“投其所好”还是“同心协力”:供应商权力与行动如何影响合作绩效

为探讨供应链中低权力供应商对买供双方合作绩效的影响及内在机制,基于组态理论视角,利用来自不同行业19个零部件企业的买供关系案例配对数据,通过买-供双边关系视角和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,对环境动荡性、供应商相对权力和合作行动三者所产生的“联合效应”进行分析,识别出4种高合作绩效的供方行动组合,并得出了低权力供应商的专用性投资是取得高合作绩效的核心条件,而信息共享、联合行动是高权力供应商达成高合作绩效的关键因素。
