目的:探讨维生素E亚微粒乳液的体外透皮情况。方法:采用高压均质法制备维生素E亚微粒乳液,利用高效液相色谱法测定其浓度。利用离体兔皮和自制简易透皮装置对维生素E亚微粒乳液进行体外透皮实验。在不同时间收集接受液样本,用紫外分光... 目的:探讨维生素E亚微粒乳液的体外透皮情况。方法:采用高压均质法制备维生素E亚微粒乳液,利用高效液相色谱法测定其浓度。利用离体兔皮和自制简易透皮装置对维生素E亚微粒乳液进行体外透皮实验。在不同时间收集接受液样本,用紫外分光光度法测定其吸光度,根据维生素E标准曲线计算接受液的浓度,按累积透过量公式计算其累积透过量。将累积透过量对时间进行线性拟合,得回归方程,方程的斜率即为渗透系数。结果:维生素E不同时间点的接受液吸光度逐渐增加,从0.5h的0.113增加到24h的0.386;对应的浓度和累积透过量也随着时间的延长而增加。累积透过量渗透系数为30.241。结论:维生素E亚微粒乳液具有较好的皮肤透过性:透过量随着时间的延长而增加,呈现时间依赖性。 展开更多

目的:研究维生素E亚微粒乳液(VitESME)对中波紫外线损伤永生化角质形成细胞HaCaT株的光保护作用。方法:高压均质法加微乳法制备VitESME,稀释后加入培养基中孵育HaCaT株,高效液相色谱法测定不同时段培养液中VitE含量;中波紫外线(UVB)照射... 目的:研究维生素E亚微粒乳液(VitESME)对中波紫外线损伤永生化角质形成细胞HaCaT株的光保护作用。方法:高压均质法加微乳法制备VitESME,稀释后加入培养基中孵育HaCaT株,高效液相色谱法测定不同时段培养液中VitE含量;中波紫外线(UVB)照射HaCaT株,孵育24h后四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞活性。结果:培养液中VitE含量在孵育8h后即明显下降,24h后已减少90%以上。VitESME孵育24h后细胞增殖较为明显,与对照组相比活性增加了44.22%。与非加药照光组相比,加药照光组孵育24h后细胞增殖活性在30mJ/cm2,下降17.77%,在90mJ/cm2下降40.42%。结论:VitESME对细胞培养体系无毒性作用,且具有优良的释放性能和通透性。VitESME对UVB照射的保护作用呈时间递增性;预先加入VitESME可以部分减少紫外线介导的损伤。 展开更多

[Objective] The experiment aimed to study laws of accumulation of starch in micro-endosperm maize kernel. [Method] The laws of accumulation of starch in maize embryo and OSK(the other section of a kernel except embryo) of MEM(micro-endosperm maize) were studied in this experiment by taking Gaoyou 115 maize as control. [Result] The starch accumulation speed of MEM embryo was slightly lower than that of Gaoyou115 and the starch accumulation speed of MEM OSK was far lower than that of Gaoyou 115, so the starch content of the whole kernel of Gaoyou 115 was 3.4 to 4.5 times as high as that of MEM during harvesting. The embryo starch weight ration of Gaoyou 115 maize during harvesting was only 3% to 4% while that of MEM was 16% to 22%. Moreover, starch accumulation speeds of different MEM materials were different and there were significant differences in starch content during harvesting among different MEM materials. [Conclusion] The starch accumulation in MEM was slow, and MEM has widely variation on starch accumulation. 展开更多

The size of the particles is 2-8 nm by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) technique. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the particles are cubic crystal structure, the same structure as the bulk ZnS materials. Ultraviolet absorption demonstrates an increased bandgap due to quantum confinement effect. Photoluminescence spectrum shows there is a single green emission band at 482 nm. 展开更多

Measurement of Serum Total and Free Prostate-Specific Antigen for Breast Cancer Diagnosis in Women

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value and the relationship between the clinicopathological features and the levels of total and free prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in women with breast cancer.Methods: Using the microparticle enzyme immunoassay system, we measured the concentrations of these markers in the sera of 85 women with breast cancer and in 30 healthy women.Rseults: The lowest detection level for both markers was 0.01 ng/ml. Free PSA levels were significantly higher in women with breast cancer than that in healthy women (P<0.05). The percentage of free PSA predominant subjects was 37.6% in breast cancer patients and 3.3% in healthy women. Cut-off values were 0.36 ng/ml for total PSA and 0.02 ng/ml for free PSA. In women with breast cancer, total PSA positivity was 23.5% and free PSA positivity was 27.1%. Compared to negatives, total PSA positive patients had a higher percentage of lymph node involvement tumours (P>0.05). However, patients with predominant free PSA had a higher percentage of early stage than patients with predominant PSA-ACT.Conclusion: Although the sensitivity of free PSA predominance is low (37.6%) in distinguishing women with breast cancer from healthy women, its specificity is high (97.0%).Free PSA predominance tends to be present in early stage tumours. These findings may indicate clinical significance of preoperative measurement of serum total and free PSA in women with breast cancer. 展开更多

The character of the microspheres, drug release ... AIM: To prepare polylactic acid microspheres of Erythromycin for Lung targeting. METHEDS: The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the technology of preparation. The character of the microspheres, drug release in vitro, stability and tissue distribution were examined. RESULTS: The Erythromycin polylactic acid microspheres was regular in its morphology. Drug was enveloped in microspheres but not physically mixed with PDLLA. The average particle size was 11.65mm with over 94% of the microspheres being in the range of 5~20mm; The drug loading and the incorporation efficiency were 18% and 60% respectively. The microspheres were stable for three month at 4℃ and room temperature. The in vitro release properties could be expressed by the Higuchi抯 equation: y = 28.067 + 3.8515t1/2 (r = 0.9834). Comparing with injection, the drug in microspheres was more concentrated in lung tissue. CONCLUSION: Erythromycin polylactic acid microspheres showed significant sustained release and lung targeting. 展开更多

In this paper, the surface imprinted cross-linked polystyrene beads were prepared via suspension polymerization with styrene (St), divinylbezene (DVB), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA1788), the mixture of Span 85 and xylene or the mixture of Span 85 and paraffin as monomer, cross-linking agent, dispersion stabilizer and templates, respectively. The results indicate that there are dense cavities on the surface of beads, and the diameter and density of cavity are related with the composition and amount of emulsion template. The performances of hydrogen evolution and hydrogen storage of the Ni nanoparticles plating electrode were also investigated. The results indicate that the size of Ni nanoparticles decreases with the increase of Ni2+ concentration and the decrease of current density. Objective.To test whether intramuscular,intranasal,intrarectal and intravagina l administration of HPV6b L 1 virus-like particlescould induce immune response in mice and to as sess whether intra-muscular and mucosal vaccination against HPV is feasible.Me thods.HPV6b L1proteins self-assembled into VLPs in Sf-9cell in vitro.Mic e were immunized on day0and21with50ìg HPV6b L1VLPs intramuscularly,int ranasally,intrarectally and intravagi-nally respectively.Sera were collected for testing IgG titer after a further7days and3months respec-tively.Results .After immunizations,all mice developed significant anti-HPV6b L1antibody titers in serum by7days after the second immunization.The titer of the serum I gG antibody against HPV6b L1VLPs in the intramuscularly immunized group was h igher than that in the intranasally,intrarectally and intravaginally immunized groups respectively,indicating that both muscular and mucosal administration of HPV6b L1VLPs can stimulate a systemic HPV-specific antibody response.Sera of the mice in the in-tramuscularly immunized group still maintained a high tit er of the serum IgG antibody against HPV6b L1VLPs 3months after the immunizat ion.Conclusion.The results demonstrated that the HPV6b L1VLPs maintain stro ng antigenicity.Immu-nization with HPV6b L1VLPs via intramuscular and mucos al routes,without adjuvant ,can elicit spe-cific antibody in sera.These fin dings suggest that the VLPs are able to induce protective antibodies. 展开更多

Fe3O4/P (NaUA-St-BA) core-shell composite micro spheres were in situ prepared by soapless polymerization of styrene and butyl acrylate, with Fe3O4magnetic colloidal particles coated with NaUA. The results of IR and XRD analysis demonstrated that the desired polymer chains have been covalently bonded to the surface of Fe3O4 nano particles. The morphology analysis by TEM confirmed that the composite particles have the core-shell structure and a relatively uniform diameter of about 100nm. The magnetic properties of the obtained composite latex particles were measured by VSM and found that they exhibited super paramagnetic properties. Finally, the prepared magnetic composite particles latex is stable for several months. 展开更多
