化学爆炸事故中钚气溶胶扩散沉积数值模拟

为了更准确认识化学爆炸事故放射性烟云运动的轨迹和规律特征,基于街区尺度,结合钚材料在爆炸载荷作用下形成气溶胶粒子的源项经验数据,建立了化学爆炸事故放射性烟云的计算流体力学理论模型,模拟了烟云中钚气溶胶的大气扩散及近地沉积... 为了更准确认识化学爆炸事故放射性烟云运动的轨迹和规律特征,基于街区尺度,结合钚材料在爆炸载荷作用下形成气溶胶粒子的源项经验数据,建立了化学爆炸事故放射性烟云的计算流体力学理论模型,模拟了烟云中钚气溶胶的大气扩散及近地沉积过程,分析了单风向条件下建筑区域流场对钚气溶胶扩散和沉积的影响。根据数值模拟结果,结合不同粒径气溶胶粒子的扩散行为,对化学爆炸事故的应急处置提出了建议。研究发现:大粒径钚气溶胶粒子在近地处的行为受建筑区域流场影响明显,在扩散和沉积过程中,烟团主体在垂直风场方向上出现偏移;小粒径气溶胶粒子在大气中扩散时表现出烟团主体的偏移、抬升和烟团边缘的发散等行为特征,并随烟团所在高度的增加而减弱。 展开更多

应用一体化严重事故分析MAAP5程序,建立三代非能动核电厂的安全壳模型,选取核电厂一回路主管道发生双端断裂叠加PRHR失效、IRWST重力注射失效作为始发事件,对事故进程、氢气源项、事故后惰化氢气缓解措施有效性和事故后惰化注入位置进... 应用一体化严重事故分析MAAP5程序,建立三代非能动核电厂的安全壳模型,选取核电厂一回路主管道发生双端断裂叠加PRHR失效、IRWST重力注射失效作为始发事件,对事故进程、氢气源项、事故后惰化氢气缓解措施有效性和事故后惰化注入位置进行研究。结果表明:在整个事故过程中,堆芯锆合金与水反应产氢量累计为266kg,释放速率峰值可达0.55kg/s;事故后惰化CO_(2)注入氢气缓解措施可有效降低安全壳内氢气燃烧风险,且在1号SG源项隔间,源项隔间注入惰化气体CO_(2)比安全壳上部注入等量CO_(2)的效果更明显;在采取事故后惰化缓解安全壳内氢气风险时,我们必须考虑安全壳抽气系统防止安全壳超压威胁安全壳的完整性。 展开更多

An optimal resource dispatching method is proposed to solve the multiple-response problem under the conditions of potential incidents on freeway networks.Travel time of the response vehicle is selected instead of route distance as the weight to reflect the impact of traffic conditions on the decisions of rescue resources.According to the characteristics of different types of rescue vehicles the dispatching decision-making time is revised to show the heterogeneity among different rescue vehicle dispatching modes. The genetic algorithm is used to obtain the solutions to the rescue resources dispatching model. A case study shows that the proposed method can accurately reveal the impact of potential incidents on the costs of rescues according to the variations in the types and quantities of rescue resources and the optimal dispatching plan with respect to potential incidents can be obtained.The proposed method is applicable in real world scenarios. 展开更多

Reaction runaway has longtime been an issue in chemical industry as it often leads to severe accidents if not controlled and inhibited properly.Herein we have reviewed several key considerations and procedures to prevent such phenomena,including inherently safer reactor design,thermal risk assessment and early warning detection of runaway,and pointed out that the basic principle underlying is necessary heat management and construction of resilient processes.For inherently safer reactor design,important factors such as heat removal,heat capacitance,flow behaviors and explosive behaviors have been investigated.The survey shows that heat exchanger(HEX) reactor and microreactor outperform traditional reactors.Meanwhile,we have looked into the effect of thermal risk ranking and safety operation region determining for thermal risk assessment,and the influence of runaway criteria and construction methods for early detection of reaction runaway as well.It shows that thermal risk assessment plays a key role on process design,and early warning detection system(EWDS) is preferable on prevention of reaction runaway.In the end,perspectives regarding inherently safer designs with the measures discussed above have been provided. 展开更多

Accident-immunity system for highly hazardous petrochemical enterprise, which is made up of its productive system's Safety Organ and Safety Organization, is typically an evolution-cultivation progress for immune function, The new B immune cell is generated after several layers' screening, clone expanding, receptor editing, organizing in immune system of work accident in petrochemical enterprise. There is a B immune cell with high appetency and a manipulative function chain for accident-immunity. Motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) are serious social issues worldwide and driver illness is an important cause of MVAs. Minimal hepatic encephalopathy (MHE) is a com- plex cognitive dysfunction with attention deficit, which frequently occurs in cirrhotic patients independent of severity of liver disease. Although MHE is known as a risk factor for MVAs, the impact of diagnosis and treatment of MHE on MVA-related societal costs is largely unknown. Recently, Bajaj et al demonstrated valuable findings that the diagnosis of MHE by rapid screening using the inhibitory control test (ICT), and subsequent treatment with lactulose could substantially reduce the societal costs by preventing MVAs. Besides the ICT and lactulose, there are various diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies for MHE. In this commentary, we discussed a current issue of diagnostic tools for MHE, including neuropsychological tests. We also discussed the advantages of the other therapeutic strategies for MHE, such as intake of a regular breakfast and coffee, and supplementation with zinc and branched chain amino acids, on the MVA-related societal costs. 展开更多

Based on the particularities of gas outbursts,i.e.,low gas bearing capacity and low gas pressure in the "Three Soft" coal seam in western Henan,we applied the theories of plate tectonics and regional structural evolution to investigate the mechanism of this seam and its impact on the coal seam gas formation.Our investigation revealed that coal and gas outbursts are distributed in a strip in a NW direction,with a number of high-penetration mines scattered towards the south side and low-gas mines largely located on the north side.We analyzed the statistics of 38 gas explosions and the rock-coal sturdiness number coefficient f of 167 sampling sites in the region and found the gas outburst mechanism that features a "low indicator outburst phenomenon".The mechanism is characterized by structural coal as its core,a low gas bearing capacity,low gas pressure and sturdiness coefficient f mostly less than 0.3.Our research results provide a theoretical foundation for effective control of gas disasters. 展开更多

Starting from the fact that water is quite arguably the source of life, the authors agreed to set up a project on water and name it: "REFLECTION". Particular focus was placed on the following issues: water in nature, importance of water in human life, physical and chemical properties of water, protection of water in nature. The aim of the project was to make students aware of the importance of water for health as well as to help them develop a rational relationship towards drinking water. In order to find answers to the issues raised, the authors designed worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, educational games (ecological postcards, dominoes, memory games, etc.). The authors even tried our hand at making a comic strip. Students learned about the influence of water on health, as well as about water content in particular foods. The long-term goal of the project is to introduce children to scientific approach and methodology. Through active participation and dialogue, students discover cooperative learning and acquire skills that will be beneficial to them as well as to the wider community. Working on the project, students' evidence that the role of an individual is a key one in building a better world. This insight helps develop their civic skills and attitudes that serve as the starting point for environmental education. The authors made numerous adaptations and implemented individual approach with the goal of training students for independent work and life according to their personal abilities in line with the principles of inclusive education. Students conduct experiments following step-by-step instructions on specially adapted worksheets. Each student gets positive feedback and experiences the joy of success that leads to the development of self-confidence and love of work and learning. 展开更多

The theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field observation were used to study distribution characters of abutment pressure of fully mechanized sublevel caving face in deep mine, fully mechanized sublevel caving and pressure relief in entries along goaf to the influence of rock burst. The results show that: (1) With the increasing of mining depth, the abutment pressure zone is larger, its peak point is transferred to the front of face, the danger area occurring rock burst in the two fully mechanized sublevel caving entries is larger, and its position is far from the face; (2) There is larger failure area in the upper coal in front of the fully mechanized caving face, and strata possibly occurring rock burst transferred to the upwards or far from faces because of the main roof's buffer effect to the dynamic pressure burst, then possibility and strength reduced; (3) The position occurring rock burst is stress concentration zones (abutment pressure along the goaf and residual tectonic stress) and zones with geological structure; (4) Strenuous activities of roof is the inducing factor occurring rock burst. 展开更多

Our thesis is that new media have to do with illusion, basically with illusion, and only derivatively with imagination; on the contrary, the field of literature has to do with imagination, strictly with imagination, not with illusion at all. If it is so, something must be wrong with the pretence of narratology, which has literature as its basic referent, to be the adequate theoretical frame in order to understand every cultural phenomenon, especially in the case of new media. We have to insist on the distinction between illusion and imagination. In fact, most literary theorists do not bear in mind such distinction; it tends to completely disappear under the general title "fiction." To be sure, it is usually said of cinema that it is fiction, like literature, but cinema is much more than fiction, it is illusion, even if it is the illusion of a story. 展开更多
