The assessment of ecological sensitivity in the study area will provide important reference for regional development, environmental protection and resource exploitation and utilization. This study takes Yulong Snow Mountain Nature Reserve as the research object. In order to have a deeper understanding of the ecological sensitivity of Yulong Snow Mountain Nature Reserve, five ecologically sensitive indicators such as elevation, slope and slope direction are selected within the region, and the spatial analysis ability of geographic information system (GIS) technology and the systematic thinking of analytic hierarchy process are used to conduct detailed data analysis. The experimental results show that the ecological sensitivity level in the protected area is in a relatively high state. Specifically, moderate to highly sensitive areas account for 68 percent of the total protected area. This means that there are certain risks in terms of conservation and management, and special attention needs to be paid to appropriate measures for these areas to reduce potential ecological impacts.展开更多
