为实现棉织物的无甲醛阻燃整理,以甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)和二乙醇胺(DEA)为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,通过酯交换聚合反应,合成了一种含磷氮聚醚二元醇的阻燃剂(PNFR)用于棉织物整理。借助红外光谱仪、热分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、... 为实现棉织物的无甲醛阻燃整理,以甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)和二乙醇胺(DEA)为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,通过酯交换聚合反应,合成了一种含磷氮聚醚二元醇的阻燃剂(PNFR)用于棉织物整理。借助红外光谱仪、热分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、极限氧指数仪和垂直燃烧仪对PNFR的结构及其整理织物性能进行表征。结果表明:当DMMP和DEA的量比为1. 0∶1. 3,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0. 5%,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为5 h,合成的PNFR质量浓度为200 g/L时,整理后棉织物的续燃和阴燃时间均为0 s,损毁长度为12. 1 cm,极限氧指数为28. 4%,织物阻燃等级可达国家标准B1级;经10次水洗后,整理棉织物的极限氧指数下降至25. 9%,其垂直燃烧性能仍可达B2级。 展开更多

In this experiment conducted to study the inactivation dynamics of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) by binary ethylenimine (BEI) in comparison with formalin, IBDV was isolated from the bursa of infected chickens and its confirmation was done by agar gel precipitation test. Viral suspensions were subjected to inactivation with BEI and formalin for pre-set time in- tervals. BEI was employed at concentrations of 0.001 and 0.002 mol/L while formalin was used at 0.1% and 0.2%. Sampling was done at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 h of incubation and samples were tested for their inactivation status in 9-day-old embryonated eggs and 3-week-old broiler chickens. IBDV was completely inactivated by 0.001 and 0.002 mol/L BEI after 36 h of incubation at 37℃, whereas formalin at 0. 1% and 0.2% concentrations inactivated IBDV in 24 h. 展开更多

A series of ternary lanthanide complexes Ln (C6H5CHOHCOO)3(phen) (H2O) (Ln= La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu) were synthesized with α-hydroxyl-phenyl-acetic acid and 1, 10-phenanthroline (phen) as ligands. The sturcture and property of complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1^H-NMR, UV and TGA, and the coordinate mede of both ligands was discussed. It was shown that the co-ordinate mode of 1, 10-phenanthroline was chelated, while α-hydraxyl-phenyl-acetate ion was monedentate or bridging. The mechanism of thermal determinde by thermogravimetry was indicated that the degree of co-ordinate ability of ligand was: α-hydroxyl-phenyl-acetate ion 〉 1, 10- phenanthroline(phen). 展开更多

An experimental apparatus has been built to measure the flammability limits of combustible gases based on Chinesenational standard GB/T 12474-90. The flammability limits of four binary mixtures of R161/R134a,R152a/R134a, R161/N2 and R152a/N2 were measured with this apparatus at atmospheric pressure and ambienttemperature. The fuel inertization points (FIP) of these mixtures can be found from the envelopes. Comparisonswere made with the literature data; good agreement for most measurements was obtained. R134a was found tohave a better dilution effect than nitrogen in reducing the flammability of hydrofluorocarbons. 展开更多
