以二甲苯和工业混合烯烃(C1=4~18)为原料,AlCl3/SiO2为催化剂合成了二甲基直链烷基苯;采用N2吸附、原子吸收光谱及化学分析方法对载体的比表面积、孔分布及催化剂上氯化物的含量进行了测定;考察了载体预处理温度、载体孔径、催化剂颗... 以二甲苯和工业混合烯烃(C1=4~18)为原料,AlCl3/SiO2为催化剂合成了二甲基直链烷基苯;采用N2吸附、原子吸收光谱及化学分析方法对载体的比表面积、孔分布及催化剂上氯化物的含量进行了测定;考察了载体预处理温度、载体孔径、催化剂颗粒大小、反应温度、反应时间及原料配比对催化剂稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,载体预处理温度影响催化剂上氯化物的含量,预处理温度为200℃的载体制备的催化剂稳定性最好;烯烃聚合物和二甲苯裂解、歧化产生的副产物显著影响催化剂的稳定性。使用40~60目的催化剂,在反应温度80℃、反应时间1.0h、催化剂用量1.0g、二甲苯与烯烃摩尔比为10∶1的条件下,催化剂的稳定性最好,在烯烃转化率保持100%的情况下可以循环使用11次。 展开更多

High-thermal conductivity enhancement of nanofluid is one of the promising topics of the nanoscience research field. This work reports the experimental study on the preparation of graphene(GN) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) based nanofluids with the assistance of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) surfactants, and their thermal behaviors. The present work suggests not a solution, but a solution approach and deduces a new conclusion by trying to resolve the agglomeration problem and improve the dispersibility of nanoparticles in the base fluid. The analysis results of FESEM, thermal conductivity, diffusivity, effusivity and heat transfer coefficient enhancement ratio of nanofluid with surfactants SDS and SDBS expose strong evidence of the dispersing effect of surfactant on the making of nanofluid. 展开更多

The magnetic composite-materials(Fe3O4@SDBS@LDHs)were prepared by sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)modified layered double hydroxides(SDBS@LDHs)with Fe3O4via co-precipitation method.The results of XRD,FT-IR and SEM/EDS indicated that the dispersibility of LDHs was improved,and the modification of SDBS took place on the surface of LDHs.The adsorption capacity of Fe3O4@SDBS@LDHs to brilliant green(BG)reaches329.1mg/g after the adsorption equilibrium.The thermodynamic parameters indicated that the adsorption process was endothermic and spontaneous,and the rate of a reaction increased with the raise of the reaction temperature.The Langmuir model was applicable for describing the sorption isotherms,indicating that the adsorption process is a monolayer adsorption.The results of kinetics study showed that adsorption fitted the pseudo-second order model well.The adsorbents still have good adsorption performance after four adsorption cycles.Moreover,the magnetic composite could be easily separated from aqueous solution.This indicated that Fe3O4@SDBS@LDHs can be considered as potential adsorbents in environmental applications for the removal of BG from aqueous solutions. 展开更多

Rate constants (kd) of liquid drainage equation could be obtained from the above empirical equation. In this paper, the stability of the colloidal gas aphrons (CGAs), the effect of concentrations of sodium dodecyl benzene sulphate (SDBS), dodecyl trimethylammonium bromide (HTAB) and polyoxyethylene sorbitol anhydride monolaurate(Tween-20), temperature, stirring speed, stirring time, and various kinds of salts on the kd of liquid drainage are further investigated. The results show that the Arrhenius equation can be successfully used to describe the relation between kd arid absolute temperature (T), and concentrations of surfactants, stirring speed, stirring time and salinities also have great effect on the kd. At last, the CGAs drainage mechanism is explained from analysis of the rate of liquid drainage as a function of time. 展开更多

Plenty of flue gas desulfurization(FGD) gypsum generated from coal-fired power plants for sulfur dioxide sequestration caused many environmental issues. Preparing calcium sulfate whisker(CSW) from FGD gypsum by hydrothermal synthesis is considered to be a promising approach to solve this troublesome problem and utilize calcium sulfate in a high-value-added way. The effects of particle size of FGD gypsum, slurry concentration,and additives on CSW were investigated in this work. The results indicated that fine particle size of FGD gypsum and moderately high slurry concentration were beneficial for crystal nucleation and growth. Three additives of magnesium chloride, citric acid, and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) were employed in this study. It was found that mean length and aspect ratio of CSW were both decreased by the usage of magnesium chloride,while a small quantity of citric acid or SDBS could improve the CSW morphology. When multi-additives of citric acid-SDBS were employed, the mean length and aspect ratio increased more than 20%. Moreover, surface morphology of CSW went better, and the particle size and crystal shape became more uniform. 展开更多

Chemical conditioning was used to modify the triboelectrification of coal and mineral particles.The chemicals tested included starch,lignin,kerosene,ethanol,acetic acid,salicylic acid,sodium oleate,Sodium Hexametaphosphate(SH),sodium silicate, Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate(SDBS),Sodium Bicarbonate(SB) and ammonia.A high-speed,dry mixing method was employed.The charge-to-mass ratio of the coal and mineral samples,both untreated and treated,was tested using a Faraday cup. Dielectric constants were determined by measuring capacitance.It is found that the selectivity of the additives toward coal or minerals is not consistent.Salicylic acid is the optimal additive to enhance the triboelectrification performance of coal samples.Starch, lignin and sodium oleate are suitable for removal of pyrite.SH,sodium silicate,SDBS,SB and ammonia are suitable additives for the removal of ash-forming minerals. 展开更多

The equilibrium compositions of the vapor phase of binary systems were calculated indirectly from the total pressure-temperature-liquid composition (pTx). The experimental data were correlated with the Wilson and NRTL(non-random two liquid) equations. The parameters of the Wilson model were employed to predict the ternary VLE data. Eu-doped GaOOH nanoparticles with size of 5-8 nm were prepared by hydrothermal method using sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) as surfactant. Eu-doped α-Ga2O3 and β-Ga2O3 were further fabricated by annealing GaOOH:Eu and then characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL). The TEM results show that monodisperse Eu^3+-doped GaOOH nanoparticles form and then transform into Eu^3+-doped a-Ga2O3 and β-Ga2O3 through annealing the GaOOH:Eu nanoparticles at 600 and 900℃, respectively. PL studies indicate that GaOOH:Eu has the highest intensity at 618 nm. Luminescence quenching is observed at higher Eu3+concentration in all samples. 展开更多
