree, change the relative volatility of a solvent. [HMEA][HCOO]may be a promising entrainer to efficiently separate ethanol aqueous solutions by special rectification. 展开更多

A gradient HPLC method was established for the determination of harpagoside and cinnamic acid in Radix Scrophulariae (Xuanshen) and a proposition was put forward for the lowest content of the characteristic and active constituent (harpagoside) for qualified Radix Scrophulariae. The experimental conditions were as follows: Ultrasphere ODS column (250 mm 4.6 mm, 5 mm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (containing 1.0% acetic acid) (20:8050:50) (20 min), flow-rate 1 mLmin-1, room temperature, detection wavelength 278 nm. Twenty-eight samples of Xuan-shen (Radix Scrophulariae) from different districts of China were analyzed and the contents of harpagoside and cinnamic acid in Xuan-shen were 0.041~0.244% and 0.012~0.068% respectively. The recoveries (RSD)% were 97.13(0.80)% for harpagoside and 99.38(0.51)% for cinnamic acid. The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Radix Scrophulariae. We propose that the content of harpagoside in qualified Radix Scrophularia should be no less than 0.05%. 展开更多
