Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is mentioned in this context. This phenomenon requires interactions with stakeholders, therefore companies have to communicate on their sustainable actions. In order to do that, internet is a very relevant communication tool. Thanks to a content analysis and the scoring technique, this paper aims first to classify Belgian companies involved with corporate social responsibility which communicate a lot through the Internet. For telecommunication operators, how to improve the utilization of bandwidth resources is always a problem which worthy of study, nowadays, this issue has become more and more important, since the traffic load bursting in the mobile Internet. So the key to solving this problem is that we need to find a kind of traffic model to predict the traffic load that users need. According to the predicted traffic load to allocate bandwidth to each base station dynamically.But the traffic consumption behavior of a single base station is random, it is difficult to predict[ 1 ]. For this reason, we based on reality that, when the user moves, it may get traffic load from different base stations, therefore, there will have some kind of relationship between those base stations.We use this relationship to establish a kind of Spatial Collaborative Network.consequently, we make use of stability algorithm to divided those base station cluster into different communities, According to the traffic load usage rules which these communities indicated to us, we get a traffic model.At the same time, we studied bow to use this traffic model in the future networks to dynamically allocate bandwidth resources, then we propose a new kind of EPS architecture based on SDN, on this platform, we can deploy our strategy through it's programmable interface.Finally, we designed an experiment to test the performance of our dynamic strategy, and the result shows that our method enables bandwidth utilization has been greatly improved. 展开更多

Effects of Probability of Accurately Predicting and Ascertaining Defection on Cooperation and its Application to Simulated Internet Dealing

Without cooperative behaviors, our society or organization falls into social dilemma situations where every member selects uncooperative (defective) behaviors, and the situation gets worse and worse. Such a situation in a society or an organization leads to violation of social or organizational rules, and at the worst case it suffers from serious accidents or scandals. Therefore, it is important for us to make efforts and take measures to elicit cooperative behaviors. It was demonstrated theoretically that altruism strategy and adaptive prediction and ascertainment strategy are in some cases better than rational strategy under the situation of social dilemma. We built up a mathematical model in order to examine how the probability of correctly predicting and ascertaining the behavior (cooperation or defection) of opponents and the mixture of (a) altruism (all cooperation) strategy, (b) individualism (all defection) strategy, and (c) adaptive prediction and ascertainment strategy affected the expected profit. Simulation results showed that the tit-for-tat strategy was better than the rational (individualism) strategy when the probability of correctly predicting and ascertaining defection of the opponent was considerably higher. As an application of the basic study above, it was explored, using a simulation method, how such a system as opening reputation or peer review in public could work satisfactorily to prevent defective behaviors in auction dealing. The result showed that the information on the handle name and the reputation effectively worked to prevent defective behaviors. 展开更多

The access divide was once the basic form of the digital divide.The development of Internet infrastructure has narrowed the access divide and increased application coverage,but it has also touched off a connectivity dividend difference.Taking the online market as an example,we examine the sources of the dividend difference and the factors influencing it with in a connectivity framework.We found that the narrowing of the access divide has resulted in enhanced connectivity and platform development,giving people the chance to benefit from transforming the various assets in which they have previously invested into differentiated compound connectivity capital.In the course,the scale and rate of the conversion are affected by two multiplier effects and especially by online platforms.The process is ultimately expressed in the dividend difference. 展开更多
