在大田栽培条件下,以垦农4号为材料,通过叶面喷施植物生长调节剂SOD模拟物(SODM)、2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)、氯化胆碱(Cc),研究其对大豆生育中后期功能叶片某些生理特性的影响。结果表明,喷施后5~20d,SODM、DTA-6... 在大田栽培条件下,以垦农4号为材料,通过叶面喷施植物生长调节剂SOD模拟物(SODM)、2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)、氯化胆碱(Cc),研究其对大豆生育中后期功能叶片某些生理特性的影响。结果表明,喷施后5~20d,SODM、DTA-6、Cc处理提高了叶片的Chla、Chlb及Chl(a+b)含量,降低了Chla/Chlb比值,其中SODM调控效果最佳。SODM、DTA-6提高了叶片可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量。SODM、DTA-6、Cc处理在多数测定时期内均提高了叶片SOD和POD活性,其中DTA-6对SOD活性的调控作用最强,SODM次之;SODM对POD活性调控效果最佳,DTA-6次之。同时,DTA-6和SODM提高了叶片CAT活性,减缓了MDA含量的升高,而Cc对上述多项指标的调控作用均不明显。综合分析表明,叶面喷施DTA-6和SODM,调节了大豆生育后期功能叶片的生理代谢水平,延缓了大豆植株的衰老进程,提高了大豆产量。 展开更多

[目的]化控技术是提高作物产量的一项重要技术,研究植物生长调节剂对大豆鼓粒期至成熟期叶片生理活性及产量的影响,旨在探讨调节剂提高大豆产量的作用机理,为调节剂在农业生产上的应用提供科学依据。[方法]于2013-2014年在黑龙江八一农垦大学林甸试验基地,进行叶面喷施烯效唑(S3307)和2-N,N-二乙氨基乙醇酯(DTA-6)田间试验。试验于初花期(R1期)叶面喷施1次,设3个处理:1)CK,喷施清水;2)喷施DTA-6浓度60 mg/L;3)喷施S3307,浓度50 mg/L。大豆盛荚期(R4期),用叶绿素仪测定大豆倒3叶和倒9叶的叶绿素值;大豆鼓粒始期(R5期)开始第一次取样,以后每隔5d取样一次,共取样7次,测定叶片中的可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉和淀粉酶总活性。大豆成熟期测定产量。[结果]在喷植物生长调节剂后22 d,调节剂极显著增加了大豆植株不同部位,尤其是下部叶片的叶绿素含量,S3307和DTA-6处理的倒3叶叶绿素含量比CK增加9.32%、7.02%,倒9叶叶绿素含量比CK增加11.12%、10.38%,各处理倒3叶和倒9叶的叶绿素含量与产量及产量构成因素均达到正相关。DTA-6和S3307在喷植物生长调节剂后40、45和50 d叶片中的可溶性糖含量均高于CK;DTA-6和S3307处理的蔗糖含量分别在喷植物生长调节剂后4050 d和3550 d达到了最大增加量,S3307对蔗糖积累的作用效果较好;DTA-6和S3307处理在喷植物生长调节剂后50、55和60 d叶片中的淀粉含量均高于CK;不同调节剂处理对淀粉酶总活性也产生了一定影响,喷植物生长调节剂后第45 d时,调节剂作用的淀粉酶总活性达到最大值,各处理淀粉酶活性的高低顺序为S3307、DTA-6〉CK均与CK处理差异显著。不同调节剂处理均增加了单株荚数、粒数、粒重,S3307处理的单株荚数和粒数与CK相比,差异均达到了显著水平,DTA-6处理的各产量因素与CK相比,差异均未达到显著水平。2013年S3307和DTA-6处理的产量分别比CK增加20.74%和14.96%;2014年S3307和DTA-6处理的产量分别比CK显著增加19.33%和14.13%。[结论]初花期(R1期)叶面喷施,S3307和DTA-6均显著增强了大豆叶片的生理代谢。尤其在喷施调节剂后50 d,此时恰处于籽粒灌浆期,S3307和DTA-6处理的叶片可溶性糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量均高于CK。两调节剂均显著促进了生育后期大豆叶片的生理活性,延缓了叶片衰老,进而提高了大豆产量。 展开更多

Theselectivity order is dependent on the e/r value and hydration energyof the metal ions. The minor shift of the P→O in IR absorption ofthe alkaline earth metal extracts indicates that the interactionbetween the metal ions and P→O is much weaker for alkaline earthmetals than for transitional metals. 展开更多

After measurement of the moisture permeability, adsorption quantity and mechanical properties of the membrane made with the elastic body, we also proofed its formula by infrared spectroscopy. The result showed that the moisture permeability of the membrane, with a certain intelligent thermotropic quality, will increase by 3 to 4 times when the temperature is between 25℃-45℃. 展开更多

Di(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid was used as extractant of bismuth ions from nitrate medium by emulsion liquid membrane, with Triton X-100 as the biodegradable surfactant in n-pentanol bulk membrane. The novelties and innovative points of this work are the application of emulsion liquid membrane for selective and efficient extraction of bismuth ions as well as the relevant optimization procedures. The extraction of bismuth ions was evaluated by the yield of extraction. The experimental parameters were evaluated and optimized, including the ratio of di(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid mass concentration to Triton X-100 (1.0%:0.5%), nature of diluent (n-pentanol), nature and concentration of stripping solution (sulfuric acid, 0.5 mol. L-1), stirring speed (1800 r.min 1) and equilibrium time of extraction (20 min), initial feed solution of bismuth (350 mg-L 1) and the volume ratio of internal stripping phase to membrane phase (14). Separation of trivalent lanthanides (Ln(Ⅲ)) and actinides (An(Ⅲ)) is a key issue in the advanced spent nuclear fuel repro- cessing. In the well-known trivalent actinide lanthanide separation by phosphorus reagent extraction from aqueous komplexes (TALSPEAK) process, the organophosphorus ligand HDEHP (di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid) has been used as an efficient reagent for the partitioning of Ln(Ⅲ) from An(Ⅲ) with the combination of a holdback reagent in aqueous lactate buffer solu- tion. In this work, the structural and electronic properties of Eu3+ and Am3+ complexes with HDEHP in nitric acid solution have been systematically explored by using scalar-relativistic density functional theory (DFT). It was found that HDEHP can coordinate with M(Ⅲ) (M=Eu, Am) cations in the form of hydrogen-bonded dimers HL2 (L=DEHP), and the metal ions pre- fer to coordinate with the phosphoryl oxygen atom of the ligand. For all the extraction complexes, the metal-ligand bonds are mainly ionic in nature. Although Eu(Ⅲ) complexes have higher interaction energies, the HL2- dimer shows comparable affini- ty for Eu(Ⅲ) and Am(Ⅲ) according to thermodynamic analysis, nonahydrate. Effects of Applying New-style Growth Hormone on Eucalypt Cuttage

Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC is a new-style growth hormone that induces cuttings to root by molecule signal. With Eucalptus urophylla and E. urophyllaxE, grandis as testing varieties, effects of applying different growth hormones on eucalypt cuttage were compared through experiments, and the result showed that diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC made cuttings root 4 days earlier than other common growth hormones did. The average rooting rate and the mean root quantity of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC treated cuttings were 11%-26.5% higher than and 1.8-8.5 pieces per cutting more than those in other treatments. Besides, the seedlings were excellent. The new-style growth hormone improves cuttage of eucalypt to a higher level. 展开更多
